Chapter 5. Magic Match: First Round 8
Previous Story:
The team from the Magic Soul came to pick up Reina. A fight between the two teams almost happened, but Reina stopped him immediately.
As the Magic Soul team leaves, Eva and her friends continue on their journey. Their journey goes with a muluc, without any obstacles that are too meaningful. Until finally they arrived to pass through the most dangerous and also the safest area (to hide). They need enough preparation to cross this swamp.

After all the preparations were done, we immediately stepped in. As usual, we sped up our run with wind magic, so we could run fast across the tree branches. Actually, it's not very profitable. If only we had more wind magicians, we could all fly, just like the Magic Soul team. It seemed that the four people from the team were wind element users, except for Reina who only had a single element.
The swamp was very dark. Although Robert's fireballs shed light all around, we can't see anything happening in the distance.
I thought that there would be many dead trees and blackened ground as this swamp gave off an aura of death. But it wasn't what I imagined. Although the atmosphere here is very quiet and deadly because this place is very dark and foggy. But the state of this place is just like an ordinary swamp. We rested for ten minutes, then continued on our way back.
We crossed the swamp for ten minutes, and there was no sign yet that we were going out.

"Wait a minute" Robert suddenly said.
"Two of you stay here" he ordered suddenly.

"Alright, then I'll stay" Charlotte said directly. "I also want to check something"

Robert did not mind. He and the other two immediately came forward.
Charlotte and I stood at our place, motionless.
"I want to check something first. I'll be back soon" Charlotte said later.

I was very curious and wanted to take the egg. But I broke my intention. I was afraid that it was the egg of a powerful magical beast, and that magical beast would get angry if I took the egg.
I only watched the egg for a moment before turning away. It turned out that the strange light I saw as it passed was only the reflection of a small egg.
I ventured into the surrounding area again and found nothing. I did not find any magical beasts or any interesting items. There were only rocks, I saw a strange new one, but I ignored it. There were only trees and also shallow rivers with muddy soil.
After losing interest in this place, I immediately returned to the starting place. To the point of gathering when I parted ways with Robert.
When I got there, Charlotte arrived first and waited.

A few minutes later, Robert's group finally returned.
"I'm guessing" Robert muttered while holding his chin.
"We can't get out of this swamp. It turns out they put up a seal that keeps us crossing the same place. I feel familiar because I feel like I always cross the same place. Now we need to find the thing that sealed this place. Or we'll never walk out".
