Not the Perfect Wife

Not the Perfect Wife
197. S2 - Meet again

Aydin did not end up thinking with his wife who only thought about herself. Pampers is his son's daily need, how could he forget?

'For even this small thing, you forgot Nay. How can I calm down if I see Nuri away from my mother. Nor can I bear to keep them away, Nay, ' inwardly Aydin.

"What's up, brother? Why silence?" ask Afrin when she sees her dreamy sister. Like thinking of something.

"It's okay. If you want to go, just go. Let Nuri take care of you."

"Not yet, I'll be gone."

"Where to go in the afternoon?"

"So he said he was told to go, now it's his turn to go, even ask where in the afternoon" Afrin grumbled.

"If it's gone now, it's still noon. If it's late afternoon. Where are you going?" ask Aydin again.

"You see a friend."

"Truly friends?"

"Yes, who else?"

"Not your girlfriend?"

"No, I don't want boyfriends. I want to succeed first."

"You can talk like that now, but once you find someone special, you won't talk like that."

"Know. I don't want to talk to you anymore, sister."

"Yes, go!"

"Yes, this too is leaving" said Afrin. "Beautiful queen, Auntie wants to go first, yeah! You are equally papa here .. da dah," said Afrin as he waved at Nuri.

The little girl smiled as she waved her hand. Now only Aydin and the princess. Sometimes the man spoke as if asking Nuri what to cook, making the little girl more enthusiastic about her toys.

Aydin often sees Yasna doing that while playing with Nuri so, he follows her. Although it felt childish, but seeing his daughter's smile made the man happy.

"Hi, Honey! What else to play? Can Mama come?" ask Nayla who just came.

"Tracked," replied Nuri.

"What cooking?" asked Nayla again, the little girl just kept her head down. "May you help me cook it?" Nuri just nodded while continuing to play.

As the two were engrossed in playing, suddenly the voice of someone made Nuri leave.

"Assalamualaikum" said a woman who was none other than Yasna.

"Ikum." Nuri immediately stood up, walking quickly to greet Yasna.

"Grandson Oma, be careful! Oma will also go there later," said Yasna.

Nuri asks for Yasna's carrying by raising both hands. The woman immediately held. The little girl was already able to walk smoothly, but still Yasna was worried about falling.

"Why run, honey?"

"Ma."

"Yes, it's the same oma. Mama's play again, huh?" yasna asked when she saw Nayla near the little girl's toy.

Nuri nodded and smiled in response, making Yasna growled to the point of smirking her granddaughter's cheek. This made Nayla even more sad because she could not do the same thing as her in-laws did to Nuri.

Nayla also wanted to be like that. He could only do it while Nuri was asleep, it couldn't be long either because in the middle of the night the little girl must have woken up and looked for Yasna's whereabouts.

Which parents do not want to be with their children. Nayla also wanted to take pictures with her daughter with a very wide laugh. He wanted to show off the social media deacon. All this time they were just photos of themselves. Although together, Nuri is always in the arms of Yasna or Afrin.

Aydin looked towards Nayla. He could tell that his wife was jealous to see the closeness of mother and daughter. The man understood because they were close since Nuri was born. Unlike his wife who is now dominated by envy.

"Then, come on, let's play again!" take Yasna, but Nuri shakes her head. "Why not?"

"Want to drink milk? Bentar, yes, Oma makein first. Nuri's here with Mama and Papa."

"Papa."

"Yes, it's the same Mama, the same Papa." Yasna drops Nuri in the middle of Nayla and Aydin, but the girl moves in and prefers to sit on her papa's lap.

"Papa's son is thirsty?" tanya Idin Nuri.

"Other times if you want to drink, ask Papa or Mama, yes!" said Aydin who was again embraced by Nuri.

The man heard his daughter's babble. Although not quite understanding what he said, Aydin still nodded and agreed.

"The milk is ready" Yasna said, handing over the milk bottle to Nuri.

The little girl accepted it happily making Yasna smile. Emran joined them.

"Mother, pampers like other Nuri needs, Papa has put it in Nuri's room" said Emran.

"Yes, Pa. Thank ye. If the one in the black crackle had Papa."

"Yes, Papa brought it to the room."

Nayla recalls that yesterday, she said she would buy pampers and milk for Nuri, but why did she forget?

"Sorry, Mother. I forgot when yesterday I said I wanted to buyin" said Nayla who felt guilty.

"It's okay, Mommy had some business outside and bought it, too" Yasna replied lying.

It was clear he was indeed out to buy Nuri's needs. Usually the woman always buys through online so, Yasna does not need to leave the house. However, Nayla had already said that she would buy it because Yasna did not buy it and when she replaced the pampers, it was the last.

Yasna felt that there was something Nayla was thinking about, but she did not know what it was.

*****

"Hello, Miss Afrin. We meet again" said a man who is none other than Khairi. Ivan followed behind him.

Afrin is in a cafe with Vira and Sisca. They had just come home from college to look around.

"Where do you know my name?" asked Afrin with her eyes.

"That's not a big deal to me. I just need to snap my fingers and all I can get. Including you," he said proudly, it makes Afrin more ilfeel.

"You're too confident." Afrin grunting. From the beginning Afrin did not like the man.

He could see that Khairi was not the right man, to be made the leader of the family. Afrin also has no intention of getting into a relationship with a man.

"You're businessman Khairi Wisnuharja, right?" vira asked interrupted the conversation between the two of them.

Everyone looked at Vira. Does that girl know Khairi? That becomes the question they have in mind.

"Yes," Khairi replied in a flat tone. Different when talking to Afrin which is full of softness.

Everyone there looked in wonder at the man. They think that Khairi has a dual personality. In an instant his attitude changed from what was once warm to cold.

Afrin is just as her, but she doesn't want to show it. Let that be the man's business. The girl did not want to interfere.
