His height which was no further than mine made it easier for me to corner him like this.
“Who told you to hit us??”
“A—what? A—I don't know! I was just sleepy earlier.”
“Do not lie! You want to hit a taxi on a deserted road like this? Do you think that the driver's family at home is waiting for him to come home safely? Do you think that one of the passengers there just lost her husband tonight? Do you think that the biker you almost hit was my husband?! What if my husband doesn't jump off his bike so quickly that he hurts?!”
“A—I don't know! Really!” He said with a face full of sweat. He looked very nervous and scared.
I was more disgusted to see him and pressed his neck even more.
“Ich. Let the police take care of it.” Camila's voice was heard behind me.
“You still don't want to confess? I'll hurt you with this glass and have a witness here to say that you were injured in an accident.”
“Ha ha ha. You you? You where dare.” The tone of this man's speech changed in disdain. I was about to hit him but by pulling my shoulder from behind, Bayu managed to get away from me from the man.
“Quiet Boo, let me just.” He said softly when I rebelled to break away.
I noticed Bayu who stepped closer to him, the man was scared and was about to run away but Bayu had caught him and unexpectedly hit the face of the impactor so I could hear a crackling sound.
“Arrrgggghh hurts!” His screams held his nose.
“Say now who told you? Or I break your arms and legs.” Bayu is full of threats.
Now I can feel the terrifying aura of this man. Wanted to stop him but my ego said something else.
Bayu stepped closer and would red the man's hand but quickly he screamed out for mercy while nodding loudly. “B—well, will I say.”
“If you lie, I'll know!” Answer Bayu while one step back.
“Someone gave me money to hit a car on a deserted road here, I b—just told you the clock. I didn't know that i—that there was someone else.”
“There's someone else? Who do you want to hurt?” I can't wait to step forward to stand next to Bayu.
The taxi driver, Camila and a man who passed by and got off to see what was going on, were all quietly waiting for what this man would say next.
“K— said, I should be able to hit the woman who just lost her husband.”
“What?? You're targeting me?!” Camila stepped forward, staring in disbelief at this man.
“Only that! I only know that! Really, I don't know anything anymore!!” He quickly clenched his hands together, asking for forgiveness so we wouldn't hit him again.
A guess suddenly crossed my mind, maybe the Dimas accident was something on purpose?
But the sound of police sirens blowing my daydream, bright blue and red lights filled the scene, we were immediately introverted and the impactor was directly in handcuffs.

Slowly, the scene of the accident was filled by the police and some media. I stared at my watch which showed almost one in the morning. The air was getting colder but a commotion was heard all around us.
“It's done. My mom and dad knew about this. Soon Zac will be there to pick us up.” Bayu appeared behind me, I nodded and immediately placed myself beside him, wrapping around
my hands were around her waist, resting my head on her chest in search of warmth there.
Although Bayu was concentrating with his phone, but one hand the other re-embraced my shoulder.
When I yawned wide it was this man who kept his phone in his pants pocket and hugged me with both hands. “You want to sleep?”
“Here?” My toot.
“I can carry you, you close your eyes and pretend to have a good sleep, so if people ask what happened to you, I'll say you've been sleeping because of heavy sleepiness.” It sounded so sweet in my ears.
“Can?” Ask enthusiastically.
Bayu nodded. “Of course you can!”
Still in his arms, I chuckled as I tightened my arms. The sound of Bayu's laughter makes me even more happy.
The sound of the car horn was heard to distract us. Not far behind the police line, there was a black jeep with a license plate number that I was very familiar with.
“That's Zac. Let's go home.” I nodded happily while releasing our embrace. This man then took my hand to lead me to the police car in which the attacker was handcuffed.
“Pak, we're going home. If there's anything you can call me to that number.” Bayu said to the police at the door.
“Good. Be careful on the road. Thanks for the cooperation, Bayu and Natasha.” The man in front of us extended his hand, Bayu and I shook hands back while nodding. It's good that all this business has been handed over to the police.
“Natasha Icha? Your name is Natasha Icha Danendra?” The sound of being stuck in the windshield makes me reflexively turn around, looking at the hitter who is looking at me in shock.
His entire face was stuck on the glass as if he wanted to pierce through it to be able to see me more clearly.
“Shut!!” Shoot the cop who just shook hands with me.
“What will my punishment be lightened if I give you information?” Shouts her in the car.
I glanced at Bayu who was also glancing at me, we were both silent and looked at the police officer asking for his approval.
“Open the glass.” His orders were on another cop standing on the side of the steering door. After the glass was opened, this man looked at me attentively with a mysterious smile that looked odd and scary.
“Say! What information?” I ask impatiently.
“The person said something about picking up home.”
“What?”
“The mystery man told me to do this, I heard him talking on the phone that they were going to pick up a girl named Natasha Icha Danendra! Then, don't you have to be ready? You must have never expected your friend's husband and you yourself to connect you? Hahahaha.”
“Who?!! Say who?!” I was so upset to see him laughing, not caring about the police around us, I lunged at him and pulled his collar from the open car window.
But what I got was this guy laughing satisfied with my reaction, I also felt Bayu pull me away and the police who had just shook hands with me tried to stop me too.
Before the windshield was completely covered, I still let out a stark gaze as I could but the man was already crazy! He laughed more and more satisfied.
I knew! Since the incident of the person who followed us from the department store also this accident must have had something to do. Even Dimas, Camila's husband whom I've known all along, knows what thread connects us but I have a feeling that it's not a good thing.
