Chapter 76 End Revenge

Gerald has arrived at the throne room. He saw the figure sitting on the throne chair and the tiny figure before him brandishing a sword at him. The tiny figure looked at Gerald with a look of wanting to kill him.

He saw the tiny figure and alternated. "Are you that low to make your daughter fight me?" syndicate Gerald.

"Maybe you'll budge if you fight with the daughter of the one you love" Braun replied in a mocking tone.

"Then do you not love him, putting his daughter in danger?" ask Gerald cynically. 

"I love him and you take him!" shouted Braun.

Gerald knew it was a lie. If Braun really loved Leticia, he did not remarry Charlotte. Then, make his own wife become barren.

"That's right, you snatched my mother. Then it affected him to such an extent" Judith said.

Gerald took a long breath. 

"Can't you see it, Princess? If your father really loved you, he should have let you escape with the Second Empress and her son, not been here" Gerald assured Judith.

"No, Dad let me be here because he loves me. He let me see the death of the man who made Mom hate Dad" Judith replied.

Gerald looked at the grinning Braun. Judith has been brainwashed by Braun and Charlotte. Gerald didn't want to hurt Judith because Leticia would hate him. However, if he did not fight hard, Braun would take the opportunity to defeat him.

Gerald pulled out his sword. Judith's getting ready to attack Gerald. 

Gerald directly passed by him and attacked Braun. Braun gasped, but was able to fend off Gerald's attack.

Judith was still dumbfounded as the person in front of her suddenly disappeared. That person had been behind fighting with his father. He ran to them trying to help his father.

Gerald kicks Judith, keeping her out of their fight. He did not want to accidentally injure Leticia's daughter.

Braun cussed, "Curtain, useless base." Only Braun and Gerald could hear him.

Gerald was furious at Braun's actions. He let out his aura and attacked Braun. Braun was late to let out his aura. The sword used to fend off Gerald's attack was instantly broken. 

Judith wakes up to attack Gerald. Gerald denied it again.

"Judith give me your sword!" shouted Braun.

"Good." Judith immediately threw her sword at Braun.

Braun manages to capture Judith's sword. He earnestly let out his aura to attack Gerald. Gerald.

The sound of the sword rattling sounded there. Judith could only see the prowess of the two. He hopes his father can defeat the man who took his mother.

Gerald kept pressing Braun. Braun gathered his aura to make his attack stronger. As soon as his aura is gathered Braun attacks Gerald. Gerald deflected it and was not hurt though. The sword is intact.

Braun gritted his teeth, feeling annoyed. He attacked Gerald in a row. Attack after attack can be repelled by Gerald easily.

Braun leads Gerald closer to Judith. Gerald. 

"Keep away, from here!" shouted Gerald while throwing him with an aura.

Judith was pushed far enough.

Braun was getting upset. The attacks are getting less and less. Gerald saw many gaps in Braun's attack. He used it to hurt her. 

Braun's left hand was injured. Braun attacked again. However, he is increasingly distressed by his differences in abilities with Gerald.

Gerald was able to injure Braun bit by bit. Judith was increasingly concerned about her father's situation. He approached them trying to help his father. Gerald kept Judith away again. 

"Dad!" scream Judith.

Judith went back to her futile actions. Gerald kept him away again.

"Basic useless child!" shouted Braun.

Judith gasped to hear her father swearing at her.

"Now you are showing your true nature" said Gerald.

"Ha. ha. ha. ha.." Braun's laughter filled the room.

Judith still could not believe what she saw. The side of his father he never knew appeared.

Braun stopped his laughter. "How else, my life is on the edge."

"Do you have no regrets at all?" ask Gerald.

"What should I regret? The only thing I regret is letting him live." Braun looked towards Judith.

He continued, "I should have killed you when you were born" Braun spewed blood.

Braun's words came to a halt as Gerald deepened the stab of his sword. He didn't want Judith to hear that from his father.

"In the end you're still raving nonsense" said Gerald coldly.

Tears rolled down Judith's cheeks. His father never loved him. He remembered all the attention his father had paid to him. Come to the library. Come to his room early in the morning. It's all just a fake. His mother's words were right. Faced with this painful reality left him in shock.

Which of his father and mother is right? He doesn't know who to trust. He did not know where his parents' love was fake.

Braun regretted letting Judith live at birth. She had established herself to kill her baby when the one born from Leticia's womb was a boy. If a baby girl is born, she is still in doubt. Not because the baby is his flesh and blood, but because of the benefits he gets when he lets him live. After thinking about it, he carried it and gave it to Leticia one day maybe the baby would come in handy.

"It's a shame that at any time, you two won't be able to be happy together" Braun said cynically.

"That's none of your business" replied Gerald.

Braun grinned. He pointed the sword at Judith. Throwed it.

Gerald gasped. He wants to save Judith, but he won't. 

The tip of the sword stayed a little more regarding Judith. The sword was thrown in the other direction.

Leticia had arrived using her teleportation magic stone. Realizing the situation, he immediately repelled the attack aimed at his daughter.

Leticia immediately hugged Judith tightly. "It's okay, honey. You are safe. I'll protect you." 

Hands shaking. He was crying too. His fear was still felt. His daughter is in danger. If a little bit he comes late, then his daughter's life will be lost. He will not meet his beloved daughter. The horror still enveloped his body.

Judith was still speechless with tears running down, trying to digest what was going on. His father tried to kill him. 

"Damn!" shouted Braun.

Feeling Judith was safe, Gerald drew his sword and beheaded Braun. His revenge was fulfilled. Now he is Emperor. Although he could not kill the man who killed his father directly, he could avenge the actions of his son who defamed his good name. Gerald glanced towards the mother and the child. They both survived.

Leticia's revenge was fulfilled. The one who made him suffer is gone. What remains is her baby with her husband. Although the blood of the person he hated was also flowing there, he still loved him. He will take care of his only remaining family.
