The Queen Who Shares Love
Chapter 1 Meeting

The horse carriage stopped at the magnificent palace. Duke Hilbright got off the horse-drawn carriage. He stood at the door of the horse-drawn carriage, holding out his hand.

A beautiful blonde woman grabbed Duke Hilbright's hand. Same hair color as Duke. She is the daughter of Duke Hilbright. Leticia Hilbright's.

Leticia observed the palace gates and the buildings that were in front of her. Its breadth and grandeur was not comparable to the residence it lived in.

This was the first time Leticia had been in the palace. Eyes twinkling. He tried to hold back his amazement, because it was not appropriate for the noble princess to show an impolite attitude.

He straightened his back and walked elegantly. Everyone who sees it will be fascinated.

Leticia came to a door. His father quickly opened the door.

His father greeted the man in front of him. So did Leticia. The person they greeted was the Crown Prince, Braun el Houllem.

Leticia who was originally looking down looked up at the foot that was in front of her. Leticia's eyes were fixed on the handsome man with black hair. Blue eyes that were like jewels stunned Leticia.

Duke Hilbright left them alone.

The atmosphere of the two of them turned awkward.

"Do you like the atmosphere in the palace?" braun said break the mood.

The surprised Leticia replied as she could, "Yes, Your Majesty."

Braun. Leticia was still sitting quietly on the spot. Braun picked up one of the flowers that were near the window. He approached Leticia while giving the flower.

"This is one of the flowers that my late mother loved, I hope you like it" Braun said with a smile.

Leticia's heart was pounding hard. This was something he had never felt before. Unable to endure it anymore, a smile was seen on his lips.

He quickly picked up the flower, thanking her. He covered his face with the flower, though he knew it could not cover his face.

Braun just smiled at Leticia's behavior.

"I hope we can relate well, Crown Princess," Braun grabbed Leticia's hand that was not holding a flower. He kissed Leticia's hand.

It's true they're engaged. Leticia was originally thinking of hardening her heart. It is impossible for people to love each other in a political marriage. I don't expect much from this wedding. Going through his mind he would probably suffer for a lifetime.

But, he was wrong. Now, he's in love. And Leticia also believes Braun loves her too. Otherwise, how could he possibly do such a gentle thing?

Leticia looked into Braun's eyes, which made her unable to think of anything.

"What kind of couple do you like, Your Majesty?" ask Leticia suddenly.

Several months had passed since their first meeting. Leticia who was initially shy began to show her feelings blatantly. Braun often showed his attention to Leticia in front of others. Although, it made Leticia embarrassed, she felt happy.

"I like a woman who is graceful, a little spoiled to me but still behaves wisely when in front of others." Braun slept on Leticia's lap.

As if knowing what Leticia Braun was thinking continued, "There is no need to be anyone else. I'll still love you, Leticia." His hand touched Leticia's cheek. Braun's sweet smile appeared. Leticia also smiled back.

"I love you too, Braun."  Leticia clasped Braun's hand. He felt a strong hand that often practiced swordsmanship.

Now, Braun was taking a break from sword practice. Leticia sees him a lot. Leticia admires Braun's swordsmanship. He hopes to be able to ride like him. As a child, Leticia used to secretly practice swords. Duke Hilbright was furious to see his daughter hiding a wooden sword in his room. Duke did not want the value of girls that could be used for political marriages to be reduced.

Since childhood, he never accepted his father's love. All Duke Hilbright thought was power.

Although, Braun asked him not to change his attitude, he would do just that. Braun will love him more.

A man came to Leticia and Braun in a hurry. Braun put on an upset face because their alone time was disturbed.

It stands. However, his face was regretfully turned into shock upon hearing the man's words. Leticia closed her gaped mouth.

"The Emperor calls you, Crown Prince. He wants to say the final words." The man repeated his words again.

Braun immediately shot towards the Emperor's room. Leticia. He had difficulty following Braun's very fast footsteps.

They reached the Emperor's room. Braun went inside. The bodyguards blocked Leticia from entering. The Emperor only wanted to meet his child.

Leticia's waiting outside. After a while, Braun came out with his head down.

"The emperor has died. I'll be the next Emperor."

All the guards lowered their heads. Braun asked all the guards to leave. He just wants to be alone with Leticia.

Leticia felt sadness on Braun's face. He knew Braun loved the late Emperor very much.

This was an event that Leticia had never thought of before. He hoped the Emperor would see his son marry.

Leticia held Braun's hand. Braun felt Leticia's attention. He looked up to see Leticia.

"I'll always be by your side, Your Majesty," Leticia said.

"Thank you, Leticia." Braun took off Leticia's grasp and hugged her. Leticia returned a hug

Brauns.

Braun gave all his feelings. Without thinking about what others see. It could only be like that in front of Leticia.

Because the Emperor must not look weak. It was sad that the Emperor could not show his feelings.

Leticia won't leave Braun. He will be beside her until the end. She will accompany him as queen.

Shortly after Braun was crowned Emperor, Braun and Leticia got married.

The sadness they felt from losing the late Emperor turned to happiness.

They made a holy promise in front of the Pope. Usually the nobles in the empire asked for blessings from the temple in order to obtain a happy married life. In addition, they wanted to show the imperial citizens that the Houlem Empire had a good relationship with the temple.

Leticia kept smiling throughout the wedding. The happiness he craved approached him.

A political marriage, which he did not expect, was a blessing to him. Unstoppable source of happiness. He was lucky to meet Braun.

Leticia looked at Braun who was also smiling at her. Slowly Braun's hand opened the bride's veil. There was no barrier between Leticia's face and Braun's.

Their lips meet each other. The sign of their love tied up in marriage has been done. Leticia hoped time would stop. The happiness he felt wanted to be kept deep. It even feels like a dream that is expected to never end.

However, he did not know what would happen to him. The problems he faced would destroy their relationship.
