Chapter 66. The Branching Mind.
Evan gasped in shock with a look of disbelief upon hearing what Sella said. Is that woman joking? How could his father-in-law marry his own wife?
"You don't believe it?" sella asked as she narrowed her eyes, clearly seeing the look of disbelief that Evan gave her.
Evan shook his head. Maybe if the one who said it was someone else, he would directly scold her.
"How could you think like that? That's all impossible" Evan said sternly, arguing that what the woman said was not true.
"No way how, huh? Obviously you feel it and see it with your own eyes!" Pekik Sella with great emphasis. He then began to tell what was on his mind, including what happened the last time he met Abbas and saw that Ayun was alone with the man in the room.
Evan shook his head with a look of disbelief. No, there's no way Ayun would do such a thing. Has Ayun gone crazy, to the point of marrying a man who deserves to be called a father?
Never mind, Evan chose to shut up and listen to all the nagging in-laws. However, after this he had to go to Ayun to ask for some very unpleasant news to hear. Or maybe the news is true? No, he won't just let it go.
After meeting with Sella, Evan decides to go straight to Nayla's house. Unlike that time, this time he knew that Ayun was staying with the woman.
On the way, Evan tries to contact Ayun. However, the woman's cell phone number was not active.
"Currently, he is very difficult to contact. Is he blocking my number?" Evan was upset himself. He then pressed the gas pedal and drove fast on the road so that he could quickly get to the destination.
Meanwhile, in another place, Ayun was on her way to the city. After all the administration was done, he decided to take the mother directly to the hospital in the city to get good care.
Ayun and Yuni boarded the ambulance along with their mother to quickly get to the city, as the other riders would give way if the ambulance passed. Meanwhile, in the back car there are Ezra, Adel, and also Angga along with his two children.
After traveling for 2 hours, they finally arrived at Citra Medika hospital. Some medics welcomed their arrival because they had been notified, and immediately took Hasna to the spy room to be examined by the Doctor.
Swing leaned his body that felt very tired to the back of the chair, not long before Ezra and Adel came to sit in that place.
"This, Ma. Drink," said Adel while giving mineral water to the mother, making Ayun smile warmly.
"Thank you, dear," Swing replied as she rubbed Adel's head. He drank the water in his hand. "Alhamdulillah." He rubbed the water that spilled slightly onto his chin.
Swing then looked at his two children with sadness, who were answered with their warm smiles. "You go home and rest, you must be tired since last night there was no rest." Slowly heeled.
"But pity your sister, Ezra. Look, his eyes are already crimping holding back sleepiness," said Ayun made Ezra immediately pay attention to the eyes of the sister, while Adel immediately shook his head and glared at his eyes so as not to look sleepy.
Swing and Ezra chuckled as they saw what Adel was doing. "Even so, your eyeballs can come out later." Swing rubbed the princess's arm. "You just go home, and invite your aunt and uncle to rest at Aunt Nayla's house first. Poor as well as hasan and hasri, they must be very tired."
Ezra and Adel nod their heads and take the others home. Before leaving, Ayun gives her phone to Ezra to charge.
Ezra and Adel get out of the hospital to meet their uncle and aunt who are having breakfast, after which they return to Nayla's house in the woman's car.
Swing back leaning his body with his head throbbing pain. Before she could dodge when the sister asked where Evan was, then now it seemed like she could no longer dodge when Yuni asked why she did not live in her own husband's house.
"Maybe it's time for my family to know what's going on between me and him, but why at a time like this?" Lirih Ayun while rubbing her face violently. What happens if the mother finds out about her divorce with Evan? She could not imagine what kind of reaction her mother would give.
From a distance, a man continued to stare sharply at Ayun. At first he felt that he had seen wrong, but over time, it turned out that the woman was really Ayun.
With wide steps, he approached the woman who looked dreamy while staring at the floor.
