The Sight Of Future

The Sight Of Future
Conscience

After the incident in the forest, Kyle constantly avoids his friends, be it Talia even Leo and Susan. The impact of the event seemed to affect Kyle so much that the young man felt unworthy to befriend anyone.

Kyle's change of attitude is immediately a big question, especially for Leo. Talia finally explains the events in the forest, and Leo and Susan understand why Kyle is moving away from them. Talia of course didn't want Kyle to be like that. With Leo and Susan. They all kept trying to get close to Kyle, but the young man always disappeared every meal or pause in class hours.

Leo even testified that he also had trouble meeting Kyle at the dorm. Even Talia who sat with him was not touched at all. The young man disappeared quickly once the lesson was over, without Talia having the time to catch up with him. The girl felt like she was back to zero again.

Luckily the incident in the forbidden forest could be covered up thanks to Ludwig's strength. Forest inspectors who found traces of destruction did not conduct further investigations after learning that Ludwig was also involved. Talia was completely inexhaustible at the Gothe family's power throughout the empire, to the point of reaching the Academy. However, Talia now feels quite relieved because apparently Ludwig is not as bad as he thought before.

The young man went to Talia several times to ask about his injuries. During treatment in the health room, Ludwig also routinely visited Talia to recover completely. Their familiarity is no longer covered up, and the whole school seems to know that Talia and Ludwig are now friends.

Leo and Susan initially opposed the fact and still regarded Ludwig as a dangerous man. However, after Talia told him everything, they both became more accepting of Ludwig's existence. Leo also supports Talia's efforts to repair the two brothers' relationship, somehow later.

"Try to see your sister, Lu. He avoided me like a germ of disease" Talia complained that afternoon. They both spent time together in the library.

Ludwig let out a long sigh while still struggling with the thick book on post-traumatic medicine. "Have your bruises disappeared?" tanyanya diverted the conversation. The young man then checked Talia's neck and two arms which still left a faint purple blue bruise.

"It's better, although it's not too comfortable to move. Undine helped me a lot to make my body better" Talia said frankly. "You're hurt a lot yourself, Lu. Are you all right?" ask the girl later.

"This is common to me" said Ludwig lightly.

"Although as soon as you read the trauma medicine book. Did what happened yesterday affect you so deeply?"

Ludwig then glanced at the book he read while clicking slowly. "I read it out of concern for you, Ortega," he said, closing the tome. "But seeing that you can already worry about other people, it seems like your mental state is fine."

"I was surprised. But it didn't traumatize me" said Talia, who recalled Ludwig's past attacks. That incident was precisely what had made the girl suffer from anxiety disorders. But Talia can't talk about it now. Ludwig couldn't possibly have known the events in Talia's life before.

"Sorry." Ludwig said his regret.

Talia was stunned for a moment, not expecting that the young man would apologize to her. "Huh? Why?" ask the girl unconsciously.

"Because it got you involved in this shameful incident in our family" Ludwig said solemnly.

Talia smiled faintly as she looked at Ludwig. He nodded slowly, saying. "I decided to interfere myself. At first I just wanted to change Kyle's future for my own sake. But after being friends with her, and getting to know you like this, it felt like I became really concerned about you guys. I don't want you two to suffer anymore" the girl said.

"When do you want to call me that? Aren't we familiar enough after all this time to be friends?" talia protests later.

Ludwig snorted small. "Well, I'll call you Talia from now on" he said lightly.

Talia smiled with satisfaction in responding. "When are you planning to see Kyle then?" he went back to their initial conversation.

Ludwig's expression instantly turned tired. He shifted his gaze from Talia to the high bookshelves lined up before them.

"Oh, come on, Lu. You're the only person who can make Kyle feel better. The key to your relationship is if you want to apologize to her. Do not be stubborn and admit that your actions to him have been wrong all this time," Talia continued.

"Of course our problems can be solved with just an apology" Ludwig sounded lazy.

"That's the first step. Why is it so hard for you to admit your mistakes. Didn't you really feel like your actions were passing?" kecam Talia is serious.

Ludwig let out a heavy sigh and leaned his back against the seat at the long table. "I knew. Don't keep repeating it. Precisely because I knew that my actions had gone too far so I couldn't even apologize to Kyle. Maybe an apology is not enough. And how could he understand that I was doing it all this time for his sake" Ludwig lamented at length.

"No. No. gabe. You misunderstood. Because you're guilty, so don't expect Kyle to understand your actions. Even I don't understand why you've become so petty in the face of your own sister's strength" Talia said firmly.

Ludwig looked at Talia with a faint look. "Do you hate me too?" tanyanya grim.

Recalling the events of the past when Ludwig had attacked him several times with ferocious monsters, it seemed that Talia could not forgive the young man easily either. Ludwig paid for Talia by saving her life twice. Ludwig was near death because of Talia and that is what made Talia finally able to accept Ludwig at this time.

"You know for yourself that I once hated you. But you can finally prove to me that you're not a real bad person. Maybe the contents of your head were once a little problematic," Talia said while joking.

Ludwig was not angry even though Talia called him that. Instead the young man simply smiled in relief in response.

"Therefore, Lu," Talia continued later. "I wish you could do the same to Kyle. You can certainly prove to her that you regret what you've done all this time, and that you actually care about her. Can you do that?" ask the girl.

Ludwig seemed to think for a moment. His grim face looked back at Talia fixedly. "Why do I always obey your words even though I don't really want to do it. Do you also have some kind of charmspeak?" The young man asked back.

Talia just smiled faintly. "Say I raise your conscience, Ludwig Gothe," he said.
