“Boo, don't sound like I'm wrong. In fact, if you don't propose that idea, I'll ask.” myself The answer looks very relaxed.
I snorted, took off her hand and folded both hands over her stomach. His eyes were still staring at the large bags that the soldiers were holding. “Then, you didn't bring any equipment??”
“There's in the trunk. Mother who prepared—aww... Darling, why did you hit me?” I punched her in the arm faster to vent my frustration.
“Why didn't you say? You're troubling mother! You already have me! Hhh.. what will the mother think if her child who already has a wife was still in the affairs of her own mother.”
“Love mom of all time.” He said grinning with a soft look.
Before I could reply, the car had already stopped beside the building, joining another parked car.
“Dika and Lucy, just wait in the car.” Say Bayu interrupted the two who were about to come out.
“Good, be careful on the road, sir.” Answer Dika.
“We will do our best to keep the mistress. Be careful on the road, sir.” Tukas Lucy's.
Bayu smiled slightly and nodded then immediately opened the car door beside him. Before I got off, I glanced at Dika and Lucy through the rearview mirror, throwing a small smile at them.
Sounds strange because of the words of the two of them, all this time I never imagined would get two people who would keep my security.
Then I got out of the car, closed the door and approached Bayu who had opened the rear car trunk door. A large moss green bag was already there with a pile of black hats and shoes.
“Lain times, I'll pack all your needs.” I kicked and held the bag that Bayu was carrying.
This guy glanced at me a little surprised but that annoying grin was again fluffy. “Of course darling, I can't wait to see it.”
“I'm still upset that you didn't involve me in packing this bag!” I said I was still holding the bag he wanted to take while glaring at him.
Bayu just laughed a little, grabbed my hand for her to hold and kissed her. “I will allow you to know the contents inside, want to see?”
“Of course! But why does it sound, you don't want me to see the contents in it?” I frowned suspiciously.
The sound of Bayu's laughter next made me melt. The tense muscles around my face loosened, not the heart if I had to be upset even though I actually still wanted to be upset.
Bayu pulled me into his arms with a small laugh adorning his face. She hugged me tightly and was anxious which made my ribs feel like they were going to break, but before that happened, Bayu pulled away. Both of his hands cupped my cheeks, pinching it with an anxious gesture and could not bear to pinch it hard.
“Yeah the newlyweds are still friendly in public place” Another voice in the back instantly distracts us.
It turned out that there was a Lifer with Talia who was carrying a big green bag belonging to her husband, then next to Talia there was Ronald and Benny. The two men each carried a bag on their backs.
“You're up.” Sayu to them.
“Bro, congratulations on the wedding. Sorry we couldn't come.” Ronald advances to greet Bayu in the follow-up with Lifer and Benny alternately.
“It's okay because the wedding is a bit rushed. Later reception, you guys should come.” Answer Bayu.
“Of course, the important thing is not to rush too.” The Lifer who laughs back at them all.
“So now, Icha has officially become the famous mistress of Jeremy.” Ledek Benny glanced at me.
“The famous?” I don't understand.
“Jeremy family in the military is quite famous for every generation of their descendants, working as soldiers.” Answer Lifer. I nodded in understanding, rightly so. Here even elder Jeremy is still often mentioned even though Jeremy's grandfather has retired.
Then these four men walked together while chatting some things related to work. Talia immediately grabbed me as soon as we decided to follow them from behind.
I smiled a little and nodded. “Good. How about you?”
Talia shrugged her shoulders and replied. “Good.”
From beside him I could clearly see there was a black line under his eyes. “It looks like you're sleep deprived. Your job as a cop must be exhausting.”
Talia nodded. “One of them. Oh yeah—I almost forgot.” Suddenly this woman looked enthusiastic, her eyes glancing forward so that these four men did not eavesdrop, but they seemed to be cool themselves.
“You remember about our discussion that time with Bora? I've found something about doctor Cilia.” His whispers instantly excited me.
“Really?? Quickly tell me.” Urge me.
“Dia—“
“Talia!” Lifer's voice calls stopped our steps, as well as Talia's words hanging in the air.
We looked at the four men who were now frowning curiously.
“What?" Ask Talia.
“Do I interrupt your conversation?” Asked Lifer suspiciously which somehow made me chuckle softly.
“Maybe we can talk about it later.” My whisper was immediately taken by this woman.
“I go inside first.” Pamit Bayu to me who I immediately nodded.
After Bayu, I just realized that we had joined the crowd. Everyone was chatting casually with their families, except Ronald and Benny who were standing in front of me.
“Ronald, did Bianca not come?” I ask men with brown skin more than others.
“Unfortunately she is currently out of town, so can't drive me.” Ronald looked rather sad.
“But your parents—you two-were delivering up to the gate. Do not put on a sad and lonely expression.” Ledek Lifer to Ronald and Benny.
“Icha asks about Bianca, so of course it's different!” Answer Ronald.
“Then when will you marry her?” Ask Lifer.
“Se—soap!” We all laughed at Ronald's nervous response. I didn't imagine this big guy would be nervous just because of the marriage question.
“You shouldn't have mocked me. Benny should be your target.”
“I? Why should I?” Benny shook his head expressionlessly.
“Don't lie, I saw you saying goodbye to a woman before your parents arrived. The woman wears a black leather jacket and skirt.” Ronald said that instantly made the Lifer splash.
“Women? Who her? What age? What's beautiful?” Lifer jumps up and immediately embraces Benny, the man tries to break away but it turns out Ronald joined his hand on Benny's arm.
“Release!”
“No will! Let's answer first.” Urged Lifer, it looks like the grip on Benny's neck is getting tighter because his face looks redder.
“What woman? That's not uhuk—hei! I can't breathe!!”
But their little fight came to a halt as Bayu ran out to approach us, then he pulled my hand away from his friends.
“This is for you.” He said while giving a small box to my palm. I looked down at the black velvet box that was covered.
