Discussions that occurred during the trip were finally finished and we arrived in the middle of the field that was filled by my friends who were waiting for Mr. Duan to immediately start our sport like. Not long after, I arrived at the hot field and saw that they were laughing and some were joking. Sumringah laughter so adorned the field full of sunshine.
I approached and stood with those who were enthusiastic to play immediately.Laughter and the insistence of my friend had echoed roars in the air that immediately wanted to exercise.
I am now standing in the field responding to the challenge from Tania and Ecy. " Liyan, don't listen to them. Just take a break." Widia approached me.
"Widia, I'm fine. I can do it" I said quietly in Widia's ear.
"Liyan!" Suddenly, Mr. Duan's voice called my name. I'm approaching Mr. Duan immediately.
"Okay sir" I replied walking into the designated place. My weak fingers without me realizing squeezing the stiff side of my fingers covered with trembling that enveloped my nimble gaze.
"Liyan, are you still sick?" asked Mr. Duan who immediately wanted to hear my answer.
"No sir." I answered him immediately.
"Liyan, why are you lying?" Widia whispered in annoyance.
"Who's lying?" I immediately switched the conversation.
Widia's face looked so aghast at my words that it felt a little unpleasant. Her innocent, pretty face looked down like, a person who looks embarrassed.
"I know you're lying" Widia muttered convincingly.
"Widia, do you and Liyan want to exercise ?" rasyd asked me and Widia with mystery. "Has he improved?" rasyd asked inquisitively whispering actually pointed at me with a glance at his eyes.
Widia simply shook her head with a deep sense of disappointment. While Rasyd grew curious to see Widia's reaction which looked like a tissue, weakly helpless. "Then, why did Liyan follow us standing here instead of her having to stand there?" rasyd whispered a serious look at me from the tail of his eyes that finally brought our two eyes together while looking at the classroom hallway with both eyes.
Immediately, I immediately withdrew my gaze and turned to look at the others. Meanwhile, from the tail of my faint eyes did not see Widia gulp down in disappointment over my choice to participate in sports with them because a little ego received a challenge from Tania and Ecy.
How loving I am today who is still sick, but has to pretend to be as healthy as any other child. While holding the cry of a rebellious heart to whimper who actually wanted a rejection of my decision which was somewhat unreasonable for a child like myself who was still under the supervision of a doctor. Everything looks so blurry there is no bright spot for me to avoid the clutches of Tania's very spicy and heart-piercing speech to look like, uh, like, debris that collapses without life returning.
The pain that gnawed at my weak body still looked kindly greeting tirelessly. For a second, he was reluctant to leave me, even though I was fed up with him. He did not care about my saturation who was tired of seeing him who just kept on surviving like he was like, an angel who wanted to always be with me and take care of me.
For the sake of this weak body I must be strong to stand firmly on the ground in the scorching sun. The expressions on Widia and Rasyd's faces that saw me were so sharp and panicked. It seemed, they were so worried about me for a choice that would make me ashamed and unreasonable myself.
Like a stranger who had just come I was forced to move away and shift a little bit of my body away from those who were not happy to see what I was doing. "How am I going to talk back to them?" I kept muttering while looking at the foot that stepped. Then I turned my head back to look at those who threw their eyes away from me. "Widia and Rasyd must be mad at me?!" I said in my heart.
"Liyan, where are you going?" ask Fikri who I didn't realize had come closer to me.
Suddenly I was immediately shocked and raised my head in fear that Fikri would be the same as well, Widia and Rasyd would scold me too.
His eyes looked so deeply at me as if he wanted to know what I was doing. His gaze was so hard for me to challenge. His sharp eyeballs pierced my gaze, making my heart tremble and this body in cold sweat. Both of my lips were still tightly closed like, exposed to a strong adhesive.
"Liyan, you haven't answered my question yet" said Fikri still standing before me.
"I..," looked back and forth, brainwashing, looking for the reason I would give to answer Fikri's question. "...again just walk," I replied indifferently.
"What?!" Fikri seemed surprised to hear it while wrinkling her face. "You just want to walk?!" Fikri repeated my words. "It felt, it was impossible," said Fikri who looked at me suspiciously. "Where might you walk here. While here for people who will follow the sport. As far as I know no one can walk here, if not people who want to participate in sports," said Fikri reaffirmed.
Hearing it made me even more confused. I kept walking and left him without a word.
However, the ill-fated Fikri is astute and understands the attitude of his friend. He immediately uttered a word that made me unable to pucker up at all.
It felt like a lightning strike was currently approaching me which made my steps stop. I can no longer say anything, even to follow my strong ego.
From where I was far enough away with him, I heard him still muttering softly that sounded in my ear though, faintly.
"Fikri, are you mad at me?" tanyaku turned his back on Fikri with a slightly trembling voice.
"No, I've never been angry with you Liyan. How could I be angry with you for a while, you are my good friend," he said.
"Then why are you still talking behind my back alone?" aska I want to know.
"No, I'm just memorizing the lesson" replied Fikri hiding the truth.
Again, I could only decipher a faint smile, hearing Fikri's reason for lying covered the truth from me. "REally?!" I asked Fikri to convince myself that what he said was true.
It wasn't long before the silence between me and my three friends occurred. I went back to the front like someone who wanted to join the sport.
"It turns out, your guts are big too huh, Liyan?!" chirps Tania. "I don't think you're going to follow him, but you're still sick yourself" he continued.
"If she falls and gets sick, how's Tania ?" asked Ecy looking at me.
"You're this. He will fall, hahaha !" Tania's laughter broke out.
"We must be the ones who bother dong," complained Ecy. "Well, don't let him play Tania's sport. I don't want to be tired because of him" said Ecy.
"What's Ecy doing?" tania asked in an unhappy tone of voice.
"I'll take care of it, if he falls," Ecy replied.
The feeble foot that treads this earth is still silent, standing firm while enjoying the ridicule of the two of them about me.
"You need not be afraid. I won't fall, let alone get sick" I said in a soft tone of voice.
"He was very confident that he would not fall" Tania said looking at Ecy. What say?" Tania raised her head slightly wanting to hear the answer from Ecy.
"I don't know, I'm sorry Tania," replied Ecy looking down miserably as she couldn't give a definitive answer to the question her friend was asking.
"Heeem!" Tania immediately pouted while swallowing in disappointment and turned her face away from Ecy for a moment. "I'm not surprised to see you" Tania said.
