"Please enjoy the food, miss. Excuse me, we will definitely meet again and I hope our next meeting is on the cover," Khairi said smilingly as Afrin choked on her drink. Not because of the man's smile, but his last sentence that made the girl careless.
Khairi leaves the place along with Ivan, after having his assistant pay for the food ordered by Afrin and his friends.
"Where do you know him, Frin?" ask Vira.
"I didn't meet on purpose."
"meaning?"
"He hit my car at the red light."
"Well, an unexpected story, like a soap opera drama only," Sisca mocked.
Afrin only clucked annoyed at Sisca's taunts, but she did not want to chim in. It doesn't matter to him either.
