Chapter 6 Sayn's Mission: Mysterious Black Cloak

Sayn approached Reina so she could get a connection to enter the Marquis' house. The plan works, Reina invites her to dinner. Even the Marquis welcomed her. He was also allowed to stay there.
At midnight, Sayn sneaks into the castle. He entered all the rooms like a thief until he finally discovered the whereabouts of the mysterious person. Back then the black-robed mysterious person was having a conversation with the Marquis in his study. After the conversation was over, the mysterious person went out of the castle. Sayn followed him.

Sayn followed the black robe carefully. They crossed the capital in the darkness of night. Honestly, it's hard to follow without being discovered. It was fortunate that the black robe did not use teleportation so Sayn did not need to use more energy to search for his tracks.
Until finally, they stopped in one of the poorest areas of the capital. The black robe went into one house.
Although the kingdom of Well was among the wealthiest, there remained the poorest areas inhabited by orphans and elderly homeless people. They live by being beggars or thieves. This is why this area is most dangerous when visited. Slave sales are also in the area.
Sayn frowned in confusion when she saw the black robe enter the small house. The house looks normal not too shabby. Sayn thought she might meet other allies.
Sayn sighed and tried to observe her movements. He didn't go inside. He hollowed out the roof wall and saw what was going on inside with the little binoculars.
He saw the existence of a human other than the black cloak. They are three little children. The three children immediately gathered after seeing his arrival. They seem to be orphans.
Sayn put on a confused face. Is this black robe a good man? It seemed that the three children were very comfortable when they were nearby.
The black robe began to move his hands and remove the hood of his robe. She has long silver hair.
"Woman?" Sayn blinked in disbelief. Sayn even saw his face. "Elfs?" Yep. Sayn was looking at the figure of an elf now, not a human. Sayn didn't really understand about the elf race. But the elf in front of him was not a dark elf. But Sayn did not expect that the elves would interfere in the affairs of the human political world.
Sayn couldn't hear what they were talking about. Sayn also did not want to use magic to eavesdrop because she was afraid that her existence would be discovered.
Most surprisingly, suddenly the three human children became unconscious and fell to the floor. The elf put them into the dimensional space before covering himself again with a robe and fleeing.
Sayn did not understand the suspicious behavior of the elves. So he decided to keep following her. He didn't show himself until he got a clear lead.
Surprisingly, the elf returned to the Marquis mansion. Sayn followed him. And found out there's a secret basement inside this castle.
Sayn immediately decided something quickly. He took out a potion to change the appearance of his dimensional space. This herb can change the shape of the face and voice within an hour.
He followed the elf to get inside the basement. The time is very short, Sayn is almost behind. But he got in.
The basement is very large. Then Sayn found the strangest thing that made her heart beat fast due to excessive shock.
There are many glass tubes. And in that glass jar, fell asleep human children. There was a strange hose attached to the human child's body. The hose leads to a large main tube that is in the middle of the room.
"What's this?" Sayn gawking in disbelief. They take mana forcibly from the human child! This is so cruel and disgusting!
"Who?" Sayn heard a voice echoing along with a black dagger that was thrown towards her.
Sayn quickly dodged.
The elf looked at Sayn sharply while throwing another weapon. He was quite surprised that there was an intruder in his lab. And he wasn't even aware that the intruder was following him.
"Dead!" the voice of the elves echoed. He threw his magic weapon simultaneously with the attack magic.
The elf slightly held back his destructive power because he did not want to destroy this place. He was trying to use efficient attacks to kill living beings.
Sayn's main job is witch. He's not a magic swordsman. So he was quite overwhelmed with the physical attacks directed at him. Even if he can avoid everything well.
Sayn couldn't keep avoiding. He's counterattacking. The elf was quite surprised because Sayn's massive attack almost damaged the laboratory.
