CHAPTER 88. WHAT DO YOU WANT

Reina looked at Varen with nanar. Hands clenched. “What explanation should I hear again? An explanation of how you told Elora your days like you often did when you were together?” accuse Reina again. His mind was always misunderstood and deviated from the fear of loss.

“Reina!” snapped Varen. “Do not accuse! I never told her about myself, my life or anything. Our relationship is not that close.” said Varen again.

“Accusers? I didn't accuse you but Elora herself said that you guys chatted and told me a lot.” cried Reina with emotion. "He told me everything!"

“And you believe it just like that?” Varen glanced sharply.

“Of course. Whynot? She's your ex-wife and there's no way you still have feelings for her. Don't we? Many couples are like that, still harboring feelings for their ex after parting ways.”

“SIALAN!” ogat Varen while hitting the sofa beside him. Reina was stunned because just this time she saw Varen getting angry and showing her emotions.

Usually in any condition Varen always looks calm. When others humbled themselves or insulted him Varen was always good at controlling his facial expressions.

Even when dealing with Kaifan, Varen's facial expression seemed calm and ordinary. His face was always flat without showing the slightest emotion. But this time? Reina saw various emotions in the look on Varen's face.

In this dim atmosphere Reina could see the confusion, resentment and anger in the look on her husband's face. Reina felt a little guilty for making her husband so angry.

Varen rubbed his face with a huff. “Only five weeks Reina! I was only with Elora for five weeks and never had time to be together. She was too busy spending time with her affair!” Varen vented his anger in words.

Varen knew that Reina would blame him for having taken part in hiding the affair between her ex-husband and brother.

“Why did you never say that you would end your marriage after getting an inheritance? Don't I also deserve to know?” reina.

“If I had known from the beginning maybe I wouldn't have expected much from our relationship. I will prepare myself for divorce. And I won't think of many plans for our wedding. I even planned to go on a honeymoon after we got married. I diligently work to collect money.”

“Varen...why do you give me hope that you and Bobby will finally do the same to me? You will also divorce me and I will be a widow for the second time. What's my fault?” reina's cries echoed throughout the dark and silent room.

Varen again snorted, rightly guessed that Reina's mind deviated. Varen thought that Reina would be angry and disappointed in him.

Because Varen has covered up Bobby and Elora's affair. But in fact Reina was worried about something else that did not make sense. Varen didn't know if he should cry or laugh. I don't know what Varen should do to his wife but Reina introduces a lot of emotions that he has never felt.
