Chapter 3. Discord: Misunderstanding (2)
Previous Story:
Eva decides to take a peek at Denis and Reina together. It just so happens that Vivian wants to come along. They finally saw the two people who were busy making out. But they were finally found out.
Eva taunts Denis sarcastically. Vivian also scolded Reina viciously! And it just so happened that Marquis Zent, their father, heard it all. Marquis Zent defended Reina and started to blame Vivian. Eva tries to explain what happened so that the Marquis does not hate Vivian. But it turned out that the Marquis did not like Eva either.
Eva found a new mush again. This time the enemy not only hated him but his entire family.

Marquis Zent turned his gaze to Denis. "Excuse me your honor for making such a fuss." said the Marquis politely. "We beg you to step down first"
He saw Reina. "I apologize to Your Majesty" he ordered.
Reina was still crying and sobbing. "Your highness.sob.sob I'm sorry" he said with a sad face. He really looks like a pitiful rabbit that makes everyone want to protect him.
Denis is still in his place. He was still at a loss to digest this sudden change of events.
"Alright" But he finally allowed the two men to leave.
"Why is it like this?" Denis shook his head in frustration.
Marquis Zent saluted once more before waltzing away.
"Come on" she said gently as she pulled Reina.
'My little girl's good work!' the Picier was delighted as he looked at Reina with a friendly smile.
This girl is really interesting. He wanted the crown prince to be interested in his daughter. Who would not be interested in a naive, innocent and gentle girl? I immediately laughed out loud. This crown prince. He finally insinuated me again, huh?
" So in your eyes I'm a selfish girl? Is that why you hate me so much? Well, I'm selfish, I admit it"

My tone was getting colder and my eyes were already starting to glaze over.

Denis was silent. "....." His mouth feels dry. He didn't answer anything.

This should be a happy moment. Today is her birthday and their engagement day. But why is it like this?

"Maybe we just misunderstood...?" he said shrewdly.

I smiled disgustedly.

I don't even know if I can survive or not.
The night was getting late and the party was finally over. Vivian decided to return to the dormitory. I also say goodbye to the fire twins. After that, my parents and I said goodbye to the king and queen. Surprisingly, I didn't see Denis at all until this party was over. Didn't Denis have to say closing because it's his birthday party? But that guy didn't show up at all. I also saw the face of the king who was confused and panicked. The king sent some soldiers to look for him. Where'd that guy go?
Why didn't he show up? Does he not want to see my face because of that he decided to avoid me? Does he hate me more?
