Chapter 23
At a famous restaurant in a big mall, Adi was with Gilang and Johan was talking about their business with a partner from the Netherlands Gilang in a private room. After the conversation, proceed with lunch.
Gilang whispered to Adi, “You know the best club in town? Mr. Van Delken wants to play there. He hoby have fun.”
Adi looked at the bule in front of him, “Do you want to enjoy tonight at the club, Mr. Delken?”
“Yeah, I want to enjoy the night entertainment while here. But if our business is done.” said Andrew casually.
Johan just kept quiet hearing their conversation. So far he has never brought his boss guests to the club.
“I heard Club 36 is interesting enough to visit.” Silence spoke casually. “How about Tama, have you ever played there?”
Adi shook his head, “I have no time to play to club.”
“Wah, you are conservative.” Mr. Delken smiled obliquely. “Is your wife classified as possessive, so as not to let her husband seek entertainment at the club?”
Gilang sharpened his hearing, wanting to know how the household life of Aditama and Helen the former.
Aditama smiled faintly, “Business makes me always night home. Body is too tired.”
“Ok, I'll buy us there. For a long time I have not felt the glitter of the evening entertainment. According to my friend info, there are many beautiful women.” Mr. Delken asked Adi and Gilang to accompany him to the Club. “Time I set ..”
When they were about to get out of the fancy restaurant, they passed Marisa and the troupe, while Faiq was still in the car with the twins. Super active Hasya immediately ran small, making Hani confused to follow him.
Adi's gaze was fixed on a girl who ran agilely without caring about the dangers around her. Adi quickly catches Hasya who almost slips on the marble floor of the restaurant.
“Five glasses, om.” Hasya's kenes voice surprised Adi.
His chest immediately rumbled rapidly, this was the first time he came into contact with his flesh blood that he did not acknowledge his existence.
“Im sorry my daughter,” Hani instantly grabbed Hasya from Adi's embrace.
“Mbak Hani..” Johan greeted him politely, to which Hani replied with a smile while nodding her head.
Gilang looked at the girl who was in front of him with an astonished look. He looked at Adi and Hasya.
The newly-appeared Faiq was surprised to see Hasya and Hani surrounded by four adult men. He scrunched up his eel when he saw Adi among the four men.
“I'm sorry, can't resist adek, the run is very fast.” Hani looked at Faiq with a worried look.
Faiq smiled faintly as he saw the incident, “Thank you for your help, Mr. Aditama. This grandpa can't stay still.” Faiq immediately carried Hasya.
“Do you know each other?” Gilang so kepo look at the atmosphere that looks tense.
“Yes. Mr. Adi is one of my papa clients.” replied Faiq casually.
“Papa, let's go there. We have been waiting for you from earlier.” Ariq and Ali appeared together in front of them.
“Wah, handsome-looking once this boy.” Gilang could not hide his admiration.” His gaze turned to Hani who had been silent since earlier.
“Pardon us, for interfering with your activities. We excuse.” Faiq immediately held Hani's hand apart from them. He did not want Hani to be the object of the wild fantasies of the men there. He noticed several pairs of unblinking eyes staring at Hani.
Adi did not take his eyes off the five figures who walked further and further. A pain felt scratching at the corner of his heart. He saw for himself how Faiq's sincere and affectionate treatment of his son and ex-wife, which he never did as long as they were together.
“Although widowed but very attractive. His eyes paralyze faith.” Gilang began to express what he had in mind. “Sight is still young too, at least thirty.”
“Yeah, it's almost 29 years old.” Adi said shrewdly. He remembers the age difference between him and Hani. Marriage because of arranged marriage, but now it has ended because of her stupidity.
Gilang gongo heard Adi's words, “Do you know him? I'm being suspicious.”.
“True. She's my ex-wife.” Adi replied straightforwardly, his face implying a deep sadness.
“Gosh!” Gilang. “What happened?” the two walked a little slowly worried that their conversation was heard by Andrew who was still busy talking to Johan,
Gilang looked at Adi with a confused look, “Didn't you already have Helen, or don't-don't.?”.
“The story is very complicated. I'm helpless with the circumstances that have happened.” Adi rubbed his face violently. “My three daughters sons do not recognize me..”.
