Chapter 7 Mission

Students will begin their mission. Each one of them formed their own group. Eva thought she would have trouble getting a group. But apparently Berta wanted to form a group with him. Prince Erick also wants a group with him.
Then Sayn suddenly came to attend the class with her disguised appearance, so that no one recognized her. Sayn will also team up with them, then the four-man team is formed.

I want to rest. Actually not too tired. But Berta always followed me and took me to his house. Not that I don't want to, but I haven't dared to do it since we haven't known each other long enough. So I better go back to the dormitory to get Berta to give up.
At first I thought that I could sleep quietly, but it turned out that Sayn once again sneaked quietly into my room.
"Why?" I asked in a tired tone, not glancing at Sayn at all and remained lying on the bed.
"You tired?" sayn asked while sitting on the bed. She took some of Eva's hair and played it. "Use your magic to relieve your fatigue" he said.
"But I can't recover mental fatigue if I don't sleep" I replied lazily as I closed my eyes with my arms.
Sayn smiled. She kissed Eva's hair but Eva didn't notice it. "Rest" he murmured slowly.
I heard it, but I didn't pay much heed to it. "What did you do to the King? How are you free?" tanyaku later.
"I told you that I could be free easily if I wanted to?" the answer.
"I don't mind if you won't tell me" I'm lazy. Although I'm curious but I'm not that curious to urge him. If he won't tell me, it doesn't matter at all.
"I threatened her and she freed me" Sayn said later in a very flat tone.
I woke up and saw him "You threatening him?" I spread my eyes in disbelief. "With your real identity as a prince?"
"No. I used my identity as zero" Sayn replied.
"ah! So like that" I nodded in understanding and did not ask any further. I know he used the identity of the organization to kill him to threaten the king without revealing his identity as a prince. And I thought it all worked out.
"Who is that then?" Sayn switched the subject.
"Who?" I frowned not understanding.
"The foreign prince" he replied.
"You know he's a prince, why ask again?"
Sayn's eyes narrowed. He didn't answer. "When did you guys get that close?" she asked.
"We're not close at all. I just met him yesterday. He's interested in my father" I explained the truth.
"Oh? Don't get too close to him" Sayn warned. "He carries a very bad aura" he said with insinuating words.
It seems Sayn doesn't like Prince Erick. I don't know the reason at all.
"Why?"
Sayn simply averted her face, pouting. So I don't ask anymore.
I began to shift the topic to ask about the academy's mission that we would accept. Sayn explained everything calmly.
"They're going to tell us to catch some criminals hiding in the capital. Or even solve some problems in the capital. Very random. But the mission was not as dangerous as it was at the Well academy" Sayn said. "Since all of the academy's students are noble children, it's impossible for the academy to take the risk to give them a dangerous mission" he continued with a slightly sullen face.
"Maybe we're just getting a mission to catch a petty thief. Since the foreign princes are one group with us, they will not dare to give us a dangerous mission" Sayn continued
The next day, Sayn's words proved to be true. Our mission is to catch food thieves roaming the capital area. This was not a single thief, but rather a group of thieves who had gathered and unsettled the security present in the capital.
"This sounds like a joke" Prince Erick said with a sad face. "But at least I can get around in the royal capital and increase my knowledge" he said later. He looked at Sayn who had just looked down. "Isn't that really the prince?"
"..." - ".Sayn didn't respond at all.
The atmosphere became awkward for a moment due to Sayn's cold demeanor. But prince Erick smiled and he started talking again excitedly, ignoring Sayn's cold response.
The four of us decided to carry out this mission at night, because the thieves were always in action at midnight or late at night. And decided to split the group in two. Berta and I will go undercover while Erick and Sayn will chase and catch the thief.
We both disguised ourselves as noble ladies. We were wearing extravagant and exaggerated party dresses, as if we were a fringe noble who had just attended a party in the capital. Spiced with thick makeup that makes us look older.
"How could they just leave us!" Berta nagging. He pulled out his curly hair while walking arrogantly.
"We can go to a luxurious inn to stay. Who would have thought that the princes in this country were really bad. He's not giving us a ride at all, humph!" I snorted in annoyance.
To be honest, I doubt that the thieves will be fooled. But it turns out my guess was wrong. In an instant someone suddenly hit us. His clothes look like a merchant and he is a boy.
TUBS! The boy hit us.
Berta's face became ugly and he started to nag. I followed Berta to grumble with a haughty face while brushing my dress as if I were touching a dirty thing. I'm not used to acting like this, but my acting is pretty good.
The boy lowered his head without responding. And ran quickly to the back.
Berta then realized that his luxurious bag had disappeared from his hands. I also pretended to be aware that my bag was missing. I knew the boy stole it from me.
"Thieves!" Berta shouted loudly.
Honestly, you were flabbergasted when you saw Berta's behavior. This girl is really looking into her role well.
The thief boy disappeared in an instant. We're shocked. He's using magic! Of course we wouldn't have thought that such a little thief would be able to use magic. Tapo, he will never escape from Sayn and Erick. After all, her magic level still looked very common and basic.
"How could our mission be to catch a boy" Berta muttered scowling.
I'm nodding. "Who would have thought that the thief was still a child"
The two of us instantly threw away the heavy dress on our bodies and the hidden academy clothes were visible. The clothes of the royal academy looked luxurious but actually it was very comfortable and light. Then you two catch up with Sayn and Erick, who are after the little kidnapper. It was easy to follow them because Sayn left a trail in the streets.
We continued heading towards the gate in the capital. The scene before our eyes began to change. The closer the gate is, the more seedy the environment. There were no longer any tall buildings, but they were filled with thatched roofs. And we could see some humans bowed by the roadside with their thin, dry bodies. This sight is really sad. There's not even a sad sight like this in the kingdom of Well.
I glanced towards Berta to notice her reaction. And to be honest, I was a little surprised when I saw Berta's expression that turned white with fear.
"What's wrong?" I asked directly.
Berta jerked. Then he shook his head. "It's okay"
"Is this your first time visiting this place?" I asked again and Berta immediately nodded in agreement.
I blinked in shock. Berta lived in this kingdom but he had never been to this area at all. Though this area is still included in the royal capital.
Berta began to recount his childhood life as a noble. He was not allowed to wander too far to the end of the gate because his parents warned him that it was a dangerous area. It is full of disease viruses that even magic cannot cure. He could only visit this place when he was old enough. And he did not think that this area was a poor and slum area. This was a sight she had never seen for as long as she lived, so Berta was quite shocked because of it.
