Your Spirit from the Water of My Eyes

Your Spirit from the Water of My Eyes
Chapter 21. A Very Contrasting Difference.

I don't feel like the day is passing very quickly. Now that day had changed with night, a woman was seen pacing around in her house restlessly.

Ever since the commotion that occurred this afternoon, Sherly felt uneasy. Moreover, her brother knew all about the truth Evan, even the brother was also furious to bring his daughter to their parents' second home.

"Now what should I do?"

Sherly was really confused. Since then he kept calling Evan and hoping that the man would accompany him, but until this moment his call was not also answered by Evan.

Unwilling to wait for the night to get late, Sherly immediately gets ready to go to her parents' house. Whatever happens, he must still face all of this because his daughter is already there.

Just as Sherly locks the door of the house, the sound of a car coming into her yard makes her immediately turn around to see who is coming.

The face that had been grim since then, immediately smiled widely when he saw the idol had arrived. He immediately stepped over quickly to approach the man, of course the man who made him blind to everything.

"Darling!" Sherly splashes herself into Evan's arms ready to give her the best hug. "I thought you weren't coming." He sobbed, as well as moved because it turned out that the man did not leave him.

"What are you thinking? Do you think I'm gonna leave you?"

Evan's question was right on target, making Sherly's chest pound. The man can always make him flutter, until the love he has is getting peaked.

"I'm scared, honey. My father will be angry, for sure" Sherly said. He was sure that his father would be very angry, and it was likely that he would no longer be recognized as a child.

"We'll talk about it slowly, didn't you say they'd be happy if you were happy too?" ask Evan. His behavior towards Sherly and Ayun was indeed very much different, even the pressure of his voice was also on the opposite line.

Sherly nodded, but the happiness meant was not in this way. "What if they ask us to separate?" The fear came back.

"That was obvious, especially when you saw your brother's anger this afternoon." Evan leaned his tired body against the car. The problems in his house were not finished, now he still had to face the problems at his in-laws' house.

"Then, are you going to obey him?" Sherly looked at the man she had lived with for several years. Removing his wounds, while giving him a love he never imagined before.

"No. I've started all this, how could I end it?"

Sherly looked at Evan full of haru. His hand hugged the man's arm tightly and was as if reluctant to let go.

"Then, are you going to leave mbak Ayun?" Sherly asked doubtfully. Obviously he had to ask about this, because his family would definitely ask the same thing as well.

Evan remained silent. His mouth wanted to say yes, but somehow he could not make his voice. Is it because he still can't make a decision?

"Dear." Sherly holds both of Evan's cheeks, forcing the man to stare at both of his wet beads. "I'm sorry, I know that I shouldn't have asked all that. But, but my family will ask. And, and-"

"I understand," Evan answered quickly. It seems that he must make a decision soon.

However, right now Evan really had to make a decision. Moreover, Ayun had already made a fuss in her house, and tried to make their two children side with the woman.

"I've tried to talk about it in a good way, but you refused and made a fuss instead. So you see, Swing. I'll get you out of the house without taking anyone, because Ezra and Adel are my children."

Evan clenched both his hands tightly, of course with a burning intent that he had to immediately materialize.

"Darling!" Sherly calls again because she no longer hears Evan's voice.

Evan blinked his eyes, making his daydream stop. "You don't have to worry, I'll take care of that. Let's go, your family will be waiting!"

Sherly nodded with a rough sigh, they immediately got into the car and passed away from the place.

At the same time, Nindi was sitting alone with the father who was about 70 years old. They were in the papa's reading room, because they didn't want anyone to steal their talk.

"What's up, kid? Is something going on?" ask Abbas, Nindi's real father.

Nindi gave a rough sigh. It's not until the heart breaks the news about Sherly, but she still has to say it.

"There's something wrong going on in Sherly's household, Pa. And I just found out the truth today," said Nindi bluntly making the face of the old man changed.

"What do you mean, son? Hasn't your sister's household been okay?"

Nindi nodded her head. "Yes, Pa. Their families are fine, but the families of others are ruined because of what they did." He then tells her everything Sherly has done, as well as about Evan's true identity.

Abbas who heard the story of the princess immediately ignited emotions. His face was flushed with hardened jaws, a face that was already filled with wrinkles but still looked handsome it looked very creepy.

"I was really surprised to find out all that, Pa. And, and my heart was hurt when I saw his wife and son Evan," Nindi said with a sobbing after she finished telling me everything.

Abbas tried to hold back his emotions in front of Nindi, embracing the body of the princess who was still crying.

"Don't cry, son. Papa will definitely solve everything, they should have the consequences of what they've done."