Of course Sayn did it on purpose. He wants to destroy this place. They were actually committing cruel acts against those human children.
But Sayn's not a good person. He's gonna destroy this place. But he wasn't kind enough to help all those human children. He didn't care if his attack would hurt them. Sayn has absolutely no 'good man' principle when she carries out her mission.
"What are you doing?" The elf gritted his teeth furiously. In an instant he knew that the intruder wanted to destroy his laboratory.
He immediately charged towards Sayn with his sword. Sayn dodged and took out her Magic sword as well. Their swords collided with each other.
Sayn did not answer. "How can you do something like this on human territory? the elf?" Sayn said with a sharp tone.
The elf's body trembled violently as if all his secrets had been revealed. The desire to kill becomes greater.
While elsewhere, Marquis Zent could hear the sound of a huge explosion in his Mansion. He flinched in shock. In an instant he knew that the voice was coming from the basement. He immediately went there in panic. And found two people in black robes fighting each other.
Sayn realized that Marquis Zent had come to this place. He didn't want to risk himself. She was afraid that her identity would be revealed as the effects of her potion were also getting weaker.
Sayn ran towards the Marquis.
"Marquist!" The elf shouted. He thought Sayn would kill the Marquis.
The marquis who heard the elf's warning immediately pulled out his sword.
Sayn attacked the Marquis. But it wasn't a strong attack. He only wanted the Marquis to dodge his path.
The sound of swords colliding with each other. And Bruk! The Marquis' body was thrown to the side. Sayn took this opportunity to run out of the basement.
The marquis who was thrown quickly stood up. He ignored her waist which was aching from the impact and quickly followed Sayn out.
"Guards! There's intruders! Catch her!" He shouted loudly when he saw the black shadow Sayn was already in the front yard of his mansion.
All of the bodyguards quickly realized Sayn's whereabouts and chased after her.
Sayn ran outside the mansion towards the capital. He knew that there were many people following him. He could have escaped by teleportation. But he didn't do it because it was inefficient.
Sayn took out her artificial doll from the dimensional space. He put the doll in its place. Then he ran in a different direction.
The Marquis, Elves and all the bodyguards saw Sayn's running figure in front of them. The elf quickened his pace and used his sword to slash Sayn's body.
No resistance ads from the figure in front of him. Blood flew and the figure fell to the ground.
"We made it" the Marquis glared as he breathed a sigh of relief.
But the elf was not calm. He removed the black robe from the lying figure and found a human figure that was already lifeless.
"He's dead. It's a relief" the Marquis muttered.
But the elf gritted his teeth. "Damn it!"
The marquis was jolted with that shout. He stared at the black robe beside him with a puzzled expression. "What's wrong with you?" He doesn't understand his actions.
The elf looked at the Marquis as if he was a fool. "The intruder managed to escape. It's just a puppet" with full fury he destroyed the puppet in front of him with fire magic.
The Marquis's face paled immediately. "What did you say? He managed to escape? How'this? He saw everything that was happening in the basement!" The marquis said in panic.
The elf thought for a moment. He was also panicking at the moment but his brain was smarter than the Marquis. "He managed to sneak around like that. Means he was originally inside the mansion so no one was suspicious of his whereabouts. Are there any foreigners who have recently entered the mansion?" The elf asked the Marquis.
"Nothing..." The marquis answered lightly. But suddenly his eyes bulged in shock. "ah! But that's impossible...."

Sayn slept soundly in the prepared guest room. He pretended to be asleep. But suddenly BRAK! His bedroom door opened and his room light suddenly lit up.
Sayn woke up staring at the door. There was a Marquis, a black-robed man and a few bodyguards there.
"What's wrong?" Sayn looked at the plain Marquis as she rubbed her puffy eyes. He got up from his bed. Her blanket shifted down, revealing her pajamas.
Sayn's appearance made the Marquis hesitate for a moment. "Uhuk" he coughed lightly.
"Your Majesty, I'm sorry for disturbing your sleep. We want to check something. Forgive my impoliteness" the Marquis said later.
Sayn looked at him with a confused face. "Scoffs?" He doesn't understand anything.
