Chapter 7 Thank You

Emerta will make a decision after asking everyone's opinion on King Albion's offer. And she told everyone Diana's identity and made them all shocked. As well as the Duke deciding, he would take everyone to the kingdom of Albion.

"Mother..." Diana looked at Emerta with teary eyes. "I never knew I'd have a father." he said heartily. "I want to meet him"
Looking at Diana's poor gaze, Emerta felt a hint of guilt in her heart.
"We can talk to him now if you want to" Emerta said.
Prince Erick swiftly took out his magic crystal ball. Then he filled the magic tool with mana. It took a few seconds for the mana to fill and the crystal ball began to glow. Then the ball flickered and began to reveal another figure there. An old man who looked very elegant.
Susana was silent until King Albion opened his mouth. "My daughter..."
"Dad?" diana was not sure. Who would have thought that he had a father all along.
Diana was moved and almost cried. King Albion tried to calm him down. Sometimes the King even persuaded him to go there and say that his kingdom was a very beautiful place.
Eva also sees her grandfather for the first time. The existence of King Albion is never mentioned in the novel. King Albion looks younger than Dean Wason but his aura looks very weak. Like a sickly old man.
"My little granddaughter. You are so adorable" King Albion later said. She looked at Eva with loving eyes, making Eva blush in embarrassment.
Then, Enell and King Albion had a discussion. Since Enell had already decided to head towards Albion, he asked about the nearest route leading to that place. King Albion told him a shortcut by giving him a route to the teleportation circle. Even though it really takes time to transfer everyone with that little magic circle. But it still sounds safer to go with the teleportation circle.
King Albion also informed them that he would send some soldiers to escort them to the capital when they arrived. Enell thanks for that.
"See you. We'll meet again later here" King Albion waved his hand with a big smile. He was really happy to find part of his family that disappeared. Then they can be together now after a long time apart.
Enell and the others decided to leave tomorrow morning. He'll use today's time to get ready. He will bring quite a number of people along with his troops. So he had to coordinate them properly.
At night, Eva and Ren speak with four eyes. Because Ren will return to his village now because there are still things that must be handled.
"Sorry to bother you" Eva said guiltily.
"It's okay" Ren ruffled the little girl's hair. "You're really troublesome. Always involved in big trouble"
Eva put on a pouting face. Then said in a sad tone. "I'm sorry"
"No need to apologize"
"Then thank you" he continued while blushing in shame.
Ren just smiled. This was the first time Eva had seen the strange man smiling sincerely. Her smile was beautiful, coupled with the night light. That was absolutely amazing.
"I also apologize for not being able to help you further. Especially the issue of residence. I can take you and your family to the elf village. But I can't bring in other humans because they can't be trusted" Ren said to the point.
"No problem"
Eva nodded.
Ren took out something from his storage room. It was a small black box that glittered when exposed to the moonlight.
"For you"
"What's this?"
"Gift" Ren replied briefly. Then he disappeared on the spot in the blink of an eye.
Eva opened the small black box and found a small bracelet inside. The bracelet glittered so beautifully. He had no idea what this bracelet was made of.
Eva wears it on her wrist. It was quite large, but strangely the bracelet suddenly released magic energy and changed shape according to his wrist. And Eva could feel something entering her body and the sensation was very comfortable. Ren might give her a magic tool again. And he doesn't know what it does. But it might make his body's constitution better.
"Very beautiful" she raised her hand and looked at the bracelet on her wrist. That's really beautiful. It did not look like the jewelry usually used by the nobles. This bracelet emits a certain energy.
The next day, Sayn also said goodbye to him. The Kingdom of Albion was too far away and to be honest their organization had never set foot at all in that kingdom. Because they need to cross the sea to get there.
Moreover, Sayn had nothing to do with the Duke's army. He gets involved because he purely wants to help Eva. That's why, after he's done helping, he'll be back in his place.

"No need" Sayn replied quickly. "I can handle my own problems" he said as he puffed his chest. His self-esteem would fall if he was helped by women.
"All right..." Eva trusts him.
Robert and Dean Wason also contacted him through Enell's crystal ball. Diana thanked them for their help on the day of her execution. If they didn't help, maybe he would really leave this world.
"Thank you master, grandfather" Eva said solemnly. They really helped a lot in Diana's safety.
"No problem" replied Dean Wason. "But we're sorry for not being able to get too involved. The magic tower has a pact with the Kingdom of Well"
"I know that"
Then Eva tells them that her mother is related to the kingdom of Albion. They will go to the kingdom and live there. Dean Wason and Robert were shocked when they heard everything. It was all a really surprising plot twist. At first they were worried about the state of the Duke and the others. But now they don't have to worry about it anymore.
"Take care of yourself" said Robert softly as he looked at Eva with longing eyes.
Eva nodded and their conversation ended.
