The Queen Who Shares Love

The Queen Who Shares Love
Chapter 27 Arrest and Achievement

In front of Gerald's eyes sat a person who did not know himself. He refrained from arresting her immediately. Without the authorities from the palace giving the arrest warrant, he could not be anything. When Gerald forcibly brought Viscount Gremaroft without any clear evidence and papers then the Viscount could strike back at him. Viscount Gremaroft was able to sue Gerald over a wild search and damage to property at Gremaroft's residence.

Gerald had to wait until Isabella came with the authorities. With the help of the First Empress it was certain that the letter of duty would be quickly issued. The people assigned to capture Viscount Gremaroft will also be deployed soon.

Only, Gerald could not bear to catch this man in front of him. Every time the Viscount spoke, it felt like he wanted to keep the man's mouth shut.

Gerald stood towards the window that was on the north side of the room. He saw the scenery around, while hearing the ravings of the Viscount like the wind. What he was waiting for has arrived.

"I'm sorry, Viscount. I can't accept your offer" Gerald said without stale.

Viscount Gremaroft's face was red. "Then why did you come back here, Master Grand Duke?"

"I feel bad, hang the cooperation you offer. So I came back here to tell you."

"Please think again, Lord Grand Duke," asked Viscount Gremaroft.

Gerald left the room.

"Don't go first Mr. Grand Duke. Listen to my explanation."

Gerald continued his steps.

"The advantage will be fantastic. You'll profit from this business every month for 50% of sales."

Gerald still did not care about Viscount Gremaroft.

"I'll give you all the profits of this business for one year."

Gerald stopped his steps. He looked at Viscount Gremaroft. Feeling his offer being accepted by Grand Duke Faust, the fat man smiled widely.

"I'm not interested in your offer, Viscount," Gerald said.

"Then at least reward me for leaking out a way to boost your reputation," the tone of the man's voice in front of Gerald began to rise.

"I won't give a penny to a man who tortures children." Gerald forcibly opened the door that was behind him.

It looks like children are groaning in pain. They were screaming for help to be saved.

Viscount Gremaroft growled, shouting "You will I sue for property destruction and trespassing!"

The sound of footsteps approaching.

"You can't do it, because I have a letter for your arrest" Gerald retorted coldly.

The palace and Isabella came. Viscount Gremaroft was startled, trying to escape. Gerald. Viscount Gremaroft was unable to move due to the intense pressure from Gerald.

One of the officers put handcuffs on Viscount Gremaroft. Isabella gives Viscount Gremaroft's arrest warrant to Grand Duke Faust. Gerald read out the arrest warrant. Viscount Gremaroft's arrest was successful.

Leticia read the newspaper in her hand. He smiled knot. Grand Duke Faust has exposed the vile deeds of Viscount Gremaroft. Bad rumors about Gerald over time will be increasingly forgotten replaced by heroic actions that he did.

Although their journey is still long, this is a great start. The temple's secret remains unsolved. Leticia's premonition said Viscount Gremaroft must have had a good reason to donate in large numbers to the temple. The problem is that Leticia has not found a relationship between the two. A search of Gremaroft's residence has been carried out, but evidence has not yet been found.

Though difficult, Leticia believes herself to be approaching the truth. The Pope's forbidden act will be dismantled. Everything was for the sake of taking down Braun and Charlotte.

Leticia looked at the list of nobles who could help Braun. His eyes were fixed on one Count Landell's name.

"Grand Duke Faust Saved the Children of Viscount Gremaroft"

The headline was written so big that Isabella could see it. He smiled, little by little his master's good name became famous.

Isabella once promised in her heart that once Grand Duke Faust's reputation had returned, she would express love. A statement of love that may not be reciprocated. He knew that his master only regarded him as a mere confidant, nothing more. At least he wants his feelings to be known.

"Did the boy come today?" gerald asked Isabella.

Gerald's son is Judith. They had never met at all even though Judith was practicing in the Faust residence. Judith also never met with the servants or knights of the Faust residence. This was because Isabella asked them not to approach the training ground while Judith was training with her.

"Right, sir," Isabella answered briefly.

"How's the training going?"

"He's very talented, sir. He is able to master what he teaches quickly. As an adult he can become a strong knight."

"Isn't the Empire a little weird at learning swords? She should have learned to be a graceful princess."

"He just wants to protect the Empire and his family, sir."

Gerald put down the newspaper. Lean back to his chair, think for a moment.

"Why can he trust us, Isabella?"

"Who do you mean, sir?"

"Isn't it risky enough, the First Empress asked her old friend who hated her to teach her daughter? Plus training at the cruelest Grand Duke place in the Empire. What if I hurt and take his son hostage? I don't know what he's thinking."

"Actually, it's all just a misunderstanding, sir. Duke Hilbright made my family suffer. Then Empress Leticia can trust you because Master has saved me. It's that simple."

Gerald smiled thinly, so thin that Isabella did not notice it.

There was a sound of a horse carriage outside. Judith has arrived. Isabella resigned to train her friend's son.

Isabella headed to the gate of Faust's residence. Judith was waiting with her bodyguards. He ran to Isabella. Enthusiastic asked what his teacher would teach today.

Isabella smiled at the cuteness of her friend's daughter. His face, hair and eyes were reminiscent of Leticia as a child. Judith was really similar to Leticia. The difference is that she shows her feelings more often than Leticia. The shy attitude when he first met Isabella was similar to that of his mother as a child.

Isabella took Judith to the training ground. Judith trained with excitement. His face looks happy. Isabella felt the joy of her friend's son.

As she was about to rest, Isabella saw an uninvited guest. He had seen her with Leticia during the meeting held at the residence. Dale, the Witch Leader of the Tower smiled at Isabella then turned towards Judith who was approaching her.

Dale asked Judith and her sword practice. Judith answered enthusiastically. Dale continued to smile, unaware that Isabella's gaze had turned sharp.

Isabella approached. "Excuse me, Tower Witch have you had an appointment with Master before?"

"I came here instead of meeting Grand Duke Faust," Dale replied casually.

"What are you doing here? Is it to meet the Princess?"

"No," Dale replied briefly.

Before he could ask again the intention of the arrival of this uninvited guest, The guest continued, "I'd like to meet you, Countess Wollard."
