Both of Evan's eyes instantly widened when he heard the Doctor's words, as well as Sherly who was currently dumbfounded with a look of disbelief.
"What did you say?" asked Evan stammeringly.
The doctor smiled. It was only natural that they were shocked by what had happened, as he himself was also shocked when suddenly Sacred opened his eyes.
"Your daughter was conscious a while ago, and now she's back to sleep because of the influence of the medicine we gave her. Possibly later-"
"Are you serious?" Evan immediately grabbed the collar of the Doctor's shirt firmly making the middle-aged man unable to continue his words. "You, you said my daughter was conscious?" He asked again with a pus.
The doctor nodded then asked Evan to calm down and release the clutches of his hands, while Sherly immediately ran to the ICU room divider to see Saints directly.
"My daughter. You, you're aware, honey?" murmured Sherly with a sob. He rubbed the barrier glass while looking at Saint who was lying quietly, as if he was rubbing the little face of his son.
The doctor then said if Saints really were conscious, and he himself was also surprised when he saw Saints had already opened both eyes.
"I have done a thorough examination, and the patient has not been fully aware of not responding to the sound. However, all this is really a miracle that God gave to patients because it has opened both eyes, even though the condition is very weak," said the doctor later.
Evan immediately sat down with a sigh of relief when he heard the words of the Doctor. She was truly grateful that her daughter was conscious now, though in her little heart she still could not believe what the Doctor said.
Sherly who also heard the doctor's words seemed to close her eyes while giving a very big thanks. He had felt desperate with the state of Saints, especially when the Doctor said that his daughter's brain almost experienced complete paralysis.
"Thank you, O God. Thank you very much" Sherly murmured as she placed both her hands on her chest.
The doctor smiled when he heard Sherly mutter. He then decided to go back to check on the Sacred state before the little girl regained consciousness.
"I did not expect that Saints really regained consciousness, but I felt grateful that God was still providing healing to him. But the doctor has said if there is no hope anymore, the power of God is very great" said Evan while looking at Sherly.
Sherly glanced at the man wryly. He suddenly remembered the meeting and Ayun, as well as all the words the woman had said. Could it be that the forgiveness from Swing became God's way of power to make his daughter come to her senses?
"Oh God." Sherly is back sobbing. The power of God is immense. When he realized his mistake and decided to apologize sincerely, God gave a very extraordinary reply.
Sherly has promised herself to do anything for the sake of Holy healing, and will also make up for all the wrongs that have been done to Adel and Ezra.
Evan was stunned when he heard Sherly say. What the woman said was true, God is still giving them the opportunity to make up for all the wrongs they have done. Both in the Saints, in the Swings, also in Ezra and Adel.
"Dad promised never to hurt you again, son. I promise to make amends for all the wrongs you've done" Evan muttered, rubbing his face violently.
Everything that happened in the past was his fault. He has hurt and ruined the lives of many people, especially his own children.
Meanwhile, in another place it looks Ayun has arrived at a boutique. A smile rose when he saw a man waving at him, making him laugh at what he was doing.
Ayun quickly approached Fathir who was standing like a model in front of the boutique door.
"Why should I wave my hand, have I seen you?" ask Ayun with wonder mixed funny.
Fathir blicked his lips while shaking his head. "I didn't wave my hand to you, so why did you ask?" He spoke while holding his chest.
Swing frowned in wonder. Obviously Fathir waved at her, let alone the man waiting for her.
"If not to me, then to whom?" ask Ayun in confusion. "The only one here is me." He said back while looking around the place.
"Well, you care so well," cried Fathir as he screeched, making Ayun even more confused. "I'm not waving at you, I'm waving at the camera, because I've given up and can't resist all the charm you've given me."
