Chapter 6 Evan
Previous Story:
Eva invites Vivian to stay at her house during the holidays. It's all for Vivian's security after everything that happened. It's better if they live together. Vivian agreed.
When Vivian reached the mansion, Duke and Diana greeted them enthusiastically. Especially Diana. Because it's the first time they've seen Eva bring her best friend home.

After dinner, I told Vivian that I would go back to my room to take a shower and change clothes. I also told him that I had some business to do. Especially I have to tell Diana about the Magic Circle and also the trip to the dark elf Palace to meet Emerta. So that he might come back late enough to Vivian's room to sleep together.
Vivian nodded in agreement after hearing everything. "I'll be waiting for you" she smiled brightly.
I went back to my room to take a shower and put on my pajamas. After that, I headed straight to the Duke and Diana's room.
When I entered, I did not see the whereabouts of Duke. There was only Diana alone, who was very busy with her baby bed. Looks like he's busy taking care of Evan.
"imm? Eva, what's wrong?" Diana immediately realized Eva's whereabouts when the room door opened.
"Is Evan asleep?" I asked as I extended my head to look towards the crib.
Evan immediately looked at me with his cute wide eyes. Then he started pointing his hands up and muttered "Caca~"

"He's very active. There was no way she would have fallen asleep this early" Diana resigned. He looked at Evan with melancholic eyes. "But of course Evan wasn't as active as you were as a child ~ I was even confused that you're a~ woman" Diana said then as she looked at Eva with a look of ignorance.
I smiled awkwardly. When I was a baby, I had no thoughts at all like a baby. I became interested in magic and started to become a magic addict. Plus Duke's been training me since I was a kid.
My childhood was full of training. Unlike other noble girls who spend their time playing, enjoying funny and beautiful things, then eating sweet food.
But that doesn't mean my childhood was bad. I loved my childhood. I don't even lack toys or food. So I don't mind all that stuff.
There is only one shortcoming. I don't like to attend tea parties held by other nobles. So I really didn't hang out with them and didn't make a single friend until I studied at the academy. Maybe that's why the bad rumors about me are spreading so quickly and everyone trusts them. They think the rumors are true because I am rarely seen at noble parties.

"This creature is so cute. I doubt he's human. Maybe she's an angel~" I looked at Evan in awe. Then poke her cheek with my index finger.
Eva responds to me by making her cute slurred voice "Ca~"
Then he started touching my fingers with both hands. His hands are very soft and fragile. It was as if I could crush her easily if I held her too hard. I have to be careful not to do that.
Evan has a different appearance to me. If I have a dominant appearance like a duke, that is blue eyes and golden hair. Evan has a dominant appearance like Diana.
She has very soft brown hair. His eyes are blue, just like mine and Duke's. Her face was round like Diana's, unlike the duke - who had sharp jaws.
Perhaps in the future he would become a cute man rather than a cold man like Duke. Because I can't imagine that blanket's face putting on such a fierce expression as Duke did.
"It looks like she likes you more than me" Diana said later.
"Eh?"
"I counted a few times he called you. He's called you brother five times. When she was with me she only called me once" Diana explained in a disappointed tone.
Evan did call me a few times with his lisp voice. Even though I didn't count them. "I also like you my little angel~" I said happily as I touched her tiny nose. At first I thought she would be distracted by my touch, but the baby laughed happily. It made my heart flowery.
"ah! I came here to tell you something" I finally recalled my original purpose.
"What do you want to talk about?"
"It's about Ren, the castle and grandma..."
I started to tell her how I found the transportation magic circle inside the tree house. As well as telling Diana that Ren had already allowed us to use her.
"So how? Can we go to the elven castle during the school holidays?" I asked enthusiastically.
Diana nodded gently. "Of course we'll go. I haven't seen that woman in a long time. I miss her so much" Diana said in a melancholic tone.
"alright. I'll call Ren later"
I played with Evan for a while until the baby was sleepy. Then I started out of Diana's room to go back to Vivian's room.
"You look so happy" Vivian said later. The girl was already lying comfortably on top of the bed with a blanket over her body. He was reading a magic book.
"of course. I didn't expect Evan to be that big a blanket" I answered happily as I jumped on the bed.
"His milk. I also want to have a sister" Vivian said.
How could Vivian say such a thing with a flat expression? I dare not say anything now. Vivian's mother is dead. He won't be able to have a sister. That's a sad thing.
Come to think of it Eva also had no sister in her past life. At that time Evan was not born because the condition of Diana's body was not healthy because of illness. But until now I can still see that Diana is fine. Although his body was weak, he did not have any disease. I was so confused, what was the reason Diana became ill in her previous life?
"Eva, when are you going on vacation?" Vivian changed the subject. He closed the book he read and put it back into the dimensional space.

Vivian's eyes grew. "Then we can spend some time together, right?"

"I'm tired of all that stuff" Vivian shook her head. Then he put both his hands on Eva's shoulders. "Let's cook together!" then shouted.
