How Will You Say Goodbye?

How Will You Say Goodbye?
SEASON II - A familiar figure

Ammar approached slowly.

But Ammar was late, the man had passed and left just after Ammar had arrived. It was a simple dining room.

"Can I help you, sir?" ask a young woman whose age may be as old as Kinan. Only that woman lives there alone. Where was the interlocutor? Which Ammar believes is so familiar with his voice?

Ammar shook his head weakly. His feeling suddenly riled up, was this just his thinking. Remember Joana at a time like this? Ah, Joana would be very happy if Ammar took her to a place like this. Joana really likes kids. Joanna also likes to socialize. Suddenly, Ammar misses his woman a lot. More than the day that has passed.

Maybe he got carried away, so that there he seemed to hear Joana's voice?

"Sir.." The young woman's voice was heard calling out to Ammar. Removing Ammar from his daydreams.

"Ah, no-no. Maybe it's just my feelings. Sorry to interrupt, I was from the toilet over there" said Ammar and the woman was just talking to Ammar.

When Ammar was about to step away the woman's voice came back to him.

"Sorry, Sir. Did you have a guest with Mr Mirza?" tanyanya politely.

Ammar. "Yes," he answered briefly with a small smile.

"Thank you for the donation, sir. Everything was brought to our kitchen. May your sustenance increase," he added.

Ammar only smiled at a glance while nodding, then he resigned.

The incident in the dining room earlier made Ammar a little uninspired. He wants to clear his mind first.

"Cigarette, sir." bargained the Driver who was standing not far enough from Ammar. Somehow Ammar could not refuse it and instead received a pack of cigarettes and matches from the driver's hand. The driver did not know Ammar was a smoker or not but he only intended to offer as a form of pleasantries. If Ammar accepts it, he doesn't mind.

After receiving it, Ammar moved on again. He looked around, he could see from far away many herds of forest monkeys who were looking for food in a former unused building. No, it's not even a building yet. The stones are only as high as a calf, it is like a building that did not become built or rather left without continued construction.

Ammar was standing there. Reawakening his back to the brick wall which was higher than the rest of the stone. Sometimes he looked again at the neatly lined hills. His hand touched his pants pocket and there he was looking for his cell phone.

"Thank you for suggesting that I come to this home" Ammar told someone across the phone.

"Hem, how? Did you find him?"

"Yes, I found a replacement" said Ammar briefly.

"Ck! That's not what I mean." said Doni across the street.

Ammar frowned, not knowing what Doni was talking about. "Then?" tanyakanya.

"Basic Bo*doh!" as Doni said, he heard him snorting from across the street. "That's it, that means you're not lucky yet" he continued.

"What's unlucky? Well, I just want to let you know if I've arrived at this parlour" said Ammar. "After I'm going to London to pick Joana up."

"Will Joana be with a bo*doh guy like you?" kelakar Doni while chuckling loudly.

"Sia*lan!" sniffed Ammar but he chuckled.

"I told you Joana wasn't in London" said Doni.

"You still want to lie to me?" sindir Ammar recalled that Doni and the others would not tell him where Joana was.

"Haishh.you are really bod-oh! Why would Joana want to be with you!" Doni cursed from across there and ended the phone call on the other side.

Ammar still chuckles when he realizes the call has been disconnected, he puts his phone back in his pants pocket. But he found a cigarette with a lighter on it, he grabbed it and put his phone in.

Ammar took a cigarette from his pack, clamping the cigarette at the end of his lips. I can't remember the last time he smoked. But maybe this will slightly make the hardness decrease. Ammar is not a smoker but he has smoked and he does not remember why he used to do it. This time, he smoked to forget about the incident in the dining room earlier.

When he was about to lick his cigarette with a lighter, the cigarette was pulled just from the tip of his lips. It surprised Ammar and wanted to see who was interfering with his pleasure this time. But, when he saw this person who was bothering him, his eyes were perfectly rounded because now he was even more shocked.

...🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸...

A woman who had just left the dining room also wanted to join the children of the home who were eating lunch on the side veranda. He had just heard that someone from the city had come to donate a lot of groceries, toys, books and clothes. Finally he felt curious and wanted to come see the generous person.

The woman came out and there she met her uncle.

"Uncle, where is that guy?" ask her to Mr. Mirza who is her Uncle.

"Who is that?" Mirza smiled at his nephew.

"I heard that someone came and brought a lot of donations. I was cooking for the children's home. I'm sorry I couldn't welcome her" said the woman.

"It's okay, your job is not to welcome guests, nor is it to be a chef here" said Mr. Mirza patting his nephew on the shoulder.

"I'm glad to do it, Uncle."

They both chuckled.

"Maybe the guest will have lunch with the children of the home, meet and say thank you" said Mr. Mirza.

