The Struggle of a Child

The Struggle of a Child
My sister's decision

"If you are unruly, I will take you to the place of your relatives" my father threatened lightly.

My sister's eyes widened. His small body that was standing directly he dragged sitting him on the bed exactly adjacent to me.

"Sister, I don't want to, ah," refused my sister. Sit while hugging a pillow.

"Eat him, Brother said follow Father's will," I whispered slowly demanding my sister.

"But, Brother. If we follow Dad's will. We will not snack again," said my sister lowered her head lethargic to see the pillow that she hit slowly.

"Liyan, Iris. Listen'kan! If you haven't eaten. Go eat now ! Don't wait around anymore! You'll be sick later. I don't have the money to bring you guys back for treatment yet," my father scolded me not to mess around this time.

"Dad!" call me flicking my sister who doesn't seem to take my dad's dizzy. "Ana." My flick saw him again who was not willing to respond at all to my flick. "Dad, we're full," I answered, turning my eyes back to look at my father, who was waiting for our answer.

"Yes already. Dad won't ask again. But remember that you haven't eaten. Eat now! No one complains of pain hear me, understand!" my father's toilet was firm, disappearing from before us.

"Yes Dad," I replied softly in fear. Pillows located near me. I took it straight and embraced it as neutralizing the fear I was experiencing.

"Sister, is Dad serious? That you're not gonna tell us to eat anymore?" ask my little brother who is small and innocent.

"Daddy just said, "if we go hungry tonight, I won't have any more" I replied to my sister who brought her face closer to me.

"Why is that, brother? So, who's gonna take our rice?" asked my sister to return my answer by asking again.

My idea opened up quickly. "Eat, Sister. Eat there say the same Dad !" my insistence is to pull my sister's shirt so she gets out of bed immediately.

"Sister, my shirt will be torn," my sister jolted, clasping her hands. "I'm not hungry. If you're hungry, you're the one who eats," tell my sister to look at the clothes I'm pulling.

"But you're afraid that Dad won't take rice" I said to tease my sister who often pouts spoiled.

"I'm not hungry. We already ate snacks. So, I'm already full, brother," said my sister with her soft tone mixed with spoiled.

The stomach that was hungry was the same as my sister turned out to be full. "We'll eat tomorrow," I suggested pleasing the lazy heart of eating.

"Yes Brother. We'll have a meal tomorrow morning. If my brother is hungry. Yes Brother?" my sister said, replying to my advice with a question she asked as if she wanted to joke around with me.

I raise my shoulders as a gesture of not knowing about tomorrow. The night is getting late to accompany us to enjoy the endless conversation that is often fatal, namely, the occurrence of fights.

"I'm lazy to have an older brother like Brother," my sister pouted.

"Why lazy?" I'm a lot of people who like to prick it.

"Yes, just lazy," he replied indifferently growing sullen. Leaving his seat and approaching his bed which often closed his eyes.

I was still sitting in the corner of the bed, right under my sister's feet. "Yes already! If you are lazy to have a brother, like a brother. Look for a new brother tomorrow, yeah!" I asked to prank my fussy sister. "That's not lazy and wants to follow everything you want!" my layover trapped her reddened face that already wanted to cry.

His pouting lips tightened, looking down at the blanket he had just picked up. Her tears were now instantly glazed over her clear eyeballs.

"Then Brother starts tomorrow looking for a new sister!" candaku happily looked at her sad face which was seen in the middle of the half-bright light of the lamp.

His sad pouting face grew even more silent. His little hand that took the cloth looked very limp and lethargic. Lips increasingly vibrate mixed with embarrassment to hold the sobs that want to break.

Silent sculpting and mute while holding back tears that want to spill wet both cheeks that cabi look firmly held.

"If you sleep first, ah. Let's see you tomorrow, new sister," I said happily.

For a long time, he was silent without shouting. Sitting, like a statue while looking at the blanket he often wears. "Sister, I'm going with you, brother" he said, immediately startling.

"I'll go with what you want" said my sister gently giving up.

The smile of the sumringah was drawn loose when hearing my sister's words that suddenly made me happy. It was like a dream, I thought with my body covered in blankets and my back to my sister.

"I promise, Brother," continued my sister to make peace with me.

I am so glad for my heart tonight. Finally, my chatty and selfish sister was willing to follow my request.

"Finally, he lost," I muttered softly smiling happily. Follow the blanket that still covers the face. "You must be lying?!" I said from inside the blanket.

"Engga, brother," he said in his powerful voice. "I don't want to have a new brother" he said.

"Why ?" my question is, turning the body tilted looking at my sister.

"Because the new brother must be evil?!" said my sister again, looking at me with a sad face mixed with anxiety.

"Who said the new brother is evil?" I asked spontaneously, smiling amusedly inside the blanket that covered half my face.

Suddenly my sister was silent and confused. He looked down as if he was looking for an answer to the question I was asking.

"Say people" replied my already confused sister.

"So, because of that. You're afraid of having a new brother," my god framed my selfish sister.

Pluck up!

I can't wait for my sister to pull my blanket over me without realizing it. His sad face that did not want to have a new brother now enveloped the look of his face.

"Why are you crying?" I was astonished, looking at my sister's reddened nose and sounding a little watery.

"I don't want a new brother. My brother is only one," my sister replied in a surprising response.

I was so aghast and held back the laughter of hearing my sister's words for the first time.

"My brother is just my brother" said my sister as if I would not let go.

"But you don't want to follow what you want" I said pretending to sulk.

"Sister, I will" said my sister directly. "Yes, sister, I want to follow what Brother said," he explained.

I felt like I was struck by lightning. Silence like a fool when you hear it. My sister never, like this relented and was willing to give up. This made me even more worried considering my brother who was too clever to play with me. For a long time, he promised that he had never kept it.

That's what made me stay a little bit awake from him. The two eyes that looked at me expectantly were staring as deeply as possible.

"Sister, I won't be naughty anymore" said my sister. "I don't want to have a new brother" he begged forgiveness from me.
