S2 Chapter 28. Thank You Speech.
Adel shrieked enthusiastically as he told his mother and aunt to open their eyes, while the others were already preparing in front of Ayun and Nindi. Some were holding tumpengs that Yuni had prepared, some were holding large flower bouquets, some were even just breathing and being spectators at that place. Of course the person was Fathir, who had come to see but had absolutely no intention of enlivening the atmosphere.
"Congratulations to his recovery!"
As soon as Ayun and Nindi opened their eyes, everyone immediately shouted in a loud voice, making the two women gasp.
Red and fragrant rose petals are soothing, appearing scattered from the second floor of the house. Where there was already a maid who deliberately threw it in order to enliven the event, making the sprinkling of flowers fall into their bodies.
Both Nindi and Ayun's eyes glazed over what everyone was doing, especially when they saw the decoration hanging and attached to the porch of the house.
"Thank you, thank you very much" Nindi said softly. He felt very happy to have been welcomed like this by all of them.
Swing himself fell silent in place with a dumbfounded look. He was surprised and unexpected. However, it was not surprised because of the shock that everyone gave, but rather because of the house that was currently standing firmly before his eyes.
"Welcome to your new home, Ayun. Come on, let's go in!" take Abbas.
Swing who was still silently staring at the house was shocked as Adel hugged his arm, and pulled him to enter the house.
"Tu-wait a minute, Adel," said Ayun while holding Adel's hand, making the girl look at him in confusion.
"What's up, Mom?" adel asked with a big smile. The smile had not even faded since hearing his mother's return some time ago.
"What's up, kid? Come on, let's go in!" invite Hasna to stand next to Abbas.
Everyone turned to look at Ayun in confusion and wonder, especially when they saw the look on the woman's face that looked like a dazed person.
"This is the house you bought me?" swing asked the papa, who answered with a nod to Abbas's head.
"Yes, Honey. How, do you like it?" abbas smiled brightly.
Swing silently heard the question of the papa. Not because she felt dislike, but because the house looked very expensive and luxurious for her.
"This house is too big and luxurious for me, Pa. Why did you buy it?" Lirih Ayun, feeling very bad.
Abbas shook his head while patting Ayun on the shoulder. "You said no, that these are all gifts that you deserve. So, don't reject it for fancy reasons or whatever." He stared hard.
"But Pa, this is too-"
"Grandfather's right, ma'am," cut off Ezra who had been holding the tumpeng. He put the food on the table, because for a long time his hands felt sore as well. "All this belongs to Mother. Then Adel and I have prepared a very comfortable room for Mom. So, let's go in!" He moved to the right side of the mother, and embraced her mother's hand as Adel did.
Ayun's tears trickled back as she looked at her two children. He then thanked the father a lot, and prayed that his father would always be healthy and long life.
Everyone then went into the house which was also decorated as beautifully as possible. It appears that two maids who are husband and wife of the flower thrower welcomed the arrival of Ayun and Nindi as well, they then served food and drinks that have been prepared.
They all sat on the carpet that lay in the living room, so they could gather together and chat comfortably.
"Master, I'm going back to the office" Fathir told Keanu as they sat together at the venue.
"There's a lot of work to do, sir. I also have to meet with Robin" Fathir said. There was still so much work to be done, and there was no time for any of this.
Keanu gave a heavy sigh while glancing at Fathir sharply, but the man did not care at all and still got up from that place.
Fathir then said goodbye to everyone because he had to return to the company, not forgetting he congratulated for the recovery of Nindi and Ayun.
"Thank you for all your help, Fathir. You're the one who was most troubled by my husband when I was sick," said Nindi, making her husband's lips move forward a few inches.
"Currently, it's hard," Keanu muttered in disbelief, making Nindi and the others laugh.
"It doesn't matter Nindi, I'm used to it" Fathir replied. He did use casual language when talking to Nindi at the woman's request.
Nindi nodded her head with a warm smile. Then Fathir turned around and stepped away from that place.
"Tu-wait a minute, Mr. Fathir."
Fathir's steps that had almost reached the door came to a halt upon hearing someone's call, he turned back and frowned seeing Ayun walking towards him
"I'd also like to thank you very much, Sir. Thank you for taking care of my office, and thank you for taking care of the hospital matters as well" Ayun said, bowing her head, feeling really grateful for the help the man gave her.
Fathir was silent for a moment when he got a thank you from Ayun. It is true that he did everything according to the orders of Keanu and Abbas.
"I'm only doing orders from Mr. Keanu and Mr. Abbas, so you don't have to thank me" Fathir replied.
The one who had been looking down now looked at the man. "Yes, Sir. However, you are the one who has done it. So, I thank you too." He said with a warm smile.
Fathir nods his head as a sign of accepting Ayun's thanks. "alright. If so, can I ask you for help?"
Swing knitted his forehead. "Please, Sir. I'd definitely help if I could." Although he was confused, he was still willing to help.
"Actually I want to ask your daughter for help, but I don't know how to say it" Fathir said. He then said that Adel was in school with his son, and he wanted Adel to pay attention to what his son was doing at school. After that, I just reported it to him.
Swing nodded in understanding. "But, would it be okay if Adel did that sir? Wouldn't it make your son feel uncomfortable?" He asked slowly.
"No." Fathir shook his head. "He must be watched so that I know what he's doing, otherwise he'll always make a fuss at school."
