Sayn and the Holy City Envoy
Previous story:
Sayn met with the envoy from the Holy City. The envoy was a very beautiful female adult magician. They began to discuss about the assassination mission.

The messenger smiled. Even though he was wearing a mask, his smiling eyes were still clearly visible. He immediately sat down in front of Sayn and raised his hand.
"Include me, I'm Sachi from the Holy City" the girl introduced herself.
Sayn received the girl's welcome and they shook hands. "I'm No 2" Sayn introduced her name. She was always No 2 when she carried the name of her organization.
"I didn't expect that the leader of the organization was still this young" Sachi said in a teasing tone.
Even though Sayn had covered her face and voice. Sachi was still able to see that he was a young man, and even younger than him.
Sayn did not respond to Sachi's words. "So I want to meet you because I want to ask about the holy water" Sayn said directly. He did not even say pleasantries to the woman.
"After you complete the mission, you can get the potion" Sachi said seriously. There was no more playful expression on his face.
"How can I guarantee that you're not lying?" Sayn frowned uncertainly.
"I used our holy city seal. Do you still doubt it?" Sachi gritted his teeth, restraining his annoyance.

You could have found the seal in the ruins and claimed to be the remains of the Holy City" Sayn tried to explain with logic this time. After all, their sudden appearance was hard to believe.

Sachi smiled in disdain, then he started laughing out loud as if he heard something funny. "Women are innocent? You know who he is? He is a dark wizard! That woman is David's descendant!" his yell. "You're saying he's innocent now? We don't know what he's doing in Well's kingdom right now. But he must have done something dangerous. Before it's too late, better kill him!" said hate.
Sayn knows that Eva is a dark witch. But he never thought that it all came from Diana. He thought that it all came from the Duke.
"But isn't that good for me? Ever since I came from Kano, the destruction of Well kingdom is something very good for me" Sayn said while raising her eyebrows.
"That's enough!" shouts Sachi. "If you don't want to, I'll find someone else. There are many people who want this mission as well besides your group!"
Sayn remained seated casually even though Sachi had already moved out of place. "You sure? If our cooperation is broken. I'll tell everyone that you have holy water. The people of the Kano and Well kingdoms were no exception. Those nobles must have been excited when they found out that the holy water existed. And he will send many organizations to pursue your group" Sayn blinked as she played her fingers.
Sachi's eyes sharpened. "You dare! You're just a kid. You think you can do whatever you want!" A terrifying aura came out from his body.

Sayn jumped out of her chair. The place was falling apart, fortunately, no one was there at the time.
"Hey, are you crazy? This is a public place. You really attacked me?" sayn said in a mocking tone. "Stop. I'm just asking. We should work together, right? Why is it like this?"
Sachi gritted his teeth. "Then, what do you want now?" He reflexively got angry when he knew Sayn would make them a target for everyone because of the holy water.
Sayn chuckles. "I will accept his mission"
Sachi was taken to a strange place. It's like a basement and there's a prison there. Sayn immediately put Sachi into the prison.
"How dare you!" Sachi shouted like a madman. He had not expected that he would be framed like this since he was the envoy of the Holy City. "Do you intend to fight our Holy City? You didn't realize your organization was just a small organization?" he said with a disgusted smile.
"Who said I want to fight your Holy City? I just want that holy water. Quickly give it" Sayn said casually.
He was acting calm because he had already obtained a magic tool and spell paper which was quite amazing. They can be used to erase other people's memories. So Sayn will use the device on the messenger when the business is done.
"You moron? Justjust look. When my leader knows your behavior. Your organization will truly be wiped out from this world" Sachi threatened. His words are right. If they were from the Holy City, they could do so easily. Honestly, now Sayn is taking a big risk against them. If he failed, they would truly become fugitives and be eliminated. So Sayn shouldn't be off guard one bit.
"Give me that holy water now" Sayn's gaze turned sharp. He choked Sachi's neck. "Or I'll kill you. No one will harm us if I make you a corpse. Because the corpse could not speak at all" Sayn threatened.
Sachi wants to cast her magic. But it can't. Sayn installed barrier magic so that her enemies could not use magic at all.

"Wait, wait a minute" Sachi said in a painful tone.
Sayn slightly loosened her giggles. "I'll be honest with you. It is not holy water. They couldn't possibly give that precious herb to someone like me" he said sadly. "They have the potion in their base. And kept it very well in the safe because the potion was very valuable"
Sayn's face turned ugly. "So you tricked me?" he said he couldn't believe it. "You're going to give me a fake potion as a gift? What the fuck! You're scum!"
"No. We didn't fool you at all. We'll give it to you after you finish the mission. That's not a lie. Since we can't get out to the surface and kill people, we need a killer organization to take care of this." Sachi tried to convince
Sayn couldn't believe it. He instantly opened Sachi's dimensional space with his Magic tool and took the potion. The clear and transparent herb looked very mysterious. Sayn never expected it to be a fake potion. "So what's this potion?"
"This is a healing potion. The effect is good. But it's not holy water" Sachi replied honestly.
Sayn narrowed her eyes. He doesn't like killing people. Especially a woman. He just killed his target. And the target is people who damage the eyes like corrupt nobles or fugitives. Perhaps in the past he would have accepted this since his taget was a dark magician in hiding.
But she would never do that now because Diana was Eva's parents. He had seen their togetherness with his own eyes. A harmonious family. Very different from his family. So he won't be able to ruin all that.
Sayn asked one last time. "Where's your base?"
Sachi put on a doubtful face, he was reluctant to tell that.
"Alright die" Sayn said casually. He's serious. Like he has to kill now.

"You are really not a loyal person" Sayn said in a mocking tone.

Honestly speaking, their headquarters was in a strange place. It was a very large desert. Originally the Desert was a Holy City. But ever since David destroyed it with his magic, the place automatically became a ruin. Some people would usually venture there in search of some ancient magic tools. Some lucky people will find it. Sayn did not expect that there was a group of people who set up headquarters there.
"I know that finding holy water will not be easy" Sayn muttered resignedly while shaking her head. But he wouldn't give up because it was this close. He couldn't possibly fight them with their small organization. Since Sayn from the beginning had only intended to steal the potion, she had no intention of declaring war and so on.
