Chapter 6 Emerta

Dinner came in their room. Eva ate first and she was exposed to poison.She was almost dying, fortunately Diana quickly drank a healing potion on her. So that Eva can move and handle the poison with her light magic.
Ren learned of the news and quickly met them. It was fortunate that Eva was fine because she could save herself with light magic.
Ren immediately called everyone involved to cook dinner. He interrogates them one by one and eventually finds the culprit. He tried to find the other mastermind, but the maid insisted not to open her mouth. Finally Sayn obliterated her into ashes

Lena's mood is really bad right now. Especially after seeing his beloved brother prefers strangers than him. It made her even more angry.
He even beat up the guards to vent his anger. It was fortunate that his punch was so weak, that nothing happened to the bodyguard.
Lena kept putting on an ugly face as she headed for her room. Then he found something unexpected.
A female elf wearing a servant outfit, was standing in the corner of the hallway with a suspicious attitude. The servant elf continued muttering with trembling lips.
"Nobody is disgusting.I touched their clothes.it's so disgusting..I don't want to clean their old room at all.I want to burn it.. disgusting..."
"Man?" Lena's eyes immediately sparkled. He knows the man in question. They were guests that Ren had brought from somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
Lena excitedly approached the servant elf. "Hey, I hear you" He smiled happily.
The elf gasped in shock as it turned around and immediately bowed respectfully. "Daughter." she said with a nervous face.
"I heard all your talk. What do you think would happen if you heard it?" Lena smiled cunningly.
"Daughter.me..." The servant's face paled.
"Just calm. I was just kidding" Lena patted her shoulder while laughing happily. "Don't be too serious"
The waiter heaved a sigh of relief "Thank you princess"
"What's going on? Why do you hate those humans so much?" Lena asked with curious eyes.
The elf also recounted his bitter past. He told me how his parents were killed by humans. And how could he escape while being a slave. He was really full of grudges and was very scared back then. Although now he is free from the clutches of humans and lives in the palace. His hatred is growing.
So when she saw Ren carrying the humans, her hatred rose again.
Lena nodded after hearing the whole story. "I don't really like those humans either" he smiled.
The servant gasped and looked at Lena with sparkling eyes. "Are they not so disgusting princesses?"
Lena nodded "Yes" Then she looked at the waiter seriously. "I will help you overcome your hatred" he smiled meaningfully.
"real princess? You're really nice. I'm sure you'll soon be queen of this palace. Since Her Majesty has no candidate for the crown princess at all. The princess was a suitable candidate" she was very grateful and praised Lena with all her heart.
Lena smiled cynically after hearing her praise. "Of course I'll be queen. I will accompany Ren's brother for the rest of my life" he said confidently. That's why he needs to get rid of all the parasites that surround Ren. The parasite must be destroyed immediately to keep Ren pure.
Lena also told him the plan. The waiter listened enthusiastically.
"But I'm not responsible if your job fails. That's your responsibility" Lena warned. He didn't want his name involved if this servant got caught.
The waiter nodded. "I'm so grateful that my daughter helped me"
"but I still have to have insurance" Lena took out a contract paper. "Sign this with your blood" he ordered. This is a blood covenant contract. If the servant mentioned his name, then he would instantly die on the spot. The waiter immediately signed it without hesitation. That way their plan begins.

Ren is cruel. He can kill living things that easily. There was not even blood splattered. The murder was very clean.
I'm used to seeing scenes like this. Not with Diana. I could see him silent in surprise. But his fear reaction was not too overwhelming. Diana calmed herself down again after that.
"I don't know who else was involved, but I will definitely find him" Ren said after he disbanded the entire workforce to return to their respective duties.
"No need" I replied awkwardly. Looks like the dark elves who poisoned us hate humans so much. Therefore he did so with a personal motive of vengeance.
"We store some food in the dimension room. So everything's fine. We will eat first now" said Diana, making Ren's face slightly disappointed by it.
They did not care about Ren's change in expression. They only ate quickly while Ren waited by the door awkwardly. Diana had already told Ren to sit on the sofa and eat with them. But Ren refused. He prefers to stand at the door.
Fifteen minutes later, I was done eating. Fortunately, what we brought was not dry food. So I enjoyed the food a little. We also keep cooked meat inside. So not bad either.
Finally, Ren led us to the palace laboratory. The lab is far away. Farther from the hall. After passing through the spacious courtyard I saw last afternoon, we went to the next building. It turned out that the laboratory building was separate from the main building of the palace. It is located at the end of the palace.
We went in and the whole room was darker than usual. Why is the atmosphere in this gloomy elf palace? They are not that poor to be unable to afford the lights. Or are they allergic to light? But it was impossible because I could see that the elves were playing agilely during the day.
We entered a laboratory waiting room filled with a wide variety of hanging plants. We continued forward and found another room. That room is a research room.
The impression of this room is very different from the research space on earth. There are a lot of weird tools and also weird topless-topless. Reminds me of a witch's shed but looks more modern.
There were three people in the research room. One old man with a long white beard and two women with black masks. It was shocking that the three people were human, not elves.
The three people knew that Ren had come and immediately welcomed her.
"Welcome Your Majesty." they bowed respectfully simultaneously.
"I'm here because I have something to talk to Emerta about. The rest can go" Ren said straightforwardly.
The other two nodded obediently and stepped their feet out of the room, leaving behind a woman with a black mask. The woman lowered her head and she was wearing a mask, so we simply could not see what her expression was like.
"Mother..." Diana muttered little.
The woman slightly flinched and slowly opened her mask. "Diana.." she said with a very sad expression.
Diana immediately ran to embrace him. And the two women were crying.
"Enjoy your time" Ren left the room, leaving a group of families there. He wanted to let them talk in private and not interfere.
I watched Emerta and Diana who were crying while holding the sleeping Evan.
I'm actually a little confused. Doesn't Emerta have no emotions at all because he's an artificial man? But why does he look like a normal human being to me. He could cry and wear such a sad expression.
Emerta has a slightly different appearance than Diana. I probably wouldn't have thought they were mother and son. Emerta's hair was purple and her eyes were golden. Such appearances were rare for the human race.
After entering this world, I came to know the general appearance of the races here, including humans. Seventy percent of them have brown hair like Diana and Reina.ten percent golden hair like me, Denis, and Duke. Ten percent more black hair like Sayn and Robert. Five percent red hair (like Lilac) and silver (Charlotte). Five percent more green hair and other colors. Purple color is a very rare color.
Not only hair, the shape of Emerta and Diana's face was different. Emerta has sharp jaws and makes her appearance look elegant and cold. But Diana had round cheeks, even the baby fat was still there even though she was an adult. Makes her have a plain and cute impression. Maybe Diana's appearance declined from her father's.
Both women stopped crying. Diana also let go of her embrace. "Eva come here" she said in a hoarse voice as she was crying.
I immediately advanced near them and slightly bowed my body to give my regards. "Hello, grandma"
Emerta's body froze for a moment. He looked at the beautiful little girl in front of him as well as the little baby without even frowning.
"Mother, they are my children. I wanted to introduce her to you" Diana said later.
Emerta is still frozen. I was confused by his response. Does he not like us?
Diana slowly took Evan from Eva and hugged him. "They are very beautiful girls and boys" Diana said. "Allow mother?"
"Yes." Emerta finally opened his mouth.
She looked at Eva with a very beautiful smile. "Dear Eva darling"
My eyes immediately sparkled. And I hugged her quickly.
"Grandmother." I said softly as I buried my face in her stomach.
Hearing the word "grandmother", Emerta froze again before tears rolled back down her cheeks. She cried again for the second time.
