Evan gasped when he heard someone say his name. He raised his head and was shocked to see his former business partner standing right in front of him.
"You're surprised to see me?" ask the man named Anton. Without asking permission in advance, he immediately sat right in front of Evan.
Evan fell silent upon hearing the man's question. He chose to be quiet and not respond to it because he did not want to be ignited by emotions.
"Why keep quiet, have you become mute after you've gone bankrupt?" anton with sarcasm. "You know, Evan. The news about you has shocked us, you know. You're really great." He held out two thumbs right in front of Evan.
Evan fell silent with both hands clenched tightly. No, he can't be in trouble anymore. It was better to leave this place immediately before that brash man made trouble.
"Sorry, Anton. I go first" said Evan as he got up from the chair.
Evan breathed a sigh of relief when he could control his own emotions, even though it felt like something wanted to explode inside his body.
"Why are you in such a hurry, Evan? Are you afraid of being arrested by the police again for talking to me?"
Deg.
Ayun and David who were enjoying their lunch turned to the right when they heard someone's voice, and both their eyes were opened when they saw Evan in that place.
"Mas Evan?" muttered Ayun.
The people who were in that place also paid attention to Evan, of course they felt disturbed by the strong voice that sounded just a moment ago.
"Come on, why are you in such a hurry? You have to share your experience with me first. I wonder what it's like to live in a prison, or what it's like to have two wives and play hide and seek with them. I was very curious" Anton said.
People who had been feeling disturbed now started whispering while staring at Evan, as if to come to judgment with what Anton said earlier.
Swing who had been paying attention since was completely inexhaustible with what happened. It could be that the man humiliated others in public, let alone opening the disgrace of others like that.
David also seemed to be paying attention towards Evan. He felt confused seeing the reaction of his former boss, did something happen to him?
"Currently, what do I care?" murmured David, he then went back to enjoying the food in front of him.
"Wooh, Evan! You're really outrageous huh, how could you possibly ignore me like this? You useless man!" he cursed with annoyance.
Both of Evan's hands clenched more and more firmly. His face turned crimson, with protruding veins around the neck.
"Look at me, you brengs*ek!"
"Stop!"
Evan, who had turned around and was ready to give a punch to Anton, suddenly became silent when he saw a woman standing in front of him. Right in the middle between him and the man.
"However, look at men today. The behavior of the rich pansy, the knowledge of the ugliness of people continues," said a woman who is still around 20 years old.
"What did you say?" pet Anton in disbelief. How dare that woman call him a sissy?
The woman smiled while holding her chest. "What is your hobby, sir. Telling others, bringing up the problem, then exposing the disgrace. That right?"
Anton clenched both his hands tightly. He began to get emotional over what the woman was saying.
"How dare you-"
"Enough. Don't make a fuss in this restaurant!" the manager's exclamation from the restaurant made Anton not to reply to the woman's words.
"Curtain, you weak man!" anton with sarcasm. He then left the place while grumbling and still cursing at Evan.
"It looks like there's been a little change with your ex-husband, Buk," David said after finishing eating all his food.
Swing smiled at David's words. "Thank God he's changed for the better." He also feels happy.
David nodded his head. Then he invites Ayun to go up to the private room on the second floor, because they will meet someone in the room.
Meanwhile, Evan, who had left the restaurant, tried to catch up with the woman who had helped him earlier.
"Wait a minute!" evan said as he stood right in front of the woman.
The woman frowned in surprise when she saw Evan standing right before her. "Sorry, what do you want?" He asked me with a wit.
"I want to thank you for-"
"no need. I'm not doing it to help you, but to honor my fellow men. Why are you just being humbled like that?" ask him with sarcasm.
Evan remained silent. It was unexpected that the woman said such a word to him. He just kept quiet and did nothing. But that's a way to not cause trouble.
"Have it done, essentially respect and respect yourself and your fellow human beings, Sir. And you should not be silent if your self-esteem is trampled on" the woman said later. He then went from that place to the cafe on the street.
"Wait, why did the man look like someone's face?" the woman muttered in surprise. Never mind, whether you want to look alike or not. He doesn't care either.
Evan shook his head looking at the woman. It's easy to talk like that, but it's very difficult to control it.
He then walked towards his car and rushed away from the place. This day he went around the city to see various kinds of community businesses, and observed what businesses people liked the most.
After Evan leaves, a motorcycle stops right in front of the restaurant. The man who was riding the motorcycle immediately took his phone to contact someone.
"Hello, Riana. Where are you?" ask Ezra while opening the helmet that is still attached to the head. "I'm in front of this restaurant, get out quick." He spoke with annoyance.
"I was at the cafe before the restaurant, just here," Riana replied from a phone call.
"Basic. He said at the restaurant, now at the cafe. It's not clear" Ezra grumbled in annoyance. It has been forced to tell me to pick up, even still troublesome.
"There was a commotion there, so I moved here."
"really? Are you okay?" ezra asked with a panicked face. He then turned off the call and went to the cafe on the other side of the road, to see firsthand how Riana was doing.
Meanwhile, elsewhere Fathir was sitting in Faiz's study chair. All day he continued to accompany his son even though Faiz did not consider his existence at all, he did not even go to work to accompany him.
"Eat a little, you have to take medicine" said Fathir, but there was no movement at all from someone in the blanket.
Fathir gave a rough sigh. It's hard to take care of a stubborn child like Faiz, so grateful that he has a mother who can take care of that brash child.
"Would you like to eat or not?" ask Fathir again. "Well, if you don't want to, let me eat."