"All right, Uncle."

"Eh, wait a minute."

The woman looked back at her uncle.

"What's up, Uncle?"

"He's handsome and generous. Fall for her." Skill Mr. Mirza with funny intonation.

The woman smiled wryly. "Hopefully I can." so gladly.

"Unfelt can. His face is Asian like uncle's. Like your taste too." seduced his uncle again.

The woman chuckled small. "Uncle knows my taste" he said as he walked from there to the side veranda.

Arriving at the side, he looked at the situation. Look around for the whereabouts of people visiting their parlors today. But what he saw was not the man, but two children who looked very striking than the other children of the orphanage. Obviously they look dominant there, from the appearance and face that is very familiar and missed by the woman.

When the girl's eyes met the bead of one of the two children's eyes, they both fell silent and looked meaningfully.

One child follows the view of his brother who is imprinted at one point. "Tante Jo.." looked at the little girl as she put down her tablespoon. He automatically got up and stood up from his stool. All the children of the orphanage heard his words, they also watched the little girl running in front of Joana who was bent on welcoming him.

"Tante... tante kemana aja?" Lesya memeluk dan mendekap tubuh Joana. Bersamaan dengan itu Shaka yang masih terpaku, berangsur-angsur mendekati mereka dan ikut memeluk.

Yes, that woman is Joana. He is the nephew of Mirza. Mr. Mirza is the younger brother of Julia-mother Joana. Joana was intentionally alone in this orphanage. Far from Ammar. He wanted to convince his heart first and his three months were not enough, but his longing for his loved ones slowly began to eat away at him and hurt himself.

"You guys, why are you here? With who? Aunt misses you." Joana stroked Lesya's cheeks and Shaka took turns.

Lesya was still crying, hugging Joana's body with a deep longing. She had never seen Joana again since their dinner at the hotel. Lesya asks her father but Ammar always keeps quiet without giving her a comforting answer. Lesya knows enough, at the age of almost 12 years, she quite understands if adult relationships are quite strange and complicated. Maybe that's what happened to Ammar and Joana.

"Tante, did auntie have a fight with Papa? That's why aunty doesn't want to see us again?" the innocent question from Shaka's mouth managed to make Joana smile on the verge of her tears when she found the two boys she also missed.

"Dear, auntie and Papa did not fight." joana said as she gently stroked Shaka's hair.

"So why is aunt never seen? Aunty moved in here?" ask again.

Joana nodded. He did not want to lie to Shaka any further but he also could not possibly tell the truth to the boy.

"Here you go, let's continue eating. After that we can tell you again." Joana also invited the two children to return to eat.

But Joana's mind is divided now. She understood that the man her Uncle had meant was Ammar.

Does Uncle actually know that he and Ammar have a relationship? So, now why is Ammar here?

It must have been Doni. They can't hide secrets anymore. It's only been three months why did they tell Ammar about his whereabouts? Doni and the others promised not to tell Ammar this. Let alone Ammar, Rey just can't know. That was Joana's request to Doni and the others.

"Tante wants to go to the toilet first, yeah. You guys just continue eating it." Joana told Lesya and Shaka.

"Yes Tan, you guys go get Papa, Tan. From earlier to the toilet did not go back and forth." said Lesya.

Joana just nodded and passed. Is it true that he's going to see Ammar now? It seems that having to be so, even if not talking to her at least by looking at the man at a glance would probably treat her longing.

As Joana searched for Ammar's whereabouts, she accidentally saw the silhouette of a person from the corner of her eye. Joana came to a halt when she heard a familiar voice chuckling. Maybe Ammar was calling someone.

Joana was silent and listening, the chat seemed to be with Doni or Rey. Well, Joana was so sure of that. The closer she got, Joana missed the figure of the owner of the field's back. His shoulders twitched as he laughed in response to his phone.

Joana wants to get closer but she also hesitates. He felt enough to look at Ammar from behind his back. This slightly treated his longing in silence. Ammar's voice was no longer heard, and now what did he do?

Ammar reached into his pants pocket and took out a pack of cigarettes.

Whahuh? Since when does he smoke? Joana gets angry when she sees Ammar smoking.

Didn't he promise not to repeat his mistake? Although this is not drunk as it used to be, but Ammar has promised to live well, right?

Joana does not want to meet Ammar openly. He still can't forget Ammar and can't think of Ammar as a normal friend. But Joana doesn't want to see Ammar smoking like this either.

"Are you hurt when I left? Why do you look so skinny? Why are you smoking now?" joana spoke with sorrow.

When Ammar wanted to make his cigarette, that's when Joana swiftly pulled the cigarette from the tip of Ammar's lips. Ammar glared in surprise at Joana's presence in front of his eyes.
