Chapter 6 Diana (Final 2)
Ren was busy with his research as usual. He finally returned to his beloved laboratory after a few days out of his palace.
At that time, Emerta, Diana's mother asked her for help to see the condition of her daughter. Ren goes to the kingdom of Well to see Diana's condition. And the girl is fine.
Ren returns to his palace to deliver the good news. And Emerta was relieved. Of course Ren just said "He's fine". He gave no other details such as where the girl lived and what she did.
Emerta did not ask for much either. After knowing that Diana was fine. He already felt very relieved.
"I don't need your help anymore. Why are you still in my lab?" ask Ren.
"I'm sorry sir. I will be researching this for longer" Emerta replied. Emerta should have died in this lab a year ago because his job was done. But he asked for extra time because he was researching something. That was his own research. Ren doesn't know what it is. But Ren gave her permission.
Emerta began his research almost a year later. He added to his research time when he knew Diana was fine. Diana she lives very comfortably in a city, so Emerta is not worried about her.
But suddenly today, Ren told her the unexpected news. "The protection I gave your son is broken now. He is in danger" Ren said seriously.
Emerta panicked. "Is she okay now?"
Ren shook his head weakly. "I don't know. But I gave her a tracker. I can send you there" Ren should have gone to save her. But Ren thinks it's better Emerta goes to save him. Because the child is his daughter. And also they have family issues that they need to sort themselves out.
Ren sends Emerta off to meet her son in a teleportation circle. Emerta came to a forest she did not know. When he arrived he smelled a very strong smell of blood. Emerta's heart was beating fast.
"Diana.I hope you're okay" Emerta murmured as she strode quickly towards the scene of the battle.

Enell stared intently at her last enemy. The old man had already lost his leg but could still shout loudly to beg for his life.

Enell flashed her final slash. But suddenly an unknown figure appeared and pulled his last prey to the side. The figure was wearing a black robe.
"Who are you?" enell asked coldly.
The figure did not answer and tried to snatch Diana who was in his arms.
Enell certainly didn't let it. The two men avoided each other. Diana who was in Enell's arms could also see freely now that Enell had already removed her hand from her eyes. Then, Diana recognized the cloaked figure.
"Mother!" Diana cheered happily.
"Mother?" Enell frowned at bingubg. And he stopped dodging so the figure managed to take Diana from the embrace.
Diana immediately hugged her mother's waist. "Mom~" Diana buried her face deep in her mother's chest. "I miss you~"
Emerta styled her daughter melancholy even though her expression was still very flat.
"Are you okay?" she asked while gently stroking Diana's hair.
"I'm fine~"
"Who is that?" emerta asked while giving a cold look at Enell. Because the foreign man easily hugged his daughter like that . He doesn't like it!
Diana stopped hugging her mother. Then he pulled Emerta's hand and approached Enell.
"Mother, this is Enell. For these two years I have been living in her house" Diana replied innocently.
Emerta frowned. She's shocked. Ren does not tell her that Diana is living with a foreign man. This problem is crucial. What if something unpleasant happens to her daughter?
"Stay away from Diana" Emerta said coldly.
Enell's expression was still flat. He looked at the mother and child with a serious look. "No" he said firmly. "Mother, I want to take Diana as my wife" she said suddenly, making Emerta give off a murderous aura from her body.
Only Enell was still in her place without budging. It was as if that power had no effect on him at all.
"Mother!" Diana tried to calm her mother.
Emerta finally calmed himself down and looked at Enell fixedly.
"What do you want? What are your plans for my daughter?"
"I want to marry her" Enell said firmly.
Emerta's face turned disgusted. Somehow he felt very familiar with the scene in front of him. It all just reminded him of a very painful past.
Emerta already knows Enell's identity. Just by looking at the armor and also the sword. He knew that this young man was a noble. Then he also saw the clothes worn by his daughter. The clothes were very similar to the luxurious dresses worn by noble princesses.
A noble in Emerta's eyes was trash. He thought Enell must have taken advantage of Diana, just as she was used to in the past. Once they are finished, they will be removed. Emerta will not allow the same to happen to her only daughter.
"What do you want from my daughter? My daughter is equally strong and has no power whatsoever. Do you want to use it to warm your bed? After getting bored you'll throw it away?" Emerta said as he looked at the young man with a look of disdain.
Enell frowned indecently. "I wouldn't do such immoral things. I did want to marry her and make her the wife of my children!" enell said seriously.
Diana's face reddened in embarrassment as she heard the young man's statement.
Emerta tried to hold back his laughter. "Don't joke. You're just a young man who doesn't even know the dark world yet. You do love him now. But when you find out you can't oppose your family and your own price as a noble, you'll throw it away"
"I wouldn't do that. I am the head of my family in my own family. I haven't had anyone to manage me since my parents died. Even if someone were to oppose my decision, I would kill them on the spot" Enell said arrogantly. "As it is today!" said cold.
Emerta was aware that there were some bodies in this place. But he didn't know all these people were the young man's family.
Emerta looked at Enell from top to bottom. He's still young. But it's been so strong and cruel. Very different from other people of weak character who had met in the past.
But he still disliked his arrogance.
Emerta pulled the knife. He directly aimed her at Enell's neck to test her seriousness. And it turns out Enell didn't move from his place at all. Although his neck was bleeding because the tip of the knife was scratching his skin.
"Mother! Nay! What are you doing?" Diana screamed worriedly and wanted to stop her mother. But Emerta kept him from moving.
"Why don't you move? Aren't you afraid of dying? Or are you that stupid, wanting to die just because of a woman?" ejek Emerta's.
"Why should I move? You won't kill me" Enell replied casually.
Emerta's gaze sharpened. "I am a dark wizard. I could kill you easily"
Emerta revealed his identity because he wanted to see the young man's reaction. If he fights back, then it's all over here. He was going to bring Diana back to the elf palace. They would wander again after his research was completed.
"I already know that" Enell said seriously. "But you're not going to kill me" he answered confidently.
Emerta is worried now. The young man in front of him was promising and strong. But he felt unwilling to let go of his only daughter. She was really afraid that her daughter would be betrayed and end up pitiful. If that happened, she really felt like she had failed at being a mother.
"Diana, let's go!" said Emerta.
"No, wait for me!" Emerta didn't care.
Emerta just looked at Enell with a sharp gaze.
"Diana will come back if she's really serious about following you" he said.
Then the two women disappeared from his eyes. Enell just lowered her head in disappointment. She thought both mother and son needed time to speak four eyes. He'll let them. After all, Enell was sure Diana would come back to him.
