The Struggle of a Child

The Struggle of a Child
Buy snack

"So that's why you're waiting for me here" continued my father, who did not look at us suspiciously.

"Yes Dad" I replied directly.

We both stood up while looking at each of us. The father who returned to hold the rickshaw closed quietly.

"Son, what are you eating tonight ?" ask my father, tie his tricycles.

"Dad, we want some snacks," I begged.

"Jokan?" ask my dad to stop the bond.

"Yes Dad. We were not snacks," said my sister who likes to express what she wants. "Dad, we thought Dad was coming home the other night" he continued.

A smile was on my tired father's face. "Son, if you come home last night, right, you're there!" my father said happily pointing to his relatives' house.

My face and my sister instantly turned sour hearing that. How I would have liked to have told my father that his relatives were no good.

"Son, it's your aunt who loves you Daddy nitip pedicab here" my father said feeling indebted. "So, he's not going to be evil. Let alone his son," he continued full of deadly praise. "So you met his son, didn't you?" my father said, asking us the next question.

I wanted to tell my father to shut up. However, all of that I had to undo seeing him who was tired and too prejudiced for his relatives.

"If Dad comes home tonight. Your aunt told you that you were home until Dad came home" said my father, who felt appreciated by his relatives. "The son also said that he would play with you" he said, increasingly believing in all their words.

My father who kept tidying up his rickshaw lid every second said about his bad relative. "So Dad brought you here because his son wants to play with you, he said," said my father, who did not know the truth.

It's the saturation and the boredom that you feel when my father compliments them so well. Sometimes I breathe tired of hearing it. Looks like my father was too cultivated by his sweet two-faced words.

"If there will be food, it will be shared with you" said my father with a happy and happy face of the words of his relatives who are not true.

Both legs are tired from standing I dragged slowly approached my sister who was tired of hearing it.

"Ana, I don't know, do you?" I thought my father was too naive. I stood up to see my silent sister.

"I don't know brother because I'm hungry" replied my brother, making my blood rise and fall.

"Dad!" my yells were annoyed whispering in his ear. I was so angry to hear it. My reflex was dragging these legs tightly away from my sister who was standing at the sculpting.

"Liyan, come on, son! We go home now," asked my father meekly, glancing at the windows of the house and the door of his relative whom he considered good.

"Yes, Dad," I said, dragging his feet lazily.

The tightly closed relative's house continued to be stared at by my father while saying goodbye words. The feet had already stepped far from the parked rickshaw.

"Dad, let's just go home. I'm hungry" persuaded my brother. Standing up pulled my father's arm while looking at him who was taller than us.

"Dad, I'm hungry too. I was going home from now on. But we're afraid we can't get in" I complained while holding my father's tired hand.

The wind kept blowing through the clothes I was wearing. Walking looking at the stepping foot, followed by the right hand tidying up the clothes that fly carried by the wind.

"Dad, when we get home we eat right away, yeah!" hope my sister pleads with a tired face.

"We've been waiting for Dad a long time. We thought Dad wasn't coming home" I said, seeing my father's fingers rolling over me.

"Haha!" My father laughed funny hearing my complaints. "Son, there's no way I can't go home. You must be home even at night?!" reply my father looked down at me.

"Because of Dad a long time," continued my sister's upset. "We're starving, Dad's not home yet" he said.

Half way through to get home. Cloudy clouds strongly attack the stepping foot . Every now and then I see my father looking up at the sky and dragging his feet even more.

"Son, didn't you, Dad said, if you go home the night you were there first. Your aunt is good, son," said my father casually.

My sister's face immediately lowered and turned sour slowly. The path we went through was stared at until he got bored and re-raised the view.

My father kept praising his unkind relatives. "If Dad goes home to Malaman . I told you, if you're Dad put it there first," my dad continued to open his mouth again saying the same thing.

The ears that all the way too often hear it. "Dad, it's a snack!" I forgot what my father said. "Dad, we bought some snacks first. From earlier I wanted a snack," I groaned, looking at the stall that was still open.

"Sister is right, Dad. Buy a snack first. If we were jajan. We don't have to eat anymore, Dad," my sister's advice that made my father laugh was amused to hear.

"Son, you know too much" my father shook his head at the open stall. "If you want to snack. Just tell me, must I buy it?! Don't wear no food" said my father, turning to the stall.

My heart is so happy. Finally, after a long time I wanted to buy snacks I did not expect the delivery as well. A happy shout came out from within my sister as well. The face that had been pouting was upset to hear the father's ravings about his good relatives was now cheerful.

"Sister, I bought that one!" my sister shouted with happiness.

"If you buy that one, Dik," welcome me, tiptoe to fetch a snack.

It was so happy and happy for my father when he accidentally saw me taking his own snacks.

"Liyan, be careful ! Beware, his servant should not fall," said my father, who took the money from his wallet.

Jajan who was in hand so comforted the heart that was sad because of holding hunger. My favorite snack was opened immediately without looking at my brother who did not speak.

"How, Son? You guys already senate? Now you're ready," said my father with sparkling eyes. "Now come! We're going again!" take my dad with me and pull my brother's arm.

"Dad, wait a minute!" pinta my sister, made a snack that has not been opened.

"What's up, kid? Why stop ?" ask my father who doesn't know about my brother's mess.

"Dad, the stingy stall was opened," my sister whined, giving the snack to my father's hand.

My father immediately gasped and I who had eaten the snack, joined in laughing at my brother who was suddenly kind to me.

"Well, why, son?" ask my dad while opening the jar.

"His face won't open, Dad," my sister lamented with her face.
