I don't remember how many minutes we had traveled, which was clear my eyes were slowly closed hearing Bayu's voice that was initially protesting with what I said about the engagement, changed into the man continued the discussion on the phone with his team members, plus the sound of the car engine and the air that increasingly feels cool.

I didn't really fall asleep, I could still hear Bayu's faint voice. It felt like I had not been this calm for a long time, just hearing this man's quiet voice made me want to sleep a long time.

Until I felt the car engine turned off, the air was getting cold and Bayu was still talking on the phone without getting out of place, I did not intend to get up. Letting this man beside me get busy with his affairs until before long the sound of the car door opening could be heard.

Ahh so comfortable! I don't want to get out of this position. The air really feels different and more comfortable here. As the thoughts continued to spin, I soon heard the car door next to me open from the outside.

“You go home and rest after finishing it. The rest let me do it.” I blinked, slowly my eyes began to focus and clear. The first thing I saw was Bayu was already beside me, bending over to watch my face and he smiled as soon as I had focused on looking at him.

In her right ear was still a black airpod, her hand raised to remove the strands of hair covering my cheek. “OK, later I will directly report it.”

After saying that Bayu took off the object in his ear and put it in his pants pocket, then the look in his eyes and attention was completely fixed on me.

“Still sleepy?”

“Hmm.. I love hearing your voice.” I can't lie, I honestly still want to hear it.

“You even like my voice?” I nodded, smiling shyly at him who then laughed. I was about to get up and sit down, intending to get out of the car but this man held my hand.

Suddenly his face was so close to mine, even his nose was almost in contact with me and his warm breath touched my skin.

“You forgot what I asked for?”

Unable to stand it, I held my breath while answering. “Pe—hugs?”

This man smiled broadly and deliberately touched my nose with his nose, then he moved away from me.

“You also forgot how to breathe.”

I snatched an upset, he teased me as it turned out. Then then. “You got it, come here hug!”

Bayu increasingly smiled with satisfaction after seeing both my raised hands welcome his embrace. This man then approached and I immediately wrapped both of my hands around his shoulder, placing my head on his shoulder.

The fragrance of his distinctive perfume immediately smelled. As if understanding what I was thinking, Bayu placed his left hand under my knee. He took me in his arms and pulled me out of the car, closed the car door with his feet and began walking into the minimalist house in front of us.

I just realized, here there is only one house and around us tall trees but the road paved into the forest behind.

“Where are we?”

“We're at home.”

I frowned looking at Bayu's face that was so close to me. My hands could easily touch his face. His jaw was hardened as he tried to hold back the laughter. His eyes looked straight ahead and Bayu looked as handsome and confident as ever.

“I know, I am indeed handsome and charming. Now you can look me in the face because there are only two of us in the house.” My cheeks are heating up and I have no power to not smile shyly.

Holy hooch!

I seem to have gone crazy thinking about it!!

All of these happy feelings seemed to evaporate when suddenly the pain that hit my whole body jolted at me. That painful throbbing is back! The same pain I felt in the hospital, no no! It was now more painful and the heat was creeping around my left chest, my heart was beating fast and the pain was stabbing all the way to my back.

I do not know how far Bayu took me into the house, I looked at his face which now looked vague. Even after only briefly feeling the pain, my eyes could not focus.

In the shadows, it seemed that Bayu was aware of my change. This man looked down and I heard his voice.

“Icha—“

Just hearing his voice call my name only my heart was relieved once. I hugged her back tightly, closed my eyes and hid my face between her neck and shoulders. My eyes were closed and I tried not to make a sick moan but in fact the sound escaped from my mouth.

Now my breath is one or two and I feel my body has been laid on the bed making the warm feeling of his embrace disappear in an instant.

“Honey, I'll take the cure. I'll be right back.”

Even though my eyes were closed I didn't realize I was holding his hand. Then I felt her hand release my hand that held her gently and then a light peck on my forehead felt.

Then after ten long seconds, my ears heard the rapid sound of footsteps slowly approaching, followed by the sound of tools placed on the table beside me. Now my head hurts so much. My whole body is in more pain, I can't help it.

I groaned slowly on the small hook.

“Ugghh!!” Like delirious, I clenched my hands together, hoping to curate the pain.

This pain really tormented me. I don't think I can hold it anymore. I—

“You'll be fine. I'll make sure nothing else troubles you.” It felt like something was pinching in my right hand along with Bayu's voice.

I felt something flowing under my skin, entering into my body which slowly brought the pain all over me under control.

In an instant my breath was normal and my eyes slowly opened. Now my eyes are more focused than ever. In the space of less than five minutes today, already the first two things I saw when opening my eyes were Bayu's handsome face, he smiled gently at me and there was relief in the spotlight

his eye. He rubbed my head then once again kissed my forehead deep and long.

Unfortunately I can feel more clear and free. In my life I am so grateful that God has brought me to him. This guy always gives me his incredible love, I feel so lucky.

“You will be healed! You're gonna fight for me ‘kan? Please don't give up. I'll be there to support you.” His subtle whisper cradled through my subconscious, my eyes slowly closed and my consciousness was forced to pull until I did not feel anything else.
