Keanu and Abbas fell silent when they heard the doctor's words. Their hearts feel like they have stopped beating because of what is happening right now.
"What do you mean?" asked Keanu sharply. There was clearly anger from the look in his eyes at this moment.
The doctor then explained that Nindi is currently in a critical condition. The woman had already lost consciousness, even her heartbeat was extremely weak. Nindi's body is exposed to many viral infections due to the immune system that is no longer there, but they managed to treat it early so as not to spread throughout the body.

Abbas felt very shocked when he heard Nindi's condition, his hand outstretched holding a chest that felt very tight.

"Calm down Papa, I'm sure that Nindi will be fine" Keanu said slowly. He rubbed the back of the in-laws gently, and tried to calm her down.
Abbas nodded his head without a sound. He was unable to say anything, as he was being haunted by fear and worry as well.
"Previously sorry, sir. Can I ask you one thing?" the doctor said when he saw that Abbas had calmed down.
Keanu nodded his head to answer the Doctor's words. "Please Doctor." He spoke with gibberish.
The doctor was silent for a moment to convince himself. "Sorry, does Miss Nindi really have any siblings?"
Abbas immediately turned his face towards the Doctor when he heard his question, as well as Keanu who stared in surprise and surprise.
"Why are you asking about that?" ask Abbas sharply. He does not like it when others interfere in his personal affairs.

Abbas and Keanu fell silent upon hearing that. What the Doctor said is true, and it is likely that Ayun has the same stem cells as Nindi because they are siblings.
However, at the moment things are not good. How could they have asked Ayun to donate spinal cord to Nindi, while the woman could not accept the truth that Abbas said?
"What's up, sir? Is my question wrong?" ask the doctor later. He was confused because Keanu and Abbas just kept quiet and said nothing.
Abbas himself was confused. He massaged his temple which felt throbbing pain. She had just learned that Ayun was her biological daughter, and had just talked about it with that woman. Then, how could he possibly ask Ayun to donate spinal cord to Nindi? No, he wouldn't be able to ask for that.
"Alright, Sir. If indeed Miss Nindi does not have a sibling, then we can only pray for her to successfully fight the disease that is attacking her. If so, excuse me." The doctor then went from that place to the other patient's room, and assigned the nurse to stand guard in Nindi's room.
Keanu and Abbas leaned their bodies into the back of the chair limply. Both of their eyes were both staring towards the ICU room where Nindi was.
Keanu then turned his head towards the in-laws, he wanted to say something but still felt doubtful. "Pa, I want-"
"Papa knows what you're going to say, Ken," Abbas cut off quickly, leaving Keanu speechless. "Papa also wanted Nindi to be healthy again, and the illness she had been suffering from disappeared. If you can, you are ready to replace him. Let papa be sick." He spoke with gibberish.
"But what should you do, Ken?" abbas asked with trembling lips. "Papa had just told Ayun that she was papa's biological child, and she couldn't accept any of it. How can we ask him to be a donor?" He asked as he looked at Keanu with nanar.
Keanu was silent with both hands interlocked. He understood, even completely understood what was going on at the moment. But now his wife's life is in danger. He did not want to lose his wife, and anyone would definitely not be able to lose the woman they loved so much.
"I, understand, Pa. But, but what about my wife?" Lirih Keanu, only this time did he look so fragile and desperate like that. "Just like papa, I would do anything for Nindi. Abbas' tears flowed profusely when he saw what his son-in-law did. He then grasped both hands of Keanu who was in front of his chest while nodding his head.
"Papa will say it, son. Papa will try to tell Ayun."
