EMBRACE YOU: Presence & Poison
Episode 94

...

“Halo tate Yuan!” Sapaku was happy to get a call from that beautiful woman.

“Halo Icha. Aunty just got a message from Nuri that your mother is preparing for your engagement—“

“What?!” I reflexively stood up, startled to hear from aunt Yuan.

“Your mother is really serious about your matchmaking. Your aunt tried to explain that you wouldn't accept this engagement but she insisted.”

“Tante, can you help me find out what money you borrowed from Henry? I heard Mom wanted this match for money. I have to return the money so that this matchmaking is void for no reason.”

“Sure! Aunt will inform you soon.”

“Thank you tan, I don't know what to do without your help.”

“Propos yes dear. Aunt and Nuri must have helped you. Feel free to ask for our help.”

I felt compelled to hear Aunt Yuan's soft voice on the phone. Throw me like something's holding me back to make my eyes water.

The phone connection was cut off, I stared at the screen of my phone which was slowly dimming. Now the first step is about the money. To really be able to cancel it I had to ignore the mother loan money on Henry and—

The plan in my mind came to a halt as I saw a drop of blood littering my phone screen. My reflexes touched my nose and instantly my heart beat rapidly realizing I was nosebleed.

“Cha, how about—I EXPECTED!!” Doctor Stefan's originally calm voice instantly stifled, the man sprinted towards me who was busy closing my nose and pulling tissue on the table.

“What do you feel? Which one hurts?” Doctor Stefan asked me but his hand was busy opening a small box that I had not noticed since it was beside the table.

“I'm fine doc, this is just a nosebleed—“

“Your body hurts again? Your heart? Head?” Seeing this honey-brown man busy wearing rubber gloves while watching my face look funny.

Due to the noise of Doctor Stefan, all members of Bayu's team ran from the dining room towards the front living room.

These five men were looking at me worriedly. “I'm good. No one hurts.”

I told you the truth, unlike a few days ago when I was in the hospital I was bleeding with my whole body throbbing pain but now it's strange that I don't feel any pain.

“We have to take you to the hospital now. Where's Bayu?!” Doctor Stefan turned to look at the five men. In his hand there was a new injection with a small glass bottle containing a clear colored liquid.

“He is visiting the home of RT—“ chairman

“That's captain!” Jack exclaimed, cutting off Vincent's words.

Jack opens the door before Bayu gets to the door. “Captain!”

“What's up?” Bayu appeared in the doorway and his eyes immediately found me who was still closing my nose. I quickly shook my head when his gaze met mine.

“No. It's just a nosebleed. I'm really fine!”

Doctor Stefan grabbed my free right hand to find the right spot, deftly cleaning the surface of the skin with a cotton swab that had been given alcohol. “It's just a vitamin injection. We need to get him to the hospital. Everything is ready.”

Bayu who was still standing in the doorway looked at me for quite a while.

I know this gaze, there is something she is thinking about and her worried eyes are hidden there. I've always been familiar with the way he stares, he's hiding his worries because something is troubling his mind.

“Why?” Doctor Stefan who had finished injecting the liquid to me looked up at Bayu because we did not hear the man's voice reply.

“Jack come with me to the hospital. Rama and Noval wait here for you to do something. Vincent and Mika I want you to do something. Follow me.” All the members of Bayu nodded at the man's serious voice.

“Dok, I will prepare the car.” Jack exclaimed at the doctor Stefan who was immediately nodded to this man. This time in the hands of doker Stefan clutched another injection.

Jack had already run outside while the other four members and Bayu was on the terrace planning something I couldn't hear. I don't know since when but now I can clearly feel this feeling.

The Bayu Christ Jeremy I know today is a mysterious man. I don't know what the plan is, nor do I know how his mind goes. Although I know that this is one of his skills at work, but should I demand an explanation when all these events have something to do with me?

“Although we have known for a long time, although we often meet talking about work but until now I can not understand the way of his mind.” Doctor Stefan's voice broke my daydream which I unconsciously kept staring at Bayu outside the window.

This honey-brown man sitting next to me pulled my right hand back. “It's a medicine to strengthen your immune system for our journey to the hospital.”

“Thank you doc, but I really don't feel any pain. I just suddenly got a nosebleed.”

“Ya and you still have a fever.” He said remind for the umpteenth time while cleaning the medicine box. I felt the blood stop coming out of my nose.

“I can't guess what Bayu's planning, but as long as I know him in the military I'm sure of one thing. He always planned everything carefully before acting, regardless of the risk choices that must be taken. Bayu has thought about the possibilities of the situation that will be faced. So—“ Doctor Stefan glanced at me and gave a small smile as I did not turn my gaze to her, waiting for the next sentence.

“Do not hesitate and just ask what you want to know. The child is still an ordinary person who must have had doubts with his own plan.” I don't know why I got so nervous because Doctor Stefan seemed to catch me wet doing something.

“What's clear, doc?” I scratched the nape of my neck that was not itchy.

“Very clear!” Doctor Stefan smiled broadly at me.

“He is known as a hungry member with a task. He has good observation and instinct. And because of the hard work that makes it a member that is superior to others. Bayu became the youngest member to enter the phonex team since the team was created several tens of years ago.” Doctor Stefan who had finished closing his medicine town then stood up.

“I've never seen him so considerate of a woman before, just from the way he saw you I know that you're very special to him. So—now we better get going! Comeing! And put on your jacket!” Doctor Stefan exclaimed at the end of the sentence stopping the topic of our chat. I immediately stood up and chuckled in response.

“I'll wear a jacket first.” I said go to the room to get it.
