Chapter 58 Forbidden Magic Shrine

Rose was in the study reading forbidden magic books. Despite his hate for reading, he still does it for Leticia's smooth plan. Finding magic that sacrifices children takes a long time. There are many kinds of forbidden magic, bringing the dead to life, creating new humans, doubling the money and much more. However, all of this does not involve children. 

Rose was busy struggling with her work, unaware of the knock on the door. The door was getting louder and breaking his concentration. He cursed. He had already warned his subordinates not to bother him for a few days. They did not follow his orders at all. Rose will fire the person who bullied her now. He didn't care if the noble witch hit him. That noble doesn't have great ability to rely on money alone. If the noble were to report to Braun, Rose would not bother. Braun's position is now increasingly fragile. 

Rose opened the door hard.

"I told you not to bother me!" rose shouted at the person in front of him.

He looked up because of the difference in height and the person was quite far away. The face of the man looked very surprised. He felt guilty for disturbing the Empire's Witch Leader. He lowered his head.

"I'm sorry, Imperial Witch Leader. The empress asked me to check on your circumstances, as there was no answer I tapped harder. The empress is worried because you haven't been out of the room for days."

It was Judith's bodyguard. Rose held her head. His face was mixed with shame and anger. He invited Dean to come in.

"Did the Empress call me?"

"No, Palace Witch. The Empress just wants you to rest."

Rose crossed her arms. Rest is also necessary. A fresh brain would speed up its performance in searching for the forbidden magic of the temple.

Dean waited for Rose to speak while sitting upright. It seemed like he had messed up the work done by the palace witch. However, he was simply following the Empress' orders.

"Well I'll rest, but I'm not interested in leaving the room. Have some tea with me, it will refresh my mind" Rose replied.

"I'm sorry, I can't serve tea, Palace Witch," Dean replied.

"I can serve it myself, you just have to have tea with me that's all. It won't be long."

Dean thought there was no harm in accompanying the Empire's Magician Leader for a while. He needed to make sure this one witch rested in order to report to the Empress. There is no guarantee, this witch will rest after Dean leaves this place. 

It's not that he's lounging because there's a chance. He continued to perform the duties of the First Empress.

Rose heated the water using her magic. The hot water went into a teapot that had been filled with tea. 

Dean saw the tea cup flying towards the table in front of him. The finished tea is served to the cup.

Rose enjoyed the fragrant tea first before sipping it. The smell of this tea makes it a little calmer.

Dean sipped this tea. He felt fragrant and the taste of this tea was not foreign. Although served haphazardly, the taste of this tea is not bad.

"Do you like it?"

"I love it, it's like the tea my mother often serves."

Rose could finally smile, after these few days she could only grumble. Drinking tea with others is more fun than being alone.

Dean finished his tea. It's time he came back to escort Princess Judith. The palace witch had also rested even if only for a short while. He has done his job.

"I resigned to escort the Princess, the Palace Witch Leader. The Princess must have finished studying." Dale stood up while bowing his head.

"All right, I'll get back to work. Just a short break like this is enough."

Dale came out of Rose's study. Rose headed to her desk, continuing her delayed work more excitedly.

Dale shouted in excitement for having discovered the forbidden magic involving children. After five days of not sleeping to search and search, his efforts paid off. 

Dale tried to contact Leticia, but abandoned his intention because it was late at night. In the end, he contacted Rose. 

"Have you got anything?"

"Still not yet, I'm looking."

Dale smiled proudly. He discovered the forbidden magic of the temple first.

"I thought you couldn't find him" Hina Dale chuckled.

"Are you fighting?" Rose raised her voice.

"Come to my place I've found it" replied Dale proudly.

There was a joyous scream from Rose before breaking their relationship. Rose quickly came to Dale's house. He saw Dale's far worse appearance from him. He admits that Dale is better than him. They both laughed. Their efforts these few days were not in vain.

"So what forbidden magic does the temple do?" ask Rose.

Dale grabbed the book containing the forbidden magic, thrusting it at Rose. Rose accepted. Dale opened the book right on the page of forbidden magic that sacrificed children.

Rose read the book carefully. He was surprised, but quickly overcame it. 

"Have you told me, Leticia?" ask Rose.

"Not yet, I don't want to disturb him, he must have gone to sleep."

"We better go to bed and tell him tomorrow."

Dale has confirmed Rose. Rose went back to her house to sleep well. 

Before heading to his bed he stared back at the forbidden magic performed by the temple. This information would shock Leticia.

Leticia has two witches in her room. He serves snacks and tea to reduce their fatigue. He immediately asked what they meant by coming here.

"So what do you get?"

"I've discovered a forbidden magic involving children" Dale replied

"What magic is that?"

Dale and Rose looked at each other. Dale turned his gaze to Leticia.

"Magic for eternal life. Magic that defies death" Dale replied.

Leticia. The nobles did a heinous deed just for the sake of wanting to live long. They are willing to sacrifice innocent children. There is no mercy for them. They are exposed to the law of karma.

There are two reasons the Pope helped them. First, he also wanted eternal life. He can be worshipped by people because he has an abundant blessing, namely long life. Without a sense of humanity sacrificing and lying to everyone.

Second, you want to have wealth. Perhaps the second reason is not much, but reportedly the Pope used to live miserable because of poverty. As soon as he tasted the taste of the treacherous lapses, he was tempted to get more and more. 

"Thank you, you can rest. I know you've worked hard, your work is very good. The rest leave it to me and Grand Duke Faust."

Leticia smiled at the two of them. They breathe freely. Dale comes home first. Rose returned to her room.

Leticia contacted Grand Duke Faust, telling the forbidden magic performed by the temple. He also recounted the thoughts he had in his head about the reason the Pope cooperated with the nobles.

It is time to drop karma for the Pope.
