Rose sees Isabella's strange gurgle while training Judith. Isabella often daydreams, her mind is not here. Rose's plans during the festival turned out to be bad for Isabella. Rose sighed. The plan Rose had made largely ended up failing. Like now. Rose wants to make amends.
Isabella who had finished training sat down next to Rose.
"That guy turned out to be still the coward he used to be" Rose chirped suddenly.
Isabella is confused not to know who Rose is referring to. He also did not want to ask because his mind felt tired, but clearly saw the question mark on his face.
"Of course, Dale," Rose replied as if she knew what was on Isabella's mind.
Isabella immediately turned to the witch of this palace, but remained silent.
"He used to love Leticia but didn't dare to declare his love."
Isabella widened her eyes but did not respond.
"When I heard that Leticia was married to Braun, she was so hurt that she didn't come to the wedding."
Isabella still heard Rose carefully.
"Then Dale knew that Braun had never loved Leticia, he regretted not expressing his love and took her away with him. The suffering that Leticia was going through, she thought was her fault. He blames himself, then makes up for it by fighting harder than anyone."
After a long silence Isabella opened her mouth. "Why are you telling me this?"
"I'm just talking to myself not talking to you." Rose actually avoided telling Isabella about this.
"He approached a lot of women not because he wanted to forget Leticia. Dale did not like the women he had been around at all. He took the information from the woman. Then erase the woman's memory. That's the reason no woman ever hit him. Leticia also knows about this," Rose continued.
"That's it." Isabella nodded.
"It seems like I'm talking too long and loud, because you eavesdropped don't ever tell this to Leticia, Countess. I don't want him to feel guilty either" Rose said.
Isabella smiles. "Of course, thank you for accompanying me, Palace Mage Leader."
Rose did not answer just wagging her hand. He knew from the look on Isabella's face that the burden of her mind was gone. Isabella says goodbye to Judith, and leaves immediately.
Rose smiled at Isabella. Hopefully what she said earlier can help Isabella.

Dale was in his tower doing his chores. For a few days we were in the tower. Had Rose not invited him to the festival he might not have come out of this place. He wants to keep himself busy.
His assistant was even confused by Dale's behavior. Usually Dale would often come out and leave the job of the Tower Witch Leader to him. Dale who sat working on the documents looked like a stranger to him. He should be happy with this work does not increase, but there is still something strange.
Dale's assistant saw Dale leave his job a few days ago when he met a woman. Dale went to the woman to erase her memory of the forbidden magic book that the Tower Witch Leader was looking for. After that he never saw Dale come out again, languishing here.
"Go, get me the documents I haven't done yet" Dale ordered.
"Isn't this a lot, Leader?" His assistant pointed at the pile of documents on Dale's desk.
"This is all I've done, you can check it out. Bring me another."
Dale's assistant checked the documents. It turned out that Dale had already completed all of these documents. His assistant immediately lowered his head then went out looking for other documents.
Dale took a long breath. Then someone knocked on the door. One of his subordinate magicians came in.
"The leader has a woman who wants to meet you" said the witch.
"Have the woman go home, ask her to make me an appointment first" Dale replied.
The woman who was outside the room heard Dale's words go straight inside.
"You came unannounced when you first met me at the Faust residence. Why do I have to make an appointment with you first" said the short-haired woman in red.
Dale's eyes were wide open. He didn't expect Isabella to come here. He asked his men to come out.
Isabella immediately sat in the guest chair opposite Dale's desk chair. There was only one guest chair there. Usually Dale talks to his guests at his desk chair. Dale stood sitting at the desk. He was facing off against Isabella.
"What are you coming here, Countess?" ask Dale. He looked serious, with no smile on his face.
"Speak as casually. This is not an important meeting" Isabella replied.
"alright. So why are you here?"
Dale actually knew what Isabella wanted to talk about. It must have been because of his behavior at the festival yesterday.
"I heard that you approached women just to pry for information" Isabella said without further ado.
Dale did not expect Isabella to know this. There are people who leaked this to Isabella like Rose. Leticia wasn't the one who would reveal the way Dale obtained the information.
"So what information do you want to know from me?" Isabella looked at Dale sharply.
"That's not important anymore. You and the Grand Duke are trustworthy. I'm investigating you for fear that at any time you will betray me" Dale replied honestly.
They are both trustworthy. Leticia's longtime lover and best friend would not betray the First Empress.
"Once you go, and then I hear again, you'll erase a woman's memory once you get the information you want. Why don't you erase my memory?" sergeant Isabella.
Dale grumbled in his heart. He wanted to call Rose.
"If you want your memory erased, just ask Rose, please" Dale replied annoyedly.
Isabella stands.
"Why don't you just erase my memory right now?" Isabella repeated her question with little difference as Dale still did not answer her question.
"Because I don't want to do it" replied Dale.
Isabella approached Dale until their distance was so wide, now narrowed.
"Why don't you want to erase my memory?" Isabella kept pushing Dale.
Isabella takes revenge for Dale's repressing actions.
Dale was still silent. He knows the answer but does not answer.
Isabella was getting closer and there was no distance between them.
Isabella repeated her question once more while looking into Dale's eyes. "Why don't you want to erase my memory?"
Dale clenched his hands while looking at Isabella's eyes.
"I don't want you to forget me."
Isabella smiles. "That's the answer I want to hear."
Without a warning Isabella kissed Dake's lips. Dale opened his eyes in shock.
Isabella took off their lips that had touched each other. Their faces were only a few cent away. Isabella is still smiling. The smile that made Dale fall asleep during the festival.
"Why not be answered?" ask Isabella.
Dale could feel Isabella's breath.
"This is not something that nobility and commoners, Countess, deserve."
"That's it, then why at the festival did you do that to me?"
"That was a mistake, Countess. I hope you forget it."
No, Dale doesn't want Isabella to forget about him. He didn't want Isabella to see the ugliness. He did not want Isabella to misunderstand him. He did not want Isabella to hate him for seeing him with another woman.
"What if I don't want to forget it?"
Dale was silent for a moment. Then he said, "The nobles and commoners can't be together, Countess."
That was Dale's biggest fear. Dale could not have Leticia because of her status as a commoner. Now, he was afraid that this would happen to Isabella as well.
"I don't care about status. Didn't you say that loving someone all the way would be done?" Isabella smiles on her lips.
Dale's eyes grew a little. Dale's smile slowly appeared. Dale brought Isabella closer again by grabbing her waist.
"You're right."
Dale no longer held her back, kissing Isabella's lips. His hands supported Isabella's waist and head.
Isabella closed her eyes feeling Dale's sweet kiss. He put his arm around Dale's neck.
They kissed long enough. Dale took off their kiss. They both smile at each other.
"I love you, Isabella."
"I love you too, Dale."
