"Ivan, are there any meetings today?" ask Khairi after leaving the restaurant after meeting with his client.
"There's two more hours of monthly meetings with the managers, sir."
"Notice if the meeting is submitted in thirty minutes. We'll be back in the company right now."
"Master, sure?"
Khairi looked at his assistant with dislike, Ivan's remark as if underestimating him. I don't know if he wants to see his wife soon. After that he said, "You underestimated me?"
"Ti–no, Sir."
"Hurry up, I don't have much time."
Khairi immediately entered the car followed by Ivan. They're heading for the company. During the trip, the man opened the incoming email and researched it quickly because he wanted to be able to go home soon.
Ivan could only see Khairi through the glass above him. He felt that something was happening, but the man had absolutely no idea what it was. Ivan was afraid that his boss would come back like a month ago.
"Focus on the streets, don't worry about me!" reprimand Khairi without seeing his assistant. The man knew that Ivan had seen him. I don't know, he's like he's got eyes everywhere.
They finally arrived at the company. Ivan would open his mouth to tell if they had arrived. However, Khairi had already descended just like that and passed without waiting for him. Not even a single word.
"What's wrong with her? Like being chased by time. Is he going somewhere?" ivan muttered looking at Khairi's back that was getting further away. "Hopefully he didn't cause any trouble."

"Non Afrin, where have you been? We all miss Miss, especially Mr. Khairi. He often falls asleep in the living room waiting for Miss to arrive" Bik Asih said as they cleaned the garden next to the house.
"I'm just on a temporary vacation, Bik" Afrin replied.
"Miss, how is it?"
"Alhamdulillah, fine, Bik. Actually it's a check schedule, but I'm waiting for Mas Khairi, he also definitely wants to see the development of our baby" Afrin replied with a smile.
"I am delighted that Non Afrin and Mr. Khairi are reunited. Just don't have to see the sad and desperate face of Mr. Khairi."
"Hasn't he been okay all this time, Bik?"
"Seeing from the outside is good, but I really know how he feels because from childhood I already know him very well. Now I'm calm with Non Afrin here."
Afrin was moved to hear how much Khairi loved her from Bik Asih. This is what he expects, loves and loves. The woman raised her head to prevent her tears from falling.
"Sorry, Non. In front there are guests," said Mr. Jono who just arrived.
"Guests? Who, Sir?" ask Afrin while looking at Mr. Jono.
"I don't know, Non. A man, he says he wants to see Mr. Khairi."
Afrin nodded. The woman thought, maybe her husband's friend or business partner, but why come to the house? Why not just go to the company? Is there anything important to come home? Questions were lodged in his head.
"Send me in, sir."
"Yes, Madam." Mr. Jono immediately went ahead and opened the gate. The man invited his master's guests to enter immediately.
Afrin is waiting for her guests in the living room. Not long after, there were footsteps entering the house. The woman scrunched her forehead feeling surprised. The man entered the house without saying hello or excuse me.
"Good day, Madame Khairi," said a man in her haughty style. He just sat down without being invited to make Afrin start to feel something bad.
"Good day" said Afrin reluctantly.
"Where is Lord Khairi? I have a need with him."
"I prefer to talk at home in person. I'd also like to offer cooperation that will definitely benefit your husband."
Afrin gawked at the words of her guest. He immediately took his phone. She better call her husband and ask him to come home soon. The woman did not understand how to deal with something related to business.
There was a ringing phone connected, it did not take long finally the husband lifted it.
"Hello, Assalamualaikum."
"Waalaikumsalam, Mas, where is it?" ask Afrin directly.
"It's on the way home. What's the matter, honey? Already miss?" ask Khairi in a seductive tone.
"Thank God."
Instead of replying to the temptation thrown by the husband, Afrin sighed while giving thanks.
"What's wrong, honey?"
"There are guests at home looking for you. I'm dizzy with it."
"Who is the guest?"
"You just go home and see for yourself."
"Yes, we'll be here soon. I close first, assalamualaikum."
"Getishalight." Afrin returned to the living room to accompany her guests.
Five minutes later, the sound of the car finally came. The woman was sure it was her husband who came home. Sure enough, Khairi's voice said a greeting that was immediately answered by Afrin. The man sitting there did not make any sound at all.
"Good day, Mr. Khairi. Introduce my name Gani, I am a famous young businessman in this city," said the man— named Gani with his arrogance. He extended his hand in front of Khairi.
Khairi welcomed his words while looking at his wife. Afrin complains of dizziness against guests coming, people like this!
"Greetings, Mr. Gani. Please sit!"
The two men sat down, while Afrin opted in to make her husband and guests drink.
"I don't want to mince words, Mr. Khairi. I came here to propose to your sister to be my wife" said Gani made Khairi surprised to glare at her eyes.
Afrin who just came out with a tray was no less surprised. The drink was already made by Bik Asih so he just had to bring it. The woman immediately put two drinks on the table and sat down next to her husband.
At first he was not very interested in the arrival of his guest, but when Gani conveyed his point, Afrin became curious. The woman wanted to know where the man knew his sister-in-law because as far as she knew, Laily rarely went outside the house.
"Where do you know my sister?" khairi asked with a look at Gani.
"I accidentally met him in the mini market where he lived. I've had my men investigate her identity and it turns out she's your sister. That's why I came here. I'll also give you a big project if you agree. You also must have known very well who my family is the most famous in this city."
"It looks like you're mistaken for a guest, Mr. Gani. I have no intention of finding my sister. If he gets married, it's his choice and I appreciate it."
Khairi already knew if his sister used to be in the village close to a man. Even after in town the two still communicate after Laily has a cell phone.
