CHAPTER 79. MAKE PLANS

Due to being too focused on making plans, Reina did not realize that Varen was in front of her. Reina's heart immediately thumped when Varen pressed his palms together.

“Padahal it's a holiday. Why are you busy?” reina grumbled when she was in the taxi.

“Just for a minute. Later in the afternoon I will pick you up.” said Varen.

Reina let out a long sigh hearing her husband's words. I don't know what Varen will take care of but Reina does not want to know and does not want to ask.

In the front seat, Tanta gave a smile to hear his employer's conversation. He was happy that his young master's household was in a fine state.

“Stop here sir.” said Reina when she arrived in front of her parents' cafe. Reina and Varen get off the taxi. As soon as they entered, Chandra Hasena and Indira were busy at the checkout table. “Mama! Papa!” greet Reina.

Seeing the arrival of her daughter Chandra and Indira feeling happy, they invited her to sit down.

“Oh yes. What do you want to drink?” tanya Indira was about to call the maid but Reina forbade her.

“Let Reina alone take a drink by herself.” he said then left Varen and his parents. After Reina moved away, Indira looked at Varen seriously. “Yesterday after Lady Samara visited here.” he said.

Varen flinched, “What business did grandma meet you?” ask Varen without saying anything.

“He offers some money to invest. The amount is quite large.” replied Chandra.

Varen looked at his two in-laws with a flat face. He was convinced the investment Chandra was referring to was a bribe to keep Reina away from him.

In his heart Varen hoped that his two in-laws would not accept the one from his grandmother. “Do not look at us like that. Earnings from cafes and restaurants alone are enough to support us. You useless son-in-law! You may suspect your own in-laws!” indira Guram.

Varen's reaction was flat so that Indira interpreted it as a form of suspicion of his son-in-law. Hearing her husband being scolded, Reina immediately stepped quickly towards her husband and parents.

“Mama! Can't you not be mad at Varen like that?” reina protested to her mother while putting down the tray she carried with her a little harshly. Reina had no idea what kind of problem they were talking about with Varen.

But Reina couldn't accept that her husband was insulted. Indira snorted in response to her daughter,

“Your husband is useless! It can only trouble the wife. The proof until now he has not had a clear job!”

“Enough ma! Reina didn't come here to hear you insulting Varen. Reina wants to meet you guys.” she said grunting annoyed.

Reina looked at Varen who only showed her flat face. Sometimes Reina feels frustrated with her husband who is less able to express himself. Reina has trouble knowing Varen's true feelings. Either Varen is patient or he is a careless person.

“Ck! Just keep your useless husband!” sahut Indira's.
