"Missy?" Rey is flabbergasted at Mona being forcefully brought by her usual aide with Ardi.

"What's this, Om?" Rey's question turned to Ardi who was standing not far from Mona and the aide.

"He was the mastermind of the news!" Ardi said flatly and Rey clucked her tongue to hear it.

"I'm sorry, Rey!" Mona said in a soft voice.

"You!" Rey looked at Mona with an angry look. "What exactly do you want, Mona?" Ask Rey. The intonation of the young man's voice turned high. He couldn't accept that this was all Mona. At first he thought it was Ammar. Why should Mona?

"Rey, I want to get back to you. But the girl took my place. It should be just me in your heart, Rey!" Mona's voice rose up interspersed with her sobs that began to be heard.

Rey threw away her gaze from Mona, she looked the other way. I couldn't see the girl crying.

"Please don't cry in front of me!" Rey flat. He felt dejavu when he saw Mona crying.

"Why Rey? You can't see me crying but you're the source of my crying!" Mona answered in a loud voice. Her crying really made Rey remember their past.

"Om, let me talk to him alone. Leave us!" Pinta Rey to Ardi. And without asking, Ardi and one of his aides left the two who are now in Rey's office.

The atmosphere of the office was quiet because all the employees and staff who worked had gone home from this afternoon. Now the only two human children are in Rey's room to solve their problems that have long been lazy to be revealed by Rey.

"Rey, please forgive me. I'm jealous to see you getting married. Didn't you promise to marry after me? now I'm not married and you want to get married. I don't take it, Rey!" Mona said, her position on the floor made her reach Rey's feet and without hesitation she hugged the young man's feet.

"Don't do this, Mona!" Rey. I don't know what's going on with this young man right now. He won't be weak in front of Mona. Mona is indeed her first love but Rey convinces herself not to fall in love with the girl who now hugs her legs.

"I'll keep doing this until you forgive me, Rey!"

"I've forgiven you! It's been a long time and I've forgotten everything!" Answer Rey slowly.

"No Rey! You haven't forgotten me. I know my cry is one of your weaknesses!"

"That was, Mona. I'm getting married and you're no longer my priority!"

"You're married because you've abused her, that's all! You love me! Not that girl, Rey!" Mona continues to do Rey with her words as if those words will be as powerful before Rey as in the past.

"Mona, I don't want to say this because I'm afraid of hurting your heart. But if you keep this up, I don't want to have to reveal it!" Rey answered seriously. He pulls Mona to stand in front of him and the girl is obedient to stand up.

"Listen Mona, maybe you were someone important to me, but not anymore." Rey replies slowly so Mona catches her point.

"Rey, I realize now my happiness is you, Rey!"

"Listen to me, find another man! I've forgotten you. I'll be married soon!" Firm Rey.

Mona could not accept Rey's words, she tiptoed to reach the young man's neck and wrapped her hands there, a second later she landed a kiss on the young man's lips. Rey reflexively pushes Mona's body in shock at the girl's sudden action.

"What the fuck? What are you doing?" Suck Rey while wiping her own lips.

"I want to make sure you've lost your taste in me!" Mona said with a smile and she was like she was going to repeat her actions again.

"Enough, Mona! You really make me sick!" Rey moves on to leave Mona, let Ardi and the aide take care of Rey. "You can't talk well. You prefer violence!" Rey was angry. Mona was shocked and trembled to see Rey's anger. Rey never used to be rude to him.

"Rey!" Strangled Mona with fear but still he did. "Please don't break your promise!" Mona was crying.

Rey felt that dejavu again. He seemed interested in the time with Mona in college.

Rey skipped the course hours and decided to get a fresh breeze on the roof of her campus building. Rey looks ahead and decides to contact Doni and Kevin to join her. But the sound of sobs someone resuscitated Rey if she was not alone there. Rey saw a girl sitting curled up by hugging her own knee in one corner of the open room.

"You why?" Rey asked the girl who was curled up while crying. The girl just shook her head and had no intention of showing her face.

"If you don't intend to talk, it's okay. I'm not interested in other people's problems either." Answer Rey cuek. He wanted to step away from the girl. But just a step he heard the voice of the girl intercepting his steps.

"Wait!" The girl's voice stopped Rey's steps. He turned around and saw the girl already with reddened eyes and it turned out that the round face was full of bruises and bluish bruises.

"Oh my God, what happened to you?" Rey asked in surprise when she saw the bruise on the girl's face. He was suddenly concerned and horrified at the same time.

"You think I'm a fool, can't tell which one fell and which one got beaten?" Rey sarcasm.

The girl hugged her knees again but was now not ashamed to show her face. "Well, you're right, it's because of the KDRT." Said the girl while being moved.

"You have to report this to the police!" Advice Rey. "Is there much else?" Rey asked because she was concerned.

The girl turned out to show bruises and other body wounds without any embarrassment to Rey. He showed a wound on his back with a little revealing his back shirt. Then he showed another bruise that was in his stomach. Rey was flabbergasted at once and eager to see the girl.

"I was beaten by my stepfather!" He said while crying again. "What's your name? I'm Mona." The girl introduced herself. He still sobbed as he reached out to Rey.

"I'm Reyland." Rey welcomes Mona's hand.

That was Rey and Mona's first meeting. From then on, Rey and Mona become intimate and Rey becomes a backstop for Mona. Wherever and whenever, Rey is willing and always there for Mona. Even when the girl's body is trampled on by her stepfather, Rey puts up her body to defend her. Several times they reported Mona's stepfather, but the old man was able to get away with bail. Mona can't keep depending on him. And Rey has to be firm now that she has Kinan. Rey does not want Kinan to be hurt, because Rey is very caring about the feelings of the woman. Terlebib Kinan was once blatantly jealous of Mona in front of Rey.

"What?" Rey replied half angry.

"You're not getting married before me, are you?" Mona asked as she glinted at Rey.

"You really forced me to reveal everything, huh?" Ask Rey while thieving.

"Reveal everything, what?" Mona looked at Rey in wonder.

"Come Mona! You think I didn't know you were married to David? I know everything, Mona! And now you're divorced and you want to come back to me?" Rey looked at Mona who changed pias suddenly due to Rey's speech. Where did Rey come to know this fact?- Inner Mona.

"You've been married, which means I kept my promise because I made sure you got married, right? But I never promised to make sure your marriage would be okay!" Rey said with a slanted smile.

"You-" Mona couldn't continue her sentence, because her mouth felt choked.

"Why? You're confused where I know from? There is no secret in this world. Everything will be revealed in due time!" Rey said flat and she immediately opened the door of the room to get out of there.

"Wait for Rey, are you really in love with that girl?" Mona is still not sure if Rey who used to desperately defend and chase after him has turned away now.

Rey shrugged her shoulders. "You know what, I never messed with everything I said!" Answer Rey ambiguously. But Mona could already understand the meaning of that sentence.

"All right." Mona bowed lethargic.

Rey exits the room without hearing Mona's last words, seeing Ardi and the aide standing by the door. "Urus him. Don't let anything like this happen again." Rey said flatly as she stepped out to leave the office building.
