The Sight Of Future

The Sight Of Future
Whisper Dragon

The next morning, Talia could not calm down to take the second day's test. The girl was still thinking about her dream last night that she could not quite understand. Why did he have to look when Ludwig summoned a dragon? Is that a test for beast tamers? So what does this have to do with Talia until she has to see that future in her dreams? Not to mention the fact that the dragon could sense his presence.

The dragon's eyes were clearly staring at Talia, to the point that Ludwig was suspicious. It made Talia even more anxious. What's gonna happen next? Talia could not focus on the test at all.

“You okay?” kyle asked who saw Talia constantly seem to think of something. “What does wind magic make you difficult?” the young man made sure.

Talia smiled grimly then shook her head slowly. He hasn't told Kyle or his two friends about his dreams. The girl did not want to make her friends worry. They are in testing time.

“It's okay Kyle. I was just thinking about something,” Talia said trying to convince.

Kyle looked very suspicious. But the young man did not try to force Talia. The two of them then refocused on observing the continuity of the wind element test.

Their exam place that day was in the library room. Professor Theia is back as a tester. Several times the professor made the whole room fall apart. The books were scattered on the floor at random. Reading tables and chairs.

The students were asked to style the room with wind magic. The exam may seem trivial. However, controlling the wind element is actually easy. If it is too strong, the wind will damage the goods. But if it is too slow, books or chairs will not be able to move. The tranquility of the witch is what is emphasized in this test.

Talia was not at all worried about the results of her practice exams. Controlling the wind was an ability he also gained when he was young. This ability he learned from the books in his family library. Talia had already made Shopie, her personal ladyboy, have to clean up half the contents of her home library because Talia accidentally called a mini tornado.

Now, after practicing independently for many years. Talia has managed to master the ability of air controllers with a fairly stable. He could even fly his own body with a broomstick without any difficulty.

Talia's turn came before Kyle. Their order is reversed from back to front in alphabetical order. Then Talia went ahead earlier than Kyle. As before, Talia was told to clean up the library mess with her ability to manage the wind. The scattered books should be returned to the shelf according to the color of the cover. Tables and chairs should be rearranged.

Talia advanced forward confidently, just like before. He began to raise his hand to form a small whirlwind that was sent to the books scattered on the floor. The girl grouped the books according to their cover colors one by one patiently.

While doing so, Talia's mind was still busy imagining the form of a dragon called by Ludwig. The dragon was so big and gave off an incredible heat. The two animals eyes were yellow, nyalang and dangerously staring at him full of intimidation. Talia shuddered in horror. The shadow in his mind made his wind magic unstable and as a result he messed up the pile he had stacked before. Talia had to repeat everything from the beginning.

He glanced at Professor Theia nervously. The professor seemed to note something on his parchment with a disappointed expression. Talia seemed to have messed up her test that day from the start. But Talia doesn't care much. He did his best in water magic. And he was also half-confident that he would enter the fire element class because he already had a spirit.

Talia reassembled the books. His friends watched the girl quietly, as if waiting for Talia to finish her exam immediately. Talia was a little depressed, but tried to ignore it. His mind went back to Ludwig. The young man was talking about something with the dragon. What did he tell the dragon? Will Ludwig send a dragon to kill Talia?

Once again worry crawled Talia's heart. His emotions were again turbulent and made his wind magic unstable. Talia keeps making mistakes. The girl took a deep breath, tried to re-concentrate and cast Ludwig's shadow out of her mind.

Talia seems to be making too many mistakes. Had the professor known that his nervousness was not caused by the test.

“Sorry, Professor. I will do it once again,” Talia said feeling guilty.

The other friends started whispering to each other. Talia always showed good performance during the wind magic element class. He rarely makes similar mistakes. Especially after seeing Talia's ability yesterday, his friends began to assume that Talia might be in a bad condition.

Talia wants to get rid of all that. He felt careless because it made other children wait their turn too long. So with her determination, Talia tried hard to think only about the test, and no longer imagined about Ludwig.

He reassembled the books one by one. When he managed to put the entire book on the shelf, and began to arrange the table chair, suddenly a foreign-language voice sounded in Talia's head. It was the same hissing sound as when Ludwig spoke dragon language. Talia was sure it was not Ludwig's voice, as the voice in her head sounded lower and raucous.

Out of surprise, Talia unintentionally released an excessive amount of magic energy. A mini tornado appeared in the middle of the room and just messed up everything he had arranged. A panic filled the room as the wooden tables and chairs flew in all directions.

Talia panicked and did not know what to do. The tornado was still spinning with excitement. Professor Theia hastily throws the parchment and the quill, then raises both hands to ease the tornado. A large wooden table flew towards Talia uncontrollably. The girl could only cover her face with both hands, trying to protect herself from the impact.

Quickly, Kyle jumped in front of Talia and stopped the pace of the table toss. The table stopped in mid-air and floated down slowly. The chaotic atmosphere gradually regained its calm. But Talia knew that she had failed her test this time.

“Please return to the ranks, Lady Ortega,” commands Professor Theia firmly.

Talia walked gloomily following the orders of the professor. Kyle who was by his side looked worried.

“Are you sure you're okay? The wind element has never troubled you before. You must be hiding something,” urged Kyle to try to pry for information.

Talia was silent. Both hands were shaking. What did he just hear? Did the dragon talk to him?

“Hey, Talia .. ,” sigh Kyle trying to resuscitate his best friend.

“Ah, sorry, I ..” Talia's sentence was cut off because this time Professor Theia had already called out Kyle's name to come forward.
