Chapter 8 Magic Circle 1
Denis returned to his kingdom and he still felt sad. But he could not dissolve in the past like that. Eva did not hate him and forgave him. So all the problems are solved. He began to focus on preparing for the destruction of the mysterious magic circle.
He took Jean and Vivian with him. Then the three strongest magic warriors and the five royal witches. Reina will also take part as a healer and supporter when the fight occurs. Lena follows them secretly, no one knows.She kills one of the royal witches, then disguises herself and takes her place. The four deans from the Magic Tower also joined their group.
Ren showed the closest teleportation magic circle he had made so that everyone could instantly move there without having to go through a long journey. Eventually the small group arrived at their destination.
They teleported to a shady forest they had never visited before. The forest is scary. It was full of black fog so they could not see clearly what was around them.
"I'll check the situation. You guys stay here" Denis ordered. Then he started flying upwards to observe the entire forest. And he found an empty field with a giant magic circle engraved there.
"There" he directly led his group to head to that magic circle. But when they try to get closer. Something did not seem to block their steps any further. There was an invisible barrier covering the entire magic circle. So they can't get in.
"Retreat" Denis pulled his sword. Then he flowed the mana in his magic sword. He exerted all his strength and slashed the barrier with his sword.
CRUST! The barrier broke in one strike.
Denis frowned confusedly. He thinks this is too easy. But why did Ren say it took him so many years to annihilate all the magic circles?
"Let's go in, but be careful" Denis warned everyone and they started walking towards the giant magic circle.
The magic circle was almost as vast as their royal palace. They tried to approach carefully and did not dare to advance all the way to the middle.
"Check" Denis and several witches tried to check the magic circle. They could not destroy it in the usual way because it was really big and filled with strange patterns.
Denis investigated. He felt that this was truly ancient magic. He had never seen a magic circle like this. They researched the magic circle for two whole hours. Until they finally found their weakness.
Denis and the witches gather at the center of the circle. They began to flow mana to the center point of the magic circle. Then Denis performs the final act by piercing the center of the circle with his magic sword.
The gigantic magic circle cracked and slowly faded away, disappearing.
"It's really easy" Reina said as she looked at the giant magic circle.
Denis also thought that everything was very easy. But suddenly, Vivian shouted "Be careful"
A gigantic figure started to point towards them quickly. It wanted to attack Denis and the witches who were at the center of the circle. Denis manages to evade, but several witches are hit and bounced back.
The giant thing that attacked them was as big as a giant tree trunk and purple in color. Before long, another attack came. Everyone dodged quickly, already knowing the direction of the attack.
Then from behind the thick fog appeared a gigantic figure that approached towards them with a hissing sound. It was a giant snake with red eyes and a purple colored body. It turned out that the snake attacked them with its tail. They were shocked when they saw such a figure in the forest like this. The snake was almost the size of a dragon. Such a magical beast could destroy a single human kingdom easily.And all this time there had never been a giant magical beast of this size in the world, except the dragons.
"What the fuck?" one of the Magic Tower Dean said nervously with his mouth gaping.
These snakes can eat them all just as a snack. They lack people to deal with. Denis is sorry he didn't bring in a lot of people. And now he had already lost two witches due to that sudden attack.
"Form Formation" Denis shouted.
Denis attacked first. The slash of his sword managed to scratch the body of the giant snake. But it was not enough to make a deep wound because the scales of the snake were extremely hard. Even the attacks of the other magic warriors were not enough to create a scratch on his body.
The giant snake hissed and started attacking with its tail. Then it started to open its mouth and snatched towards them. They managed to escape. The serpent's teeth stuck in the ground and made the ground melt, indicating that the poison in his teeth was deadly.
"Life is a top priority" Denis said later. "Plan B"
Everyone nodded. The witches throw their mana towards Denis. Denis absorbed the mana with his sword. The light on his sword was getting wider and wider.
"It's not enough" Denis said. Then the deans and magic warriors came to give their mana. A magic sword with a gigantic sword aura was formed. Denis coughed up a little blood because he was unable to hold all the mana in his body. But he has to hold on.
SLASH! Denis attacked with his giant sword. The snake attacked with its teeth. Denis's attack hit the giant snake's mouth. His slash made the two snake's canine teeth cut off and his mouth split open. The giant snake cried out in pain before finally falling to the ground with a powerful impact.
Denis felt that his body was weakening and he fell to his knees.
"Your Majesty" Vivian quickly hired him. Then he glared at Reina "What are you doing? Come here quickly"
Reina came to her senses from her daydream "I.iya" and approached towards them with a fearful expression. He was afraid that the terrifying snake was still alive and attacked them. Then he started using his magic to heal Denis.
Denis had already taken the healing potion but the potion did not have much effect on his body. Perhaps it was because he was already immune to the effects of the healing potion from drinking it at all times. So when Reina's magic entered her body, she felt very comfortable.
As Reina was busy healing Denis, Vivian felt a strange feeling upon seeing the carcass in front of her. The carcass was swelling strangely.
"Everyone run!" yelled Vivian suddenly. "The beast's carcass is about to explode!"
THE BOMB! A big explosion happened. Wrestle out the whole forest. Everyone who was there instantly put a protective magic tool on their bodies. But still, the attack injured them and they bounced several meters away.
Denis uses his protective magic tool and uses his sword as his shield to protect Reina and Vivian from the effects of the explosion. But they keep bouncing back.

"That's scary." she said she endured the pain.even though the wound was slowly covered, she still disliked the pain altogether.
"You're still weak" someone suddenly appeared behind him. He was one of the two witches who was injured at the start of the fight. The one who was none other than Lena was pretending to be injured. The girl took off her cloak hood and helped Reina stand up.
"This is not my wish. I also want to be strong like you big sister" Reina said with a sullen face.

Reina frowned confusedly. "Where?"
Lena smiled cynically. "Revenge"
