CHAPTERS 14. HUMILIATIONED

Varen opens the room door, “What are you doing? Why are you sitting on the floor like that?” asked Varen who saw his wife sitting on the floor with a sad face.

“I want to prepare clothes for tomorrow but I am confused.” he replied.

Varen looked at Reina's clothes, he felt sorry for his wife. “Prepare. We're shopping!”

“Hah? Shopping?” Rea blinked his eyes in disbelief. How can they shop when they have no more money. For the cost of going to work even Reina only had mediocre money.

“Iya, we're shopping. You can't go to work in those clothes, can you? Be prepared I wait for you in front.” he said as he came out of the room.

“Varen! Do you have money? We can't just waste money. I can wear this shirt! I'll choose a good one to wear tomorrow.” murmured.

But it seemed that the man did not hear Reina's words because she had long since disappeared behind the door of the room. Reina could only link her eyebrows together

Fifteen minutes later, Reina came out of the room and saw Varen talking on the phone in front of her house. Reina walked over and stood beside her husband. When Varen realized his wife's presence, he immediately turned off his phone.

“Aready?”

“Yes, let's go!” invite Reina who immediately greeted Varen by guiding Reina's hand. They got into a taxi that Varen had booked before.

Varen mentioned the name of a famous mall as their destination. Along the way Varen kept busy with his cell phone. Though Reina was eager to ask where Varen would take her.

But because he saw the man was too focused on the gadget in his hand, Reina also chose to keep quiet. An hour later they arrived at their destination. Varen put his phone in his pants pocket. Then he got off the car and reached out his hand, “Come down.”

Reina grabbed Varen's hand. Then they walked hand in hand into the mall. Because of the location of the clothing store on the third floor, they also climbed the escalator. Varen invites Reina to enter a clothing store that is quite large and famous.

“Do not shop here. The price here is expensive. Do you have money to shop here?” asked Reina who was worried.

He knew this mall only sold quality items and it made him unsettled because he did not want to trouble Varen. He had just gotten a job and there was no money for shopping.

“Reina, don't worry! You just take the clothes you need. Don't think about the price! Most importantly, you choose and buy as much as you need. I will pay later.” said Varen.

Reina was still a bit hesitant to obey her husband. But Varen had already chosen clothes for him.

Varen took some skirts, blazers, cardigans, shirts, dresses and even some inner clothes that match the cardigan he had chosen. Varen also took some trousers with colors that match the shirt of his choice. Reina could only blink her eyes as all Varen's options fit perfectly with her taste.

“Is this enough? Looks like you also need some bags and shoes.” murmured as if talking to himself.

Varen unhesitatingly stepped into the bag and shoes and looked around for a fit for Reina. The woman felt awkward and brought her face closer to Varen's ear and whispered.

“Varen. How do we pay for it later?”

Varen smiled amusedly at his wife's behavior.

“The owner of this store allows us to take whatever we want as fully as we. Do not hesitate, whatever you like to take! Don't think about paying it!”

“Hah?” Reina gawking. “You know the owner of this store?” tanyanya.

He immediately ran into a line of shoes and bags then picked the one he liked. He doesn't want Varen to prove his threat. It could bankrupt a store owner if Varen did.

Reina walked towards the pair of shoes that caught her attention. When Reina had taken the shoe, a hand grabbed it. Reina immediately turned her head to look at the person who had taken her shoes. “Elora?”

The flashback

Elora and Bobby enter a mall. After a long day at home, they finally decided to go for a walk. When they entered a store, Elora's gaze suddenly fell on a woman standing in front of a shoe storefront.

“Reina?” muttered Elora with a frown looking at her sister's whereabouts. As far as Elora, the shop her sister was visiting was one of the famous shops.

The goods sold are also expensive items and brande. So it was natural that Elora felt astonished to see her sister was shopping in the same store as her.

“Honey.....isn't that Reina?” elora asked Bobby, pointing to the place where her sister was standing, picking her shoes.

Bobby looked in the direction his wife was pointing. His eyes were rounded when he realized that the woman standing in front of him was indeed Reina, his ex-wife.

“What the hell is he doing here? Does he have money to shop at this store?” Bobby asked back.

After confirming that the woman was indeed Reina, the two men decided to approach. Reina was holding a pair of brown shoes that looked very expensive.

With a flash of lightning, Elora snatched the shoe from Reina's hand.

Reina looked at the person who had taken her shoes.

Flashback off

Elora smiling sneered, “It turns out to be true. That's you, huh? Why are you here?”

Reina rolled her eyes in a careless manner, among all the shop-goers she never expected to meet these immoral humans in front of her. Bobby and Elora who were seen hand in hand affectionately smiled cynically at him.

“You're shopping huh?” ask Bobby scorn.

“Not! I'm cooking vegetables! Stupidhead! You guys don't see this where? Of course I'm shopping? Have eyes not used, the brain is frozen so the question is not quality.” continued no less cynical.

“Hah? What did you say? You are stupid! You want to be fooled by us! Hmh! Hahaha do you have money? Don't try to lie. Most of you just want to ngutil, right? Just haha! Poor people like you money where to shop here?” accuse Elora.

“Jaga your mouth! It is like accusing people. Whether I have money or not, it's none of your business! Mouth is washed clean so that when talking out is not a match! Smell!” said Reina was about to turn around, but Elora immediately blocked her hand firmly.

“Wait! Already caught trying to steal now you want to just run away? Don't expect!”
