I frowned. “I didn't say want to see your room.”

“You said it in your heart, I can hear it.” His reply glanced at me with a ignorant clatter.

I chuckle at hearing it. “But by the way, the books are on the shelf near the TV, I see most of the children's books.”

“Mother is indeed happy to collect the books, even though I and Alisya are adults. But maybe you also hint want to immediately have a grandson.” He said again with a joke.

I hit her back which instantly made Bayu complain of pain, in an exaggerated manner.

Our debate came to a halt as we walked into Bayu's room. As expected, the room was very tidy, a sign rarely occupied.

Beds, work tables with on them there are laptops and desk lamps, shelves containing a collection of car toys and mini motors also figura photos, photos, and, then there were two doors in this room that I guessed were the bathroom and the clothing room.

The digital clock by the bed looks the most striking because of its bright dark blue color. The wall paint is sky blue and the large windows are covered in white curtains.

“My room is rarely used.” Sayu woke me up.

I glanced at him and nodded, walking around the shelves and windows. Since then my nose is very familiar with the aroma in this room.

“How?” Bayu sounded like he was expecting a response from me about his room.

I turned around, slowly stepped closer to him and said. “Yaa—this room is filled with your aroma.”

Bayu immediately laughed and replied. “If we get married later, our room will also be filled with your scent.”

Hearing this man again talking about marriage somehow made me a bit creepy.

“Oh yes, check this out.” Bayu came up to me as his hand fiddled at his cellphone and handed it to me. I received his phone and saw the photos there.

“This—“

“I don't know if you like it or not, but this is a house that I've bought in installments since two years ago.” The soft sound of Bayu made my heart beat fast. I never thought he would start buying houses.

“Jadi—“

“After we get married, we will stay in this house together. But if you don't like it, we can discuss another house.” Bayu pulled me, hugging me from the side with his chin at the top of my head.

My eyes were still cool to see the photos of the house at once my gaze was blurry because of tears. I felt deeply moved, never imagining someone seemed so kind and appreciative of me.

Even though he bought a house, but he still asked my opinion about this and even offered another house if I did not like it.

Bayu let go of his embrace and took me to sit on the edge of the bed. I handed her phone while looking at her with pouting lips and cheeks holding back the cries.

“Why?” Ask slowly.

I shook my head and covered my face with both palms for a while to ease the turmoil in my heart, then released it and looked at Bayu's face still staring at me, waiting for me to speak.

“You're so good.” My voice sounded sulky with a slightly quivering tone.

“Hm?”

“Only that, when we visited your real father's house. When we got home, you kept staring at the house.I thought your father might ask you to come home and you must have turned him down. You must have thought that you shouldn't have come home after decades of not knowing them at all, but seeing how your father looked earlier, he said something about it is your home too.” I frowned, how did he know all that?

“You know?”

“Of course stupid! It reads clearly on your face.” Bayu clasped my forehead with his fingers. I frowned but didn't reply.

“Really? Looks that clear and that detailed? Or, you don't want to ‘kan?”

“Boo, I've known you a long time. Sometimes I know how you think.”

My reflexes shift backwards. “Truely 'not nguping speaker—“

TAOIST

Once again Bayu clasped my forehead with his fingers, I grimaced and glanced at him sharply. Instead of apologizing, this man actually laughed while pulling me into his arms.

He hugged me tightly with his right hand rubbing my forehead and blowing it away as if I were a little boy who fell with his forehead slapped against the side of the table to the top.

“Boo, home is where you feel comfortable when you go home. When you go home you are not comfortable, the name is not home. If your biological father's house makes you comfortable when you go home, it means you do not have to hesitate to go home there.” Said gently.

I sighed and returned his embrace, he was right. Aunt Rose's house doesn't feel like home anymore after Aunt Rose's death. There was always loneliness and sadness there that I remember. But considering how I had a short chat with my father even though I had just met, I could feel the warmth

there, I could feel the longing to go back there.

Even thinking about Uncle Kenzo, we had a short chat yesterday and he was able to make me feel comfortable and he even wished I called him uncle when we met again.

“I understand, home is not just something that describes building a house. Comfortable home is where we meet loved ones who provide comfort wherever they are.”

Bayu let go of her embrace, she looked at me deeply and seriously. “Boo, maybe I'm not the one who deserves to say this but whoever your parents are, whether it's biological or foster parents though, remember, always appreciate and love them.”

I nodded to understand what he meant. Bayu didn't want me to distinguish mother, father and Daniel after knowing the family from my real father.

“I understand. And Bee, you also do not always argue with grandfather.” My reply. Instantly the serious atmosphere just now turned more relaxed.

Bayu averted his eyes and replied. “If not arguing with grandfather it feels boring and later on the edges of grandfather would ask me to practice and study harder.”

“It does have to be!”

“Iya! But grandfathers nyeremin and nyebelin if again watching mode.” Bayu pouted while turning around behind me.

I clucked in disbelief with this childish gesture of hers. We had not had time to continue the chatter, vaguely heard the voice of Mother and the voices of other women laughing which immediately made me remember something.

“By the way, about our conversation with Jeremy's grandfather the other day, you didn't discuss with me about the wedding. 2 more weeks? Isn't that too fast?” My toot.

Bayu turned around again to face me and smiled widely. “I've already calculated it. Don't you want to marry me fast?”

I narrowed my eyes at the sound of his voice. “Not that I don't want to, it's just that this is too—“

“Quick? You doubt anything about me?” Now his voice sounds serious.

“No! Not like that, but we haven't prepared anything.”
