Swing gasped when he heard Keanu's words. He looked at the man in wonder and wondered, could it be that Keanu would discuss his relationship with Abbas?
"Ba-well, sir," Ayun replied softly. He couldn't possibly reject Keanu's words just because he was nervous and scared.
Keanu then walked out of the room and invited Ayun to talk at the rooftop, he felt it was a comfortable and safe place to talk 4 points with the woman.
Swing followed Evan's steps with a thumping chest. Both of his hands were already soaked in cold sweat, and a feeling of uneasiness from guessing what the man wanted to tell him.
Arriving at the rooftop, Keanu stood at the end of the building barrier while staring at Ayun sharply, while Ayun herself lowered her head anxiously.
"Previously sorry if I have disturbed you and made you uncomfortable because I invited you to a place like this, but I was forced to do it because I felt desperate" Keanu said softly, saying, make Ayun raise his head and stare at him.
Ayun felt surprised when she saw Keanu's sad face. The man who used to look at others sharply and flat, now looks fragile and just broken.
"Ti-no papa, sir. Just tell me what you want to say, I'll hear it through to the end," Swing replied quickly. He felt that Keanu was in trouble.
"I will not only tell you, but also ask for help," Keanu continued to make Ayun more and more hit by overwhelming anxiety.
"Let's just say it, sir. If you can, then I'll help you" said Ayun back.
Keanu nodded his head while reassuring himself if what he was doing was right. "I want to tell you about my wife's condition, and ask for help to ease the burden of her illness."
Swing frowned confusedly when he heard Keanu's words, what could he do to cure Nindi?
"Dad, we all knew you were papa's biological daughter."

Swing glued to the spot with his chest pounding when he heard Keanu say, he did not expect that the man would say such a thing.
"But we don't mind it, Ayun. We're happy that papa can find out about all that, especially Nindi. You remember, don't you, if he calls you mbak?" asked Keanu softly.
Ayun nodded her head sobbing. "Sa-I remember. Sorry, I don't know about any of that." Somehow he felt guilty for Nindi for being Abbas's real daughter from a different woman.
"Don't apologize. You're not wrong, and we're not mad at you. We're happy to know that you're papa's biological son, and Nindi is so happy to have a sister like you."
Dada Ayun felt tight when he heard Keanu's words. He did not expect that if Nindi accepted the fact that she was Abbas's biological child, they even accepted it with great happiness. Then, why was he himself still so uncomfortable?
"That's why I came to see you for help" Keanu continued, making Ayun look at him wistfully. "Nindi is in a critical moment, and the Doctor is no longer able to treat her."
Swing gasped in surprise when he heard it. "Nope-no. He must be fine, sir. Nindi must be okay." He said with certainty.
"We've been trying to treat Nindi for a long time, and we've been doing spinal cord checks on all the families. But, we didn't get the spinal cord that suited him."
Swing listened to Keanu's story seriously. Little by little he began to understand where the man was currently talking.
Ayun fell silent with tears as she saw what Keanu was doing. His heart ached upon hearing Nindi's current state.
"I'll do anything for you, I'll also give-"
"I'll do it," Ayun cut off quickly, putting Keanu's words to a halt. "I'm going to donate my spinal cord to Nindi."
Keanu looked at Ayun in disbelief. Both of his eyes were teary, and were ready to shed tears. "You-you're ready?" He asked me softly.
Swing nodded his head. Maybe this is the answer to the question why he can not be a donor for the mother, it turns out not his mother who needs help, but his biological sister.
"thank you. I'm very grateful, "keanu said as he lowered his head.
"No need to thank me, sir. Nindi is my sister, my younger sister. And I'm happy to be able to help her, because I love her so much too." Lirih Ayun with a faint smile. He hoped that his spinal cord would be suitable for Nindi.
"Alright, I beg for his help, Ma'am," said Keanu as he shared a thin smile, making Ayun feel surprised by the call that was embedded for him.
After talking to Keanu, Ayun returned to the mother's room with a sense of relief. Somehow the uneasiness and uncomfortable feeling he felt just disappeared, he became calmer at this moment.
"Assalamu'alaikum," said Ayun slowly while entering the mother's room, he did not want to disturb the rest of his mother and sister.
"Where are you from, son?" tanya Hasna made Ayun gasp.
Ayun fell silent in the doorway when she saw Abbas in the room, and sat down beside her mother's bed.
"I, I'm out looking for some fresh air, Mom," Ayun replied, she was forced to lie so her mother wouldn't feel suspicious.
Hasna nodded her head with a smile. "From now on, Mr. Abbas is looking for you." He told Abbas what he meant and what he meant by coming into his room.
Swing stepped into the room. "I'm sorry to keep you waiting, sir." He spoke lightly as usual.
"It's okay" replied Abbas. He continued to stare at the smiling Ayun towards him, making the unease he felt a little lessened.
Hasna fell silent as she looked at her eldest daughter. Now he's much better, and maybe it's time he told Ayun the truth.
"Come on, sit beside Mr. Abbas."
