Everyone gasped in shock upon hearing the expulsion that Ezra had done, especially Evan who was fixated on the spot while looking at the son nyalang.
Ezra did not care at all about his father's gaze being drawn at him. Right now he's very, very tired, so don't keep provoking his emotions or he'll get out of control.
"Om, I came along with my uncle and aunt. Are they allowed to rest here" Ezra told Rio, staring at the man expectantly.
"Of course, Ezra. Hurry up, get them in for a break!" rio's reply allowed, his hand patted the young man's shoulder slowly.
Ezra nodded her head with a thin smile, she felt lucky because her mother had good friends like Rio and Nayla.
Evan who heard Ezra's words frowned confusedly. "Uncle and aunt? Who're they?" He wondered who the son called his uncle and aunt. He quickly turned his head towards the car, and immediately looked up at the sight of who had just exited from there.
"Yuni?" Screaming Evan in disbelief. His eyes widened, with his mouth open in shock at the whereabouts of his sister-in-law.
Yuni herself smiled faintly at the sight of the sister-in-law, but her attitude was not as usual which would instantly run to cross Evan's hand.
Why could it be like that? Of course because he had heard the story from Ezra about what happened to the household of the older brother, and it was a pity that his older brother was not willing to share his grief with him at all.
"What, what are you doing here?" asked Evan sharply. Why is her sister-in-law in this place, is it possible that she wants to attend the trial tomorrow?
Yuni glanced at the husband holding his daughter, and there was no sign her husband wanted to answer Evan's question. Then he looked towards Ezra who was standing behind his father
"Sorry, Mas. We're-"
"Tante-" cut off Ezra quickly as he walked towards the aunt. "Better Auntie and Uncle come in soon, pity the sisters." He said while gesturing as if he did not answer or say anything to his father.
Yuni nodded understandingly then invited her husband to enter the fence, they shook hands with Rio and greeted kindly. Afterwards Rio invited them to enter the house, leaving Ezra, Adel and their father who were still there.
Evan continued to look at his sister-in-law until he entered the house. If they were here, it would mean that her in-laws were also in this place. However, where are Ayun and her in-laws now?
"Come, Adel. You must be tired, right?" ezra said as he rubbed the top of Adel's head, making Evan's daydream stop.
Adel nodded his head, but he instead approached the father who was a little jolted in surprise when he saw Adel approaching him.
"Adel, you're okay, aren't you, son?" asked Evan gently. His heart was hot, suddenly so calm when he saw his daughter was fine.
Adel nodded his head again while thrusting something in front of the father. "I want to return this card. But in exchange, I asked for a month's worth of pocket money for me and brother."
"Don't spend the pocket money for a month, whatever money you ask for will be straight out. But, come home with dad well," said Evan with the aim of seducing, making Ezra immediately pull Adel's hand to get away from their father.
Instantly the atmosphere became tense again, especially now that Ezra and Evan were looking at each other sharply.
"Don't influence my sister to do anything wrong, Mr. Evan. If he's coming with you, I can't imagine what he's going to be like" Ezra said sharply, his hand clutching tightly at Adel's wrist making the girl frown in pain.
"Sister, my hand hurts," Adel complained, causing Ezra to instantly release the grip of his hand, but with a very sharp and piercing gaze.
Evan smiled sinisterly upon hearing that. "Your sister is my son, Ezra. And where is your manners talking like that to your own father, huh? Did you forget that I've been taking care of you all this time?" He's brought up what's been done in the past.
"My decency was gone when my father cheated on my own mother, and well. I'm not going to forget what you've done from childhood to adulthood, that's why I've kept quiet even though you've bothered us repeatedly. Isn't this what you wanted?" asked Ezra sharply and poked.
"You've married another woman, and your plan to expel my mother has worked. Then what else now? Why are you still bothering us? Didn't you also have a child with that bastard*woman?" ezra said excitedly, he even forgot to breathe when he said it.
Evan was silent when he heard that. What Ezra said was true, but why would he still want to harass them? What exactly is going on? He himself does not understand.
"Now go, before Om Rio calls the police to expel you. Not funny isn't it, a businessman with two wives got kicked out for disturbing the comfort of others?" hatch Ezra with a tone of satire that feels smashing into Evan's chest.
Evan just kept quiet without being able to reply to Ezra. However, before leaving. Adel asked her for money.
"It's money for you, honey. Tomorrow I'm going to pick you up" said Evan, not caring even though Ezra wouldn't go with him. As long as Adel wants, then that's enough.
Adel just kept quiet and focused on the 3 million, without any intention of answering his father's words.
"Lumayan. This money can pay for grandma's treatment, tomorrow I'll ask for more."