The brain works fast. He understands now. The three adorable brats were the flesh blood of Adi.
His mind floated on Helen, “Did Helen cause their separation?” batin Gilang full of questions. He did not dare to ask Adi.
Finally, I started thinking about something. I had to meet Helen. There are unresolved issues between him and Helen. But he hesitated to ask Adi for his number, because he did not want to raise suspicion on his friend.
That afternoon at a famous restaurant it seemed that Helen was sitting together with Gilang. He was really upset, because he had to meet people he tried to avoid for the rest of his life.
“Where did you get my phone number?” Helen said with a huff. He felt very upset when he woke up already got a chat from Gilang who invited him to meet. Not just a regular chat but full of threats. If Helen does not meet him, Gilang will tell Adi about their past relationship.
“Rosi your socialite friend is my cousin. So it is not difficult to get your number.” Answer Gilang relax.
“Cih, what do you want to say? You think I'm afraid of your threats?” Helen looked at Gilang with a cynical look.
Gilang looked at Helen intently. He recalled the mistakes he had made against the adult woman in front of him. Although the age of Helen was not young, but her charm was still visible, and Gilang enjoyed the face of God's creation in front of her with a heavy sigh.
“What do you want to say? I can't linger out of the house.” Helen's voice sounded faint.
“I just want to apologize for my past mistakes..” Gilang said solemnly.
“Cih, you think I'll easily forgive you.” Helen returned Gilang's gaze with reddened eyes enduring the pain and anger.
“I know, your life is now very comfortable. We should forgive each other for all our mistakes, and live in peace.”
Helen laughed cynically, “Well, my life is better now. Adi so spoiled me and made me the only queen in her life.”
Gilang just kept silent to hear Helen's words. But his encounter with Adi's ex and children suddenly upsets his mind, “Are you the one who caused Tama to part with his wife and children?”
Helen was surprised to hear Gilang's question which was beyond her expectations. The smile on his face suddenly disappeared. “Where did you know that? And I don't think I need to answer that. It has nothing to do with you.”
Silang smiled faintly, “You don't have to ask where this info I got. I was just looking at Tama, apparently she was depressed. I see no glare of happiness emanating from his face.”
“You don't need to take care of our household life.” Helen was troubled by Gilang's words. Indeed unconsciously in his little heart admitted. In the past two years their married life has been bland, unlike in the beginning of their very warm and passionate closeness, until Adi married her because she was pregnant.
Gilang grabbed Helen's hand and stroked her gently. “I didn't expect you to do that. And I'm sure all of this is because of my past mistakes.”
Helen pulls her hand in annoyance, “I hate you so much. And will hate you all my life. So don't blame me for what I did. I just want to be happy.”
“But you sinned, for having severed the bond of a son and father.” Gilang looked at Helen with concern, “Be aware of Helen, do not for hating me, you become a human who has no heart.” Gilang pulled back Helen's hand that seemed to vibrate on the table while holding the glass.
“So this is what you did behind your husband?” The female voice surprised the two.
Helen looked at the source of the voice. Looks Linda stood arrogantly and full of anger, moreover she saw the hand of her daughter-in-law was in the grasp of Gilang who was a close friend of her son.
“Tante, forgive me.” Gilang immediately let go of Helen's hand and stood up to Linda, “It's not what I imagined. Helen and I met here by chance.”
“Hah! Apparently good luck I made an agreement here with my friend, so see the actions of the two of you who have played fire without Adi.”'s knowledge Linda started to step full of anger. “Look at me, what will I tell him later.”
“Mama ..” Helen was terrified to hear Linda's words. Unknowingly he ran trying to catch up with Linda, without thinking about her condition which is 3 months pregnant.
“Shelf...” accidentally Helen hit a waiter carrying a truck full of food, causing her to lose her balance and…
“Argh...” Helen fell to her knees. He groans in pain. His eyes widened to see the thick blood that began to flow between his calves. It felt like he was not strong to stand up, his gaze began to blur, until finally…
I was surprised to see Helen. “Tante, please stop. Helen bleeding.” Without thinking long Gilang yelled making Linda flabbergasted in disbelief. He who canceled a promise with his friend and intended to go home, had to turn to Gilang who now holds Helen's head.
