Chapter 8 of the World Conference
Eva felt very nervous as she looked at the myriad of people in this place. He even knows all of them. They are his friends and enemies.
"Oh, you've grown up" the Elf King of light suddenly approached Eva.
"Oh, hello sir. Long time no see" Eva replied politely.
Seeing Eva's interaction with the Elf King, everyone frowned in confusion. They all wondered how Eva could get along with the elves. Because he was also familiar with the Dark Elf King.
The Light Elf King, Vien, raised his hand. He was trying to stroke Eva's head. But Ren came and brushed his hand off violently. Then Ren began to look at Vien with a sharp look. Vien returned his gaze with a smile. Electric currents of contention arose and the atmosphere became increasingly awkward.
"Keep your hand away" Ren said.
"What's wrong ? I just wanted to say hello to my old friend" Vien replied.
Eva who was in the middle, lowered her head in embarrassment. He was now the center of attention because of stupid things.
Enell acted quickly. He pulled Eva, held her hand. "Let's go over there" Before turning away he looked at Ren and Vien with a glaring gaze.
As a father, he would protect his daughter. Moreover, Enell felt there were many predators trying to approach and disturb his daughter. These guys are like parasites. She doesn't like it. More precisely, before taking my daughter you must step over my corpse first. That's what Enell had in mind. He will guard Eva from all predators in this place including that stupid elf.
"Cousin, you're really popular" prince Erick whispered to her in a teasing tone.
Eva hit her head quickly. Even though Erick is older than her, somehow Eva always wants to hit him because he's so annoying.
"Ehem" Reinell coughed lightly. "Can we start? I was really busy" he said.
Ren and Vein end their conversation and return to their respective groups.
"There's a side that says he knows the source of all this. Who's that?" ask Reinell to the point.
"I know a few things" Ren replied. Now all eyes are on him.
Ren took out his magic tool. Then the device conjures up a map image of the entire world in empty air. Inside that huge map were six striking red dots.
Ren explains that he found six strange magic circles scattered all over the world. He had already checked the six magic circles. But he couldn't go any further because there was protective magic protecting him. Then it takes a lot of time to break through all the magic circles. Maybe a few years until he erases everything.
"What does the magic-circle have to do with attacking magical beasts?" ask Gord.
"You see the sixth form of this magic circle".
Everyone focused on that big red dot and they discovered that the six magic circles formed a circle pattern. The circle almost covers all the land on the map.
Ren explained that the existence of this magic is very strange. And he hasn't seen her at all in his entire life.
"Maybe it's ancient magic?" Reinell. "But who did it? Why would he do something like this?"
"Maybe it's ancient magic. All I know is we just have to destroy those six magic circles to make them vanish. And the perpetrator may want to destroy the world"
"Destroying the world?" Reinell stared directly at the entire dark magician. He knew that only they might have such evil purposes.
"Don't look at us like that" Ren cut. He took out one beast carcass from his dimensional space. "Look it's not dark magic. I can see the remnants of light magic in the carcass of this magical beast"
Reinell and the others immediately checked. And Ren's words are true. Reinell could even still see the rest of the light magic in the veins of these magical beasts.
"No way.." Reinell muttered in disbelief. "There's no way a light witch does all this stuff"
"I don't accuse any party" Ren said. Then he looked at everyone. "The debate about which side is wrong doesn't matter at all right now. We are holding this conference because we want to work together. Not blaming each other"
"So point?" Denis scrunched his forehead.
"Let's work together" Ren smiled slightly. "We can work together by making each of the six groups. Then each group headed to a different place to destroy this magic circle. We are all friends now, not enemies. So I hope you don't fight each other"
The room was quiet. Some people thought hard because they still did not agree to cooperate with their sworn enemies. But they were forced by the situation to do just that. And finally they all agreed.
Finally they negotiated how to form six groups based on everyone's consent. Finally they use a lottery system to determine the participants who participate.
So each party enlists important figures in this mission to participate. Kingdom of Well added Lilac. The Kano Kingdom added two more witches. The magic tower added the entire Dean to participate. The Elf King added the five strongest elf warriors. Reinell added his five strongest warriors as well.
Group 1 consists of Denis and his entourage from the Kingdom of Well. Some Dean from the Magic Tower would also enter this group. The great general of the palace will not come because he is assigned to guard the capital.
Group 2 consists of Sayn and the people from her organization. Then the dark magicians organization also joined this group. Surprisingly, Lilacs from the Well kingdom belong to this group. So that he feels uncomfortable.
Denis wants to help her by taking her to her group. But Lilac refused, because it would be unfair. Everything is determined by the lottery system in the end. He didn't want to make Well's kingdom the center of hate. After all it was fine to join the enemy kingdom since they were all friends now.
Group 3 consists of important units from the Magic Tower, such as Dean Wason, Robert, Charlotte and some Dean. Prince Erick entered this group and separated from the others. He was sad, but he wanted to.
The group of 4 consisted of the light elf King, Vien along with several elf warriors and Reinell's two subordinates.
Group 5 consisted of Reinell with his three subordinates. Then several light elf warriors also joined in his group.
Group 6 consists of Enell, Eva, Rexus and Ren. The Kingdom of Albion did not intend to add any participants because this mission was dangerous. They felt that neither side was strong enough to participate.
