Chapter 5 Magic Games: First Round 18

The Magic Soul Team and the Magic Tower ended up fighting each other.
Eva must confront one of the light witches. They fought hard enough until Jean and Hans died before their eyes.
Eventually Eva also had to fight with two other opponents. The one-on-three fight began.

The three people from the Magic Soul team discussed with each other. They do it with finger movements so Eva doesn't understand what they're talking about.
Then the three people looked at each other and nodded their heads. One of them took out a strange magic tool from the magic bag. The magic tool was shaped like a small tree branch in blue.
The man threw the magic tool up. Then the three of them started using their water magic. Their water magic was absorbed into that strange rating.
Then the strange rating glowed and vibrated. Slowly the water came out of the rating like a wave. But it does not go down directly because of gravity but rather floats up and covers the sky.
I frowned in confusion over the magic they were using.
"What are they doing?"
I saw all the water drifting and started to cover the forest. The water covered half the forest.
This magic is really striking. Even everyone who was fighting distracted them. Even though we were quite far away because we were separated from each other. And the forest is also very large.
What magic do they use?

But they just put out water and that weird rating works.
That layer of water continued to expand and expand. In an instant the entire forest was covered with a strange layer of water on the ceiling.

I frowned confusedly "What do you mean?"
I don't see any attacks from this magic anyway...
No effect until a few minutes later. A dark blue mist emerged from the water layer. The fog started to aim at me so as to block my vision.
I tried to get away, but I couldn't. The range of the fog was very wide and covered my entire view. Not just my eyesight, I don't even feel anything. A strange fog covered all my five senses!
When I tried to sharpen my senses, I could only hear the laughter from the opposing team. Cannot detect other sounds.

The screams began to echo. Lava enveloped their bodies before they finally fell down.
I instantly canceled my magic and started to flush their burned bodies with water.

I could still hear the sound of flames extinguishing as I started throwing them with water.
The three men were unconscious. Their robes were completely destroyed and revealed their skin that was rubbing from the burning
There was a little bit of discomfort when I saw it. I thought I was overreacting? They're not dead, are they?
The three unconscious people began to turn into light and slowly disappeared.
"I hope that after they return, the burns will improve." I said a little hope. Even if their wounds can't be healed, I'll intervene alone with my light magic. Everything should be fine....
