Chapter 6 Demand of Damian

Eva meets Emerta and she gets a new magic tool. It was an extremely mysterious black magic paper. It turned out that the magic paper could serve as a tracking monitor for his surrounding area.
Eva plays around with the Magic paper and accidentally finds two killers behind her bedroom window. It was fortunate that Eva realized the killers so she could dodge and fight them. Until the killers kill themselves and Ren comes to his room.

Lena bit her finger in frustration. He sent two of his best soldiers to kill the human girl. But until now why haven't they returned?
"Lena" a voice from behind her bedroom door shook her. Lena's eyes sparkled brightly as she heard the voice, she recognized it.
He immediately opened the door of his room and exclaimed spoiled. "Kakak~"
There was Ren waiting for him behind the door. Ren did not step foot into the room, but just stood at the door. "Lena, do you remember the soldiers I gave you to look after you?" asked Ren suddenly.

Lena jerks. At first she was very happy when she found out Ren was visiting her brother. But suddenly Ren asked such a thing. Did Ren find out the whereabouts of his bodyguard? That's why the two bodyguards didn't come back this time, Ren must have killed them! Lena shuddered in horror. He was most afraid that Ren would know all of his actions.
"You gave me a lot of brother soldiers. I don't remember their names. But I know them. Why?" Lena tried to blink her eyes plainly, pretending not to know.
Ren frowned. "It's okay" he said later. "Go back to sleep" he said as he turned away.
But Lena stopped him by pulling his shirt. He looked at Ren with teary eyes. "Sister, can't you stay the night? I was so happy when I found out you came to see me. But it turns out that you only came to ask the soldiers who were not important at all" said Lena sadly.
"Sorry, I'm busy" Ren replied flatly. She immediately left after Lena's hand was off her clothes.
Lena looked at Ren's back which was getting further and further away. BAM! He closed the door of his room hard. Then he jumped on the bed and shouted in frustration while immersing his face in the pillow. "It's all because of that human woman! Why is it always human, arghhh! I got rid of one but there are still other humans. It sucks!" he gritted his teeth.
"I'll be serious now. It's time to call them to obliterate the human" he continued with a blackened face.

The day passed quickly. I have to get ready to see Damian again. Honestly, I don't really remember the direction to Damian's cave. And this time Fram also could not come to guide. Fortunately, Rexus remembered the way. So the chances of getting lost are lower now.
I also used my flying magic to get out of the elf village. Rexus sat comfortably on my head. I'm actually very envious of this little dragon. He did not have to use his power while traveling. He only needed to hitchhike with others, making use of his small body.
In the future, Rexus would not be able to do something like this anymore because his body would become extremely large. And there's nothing he can ride anymore.
We left early enough and didn't even say goodbye to Ren. I thought we were only gone for a while, so there was no need to say goodbye to her at all.
We arrived sooner than usual. It still looks the same as the last time I visited. The moment we entered, Damian immediately opened his eyes lazily.
"Hello, Damian" I greeted him.
Actually I'm a little confused. Why is Damian always sleeping in his cave? Is he not bored and does not want to play out? I forgot that Damian was an old dragon. He would not think of such things anymore because he had lived for a very long time in this world.
"You've come little man" Damian's voice echoed throughout the cave.

Damian blinked his eyes a few times before he finally raised his head. "I want to leave this thing to you".
He opened his mouth and a green crystal ball floated out. Then stop in front of me.
This crystal ball looks familiar...
Damian realized Eva's displeasure was just from her face. "This is for you" he said later.
"Eh?" I was shocked.
"I'll give you this dragon heirloom. Take good care"
Holy hooch! Not for Ren? But for me?
"Why?" many confused. I cringed my forehead not understanding.
Damian sighed. Then he opened his mouth and explained everything in a soft tone. "I've lived too long. My age might not last long. Everyone knows that and they're starting to go after my dragon heirloom. I need you to keep that dragon heirloom for me."
"Why?" I still don't understand. "Why should you give it to me? I thought you could leave it to Ren. It'll be a lot safer" I'm afraid I'm gonna lose this precious thing. Moreover, my life is not good either. I have a very dark future. And my age is also on the edge of the horn.
"Because you're connected to this kid" Damian pointed to Rexus. "If you really don't want my dragon heirloom. You can give it to this kid when this kid is already a young dragon" he said. "This child is my student. So no problem"
"Who is your disciple old man" interrupted Rexus with a pouting face. "The grandfather simply ordered him to pluck the grass and dig the ground all day. He learned nothing but to be shown as a cleaner.
Damian ignored Rexus' complaint and he continued. "I also saw something strange as I detected the memory of your soul. You're not from this world"

After smiling, Damian put his head down again lazily. It was as if he wanted to go back to sleep.
"You can return little man. And you're a little black kid. Continue your task of pulling the grass out front" Damian said.
I could see Rexus staring at the old dragon with eyes glaring in annoyance. I could only smile after seeing the little dragon.
After this, we will not meet again. Maybe we'll be apart long enough. It could be for a few years until we meet again. Since I'm not around, Damian will be responsible for the little dragon's food. Because Rexus can't find his own food.
"Rexus.." I called him.
Rexus tilted his head. "what's up?" he came straight for me, flying with his dragonfly wings.
I immediately carried her in my arms and hugged her tightly. "I'm gonna miss you. Don't make trouble in this place"
"Hey, man. We are not far apart. I can still visit you if I want to" Rexus argued with a pouting face. Actually he was sad too. But she held him back and pretended not to feel anything.
"Um, visit me once in a while okay" I replied directly as I let go in my arms. "Bye bye"
Finally, I have to go back to the elf palace myself. From now on Rexus will be staying with Damian.
I thought I could come back quietly. But it didn't. When I was far enough away from Damian cave, ten black-robed people suddenly surrounded me.
Especially this? Can't they just let me rest for a day? The elf village is really a shitty place!
