My nose smelled the smell of butter-stained toast right as my eyelids slowly opened. The first thing I saw was 2 single sofas facing a table divider in the middle, which was placed in front of the large window of the room, where I was doing my college assignments last night.

I quickly got up and sat down and it made my head hurt, my vision turned but only for a moment, because after I closed my eyes for a while, my vision returned to normal.

I sighed softly while glancing at the wall clock.

The wall clock shows at six in the morning, outside the window the sky is gray and the sun has not seen the light. There was no one here, quiet as usual. Just seconds the wall clock sounded louder than usual.

When the soles of my feet touched the cold floor, I decided to approach the window, my favorite place if I wanted to look in the front yard. My eyes only saw one black car that Bayu and Dr. Stefan used yesterday.

Suddenly I remembered the incident last night and wanted to find the man immediately but I decided to go to the bathroom first, clean my face and brush my teeth.

I got out of the bathtub ten minutes later after I finished wearing face cream and a little liptint.

Now my body feels fine and fresher, then today I have to go back home. I have a lot of work to do, including the fate of my work.

My steps slowly walked down the corridor of the 2nd floor, it was quiet and the aroma of the toast that I had just smelled came from below, so I immediately went down the stairs and entered the hallway to the kitchen at the end of the hallway while watching around, guessed Bayu's friends would stay over but it didn't seem like there was anyone as long as I passed through the front room and living room.

A BRUUKK!!

I grimaced softly as my forehead hit someone as I was about to turn into the kitchen. I didn't notice when I turned.

But I felt a hand embrace my waist, I looked up and it turned out Bayu's face was in front of me. Just this first time I saw her fresh and innocent face typical wake up, there were water dots that fell from the tip of her hair and her hair was still wet.

“Bay—“

“Good morning!” This man immediately pulled me into his arms with a gentle greeting.

“Ohh, Morning.” My reply was a bit nervous with his sudden embrace and what made me even more unable to move as his lips touched my cheek. He kissed my cheek briefly then let go of his embrace.

“Are you hungry? Looks like you were in a hurry just now.”

“T—no!! ak—kuu.” I couldn't go on with my words, as if my mind had turned blank.

I forgot what I wanted to say!

Bayu gave a small smile looking at my reaction and once again he peeked my cheeks in turn. My heart beats so fast and I reflexively push it back.

“What's up? What happened to Bayu?!”

“What?”

“Why did you suddenly kiss me?” I touched both my cheeks, and it was hot.

“What can't?” Bayu turned sullen.

“T—but didn't you seem to be upset with me yesterday? I think I remember you—“

“I was angry yesterday, but it was because I was insensitive to your circumstances. And I also thought of something, that you have never answered me about one thing.” I frowned not understanding.

“What?”

“Wait a minute.” Bayu ran out of the kitchen, entering the closed door next to the living room.

While waiting for him, I tried to look through the contents of the kitchen cabinet, intending to make the man breakfast and it turned out that there were already two pieces of bread in the toaster.

The smell of the bath soap immediately smelled. When I turned around he immediately picked me up to sit at the kitchen counter table for me to match his height.

I can't deny now I'm nervous about this behavior.

“Do you have a fever?” I touched her forehead but Bayu just shook her head and kept looking at me. Her body

already very close, his eyes did not come off staring directly into my eyes, his right hand raised to get rid of the child's hair covering my cheek and tidied it up, tucking my hair behind the ear.

“The more thought I always did not find a suitable timing but—“ Both of his hands suddenly opened a small box of red velvet in front of me that really made me sculpt and hold my breath.

An instant of nervousness overwhelmed me and my heart was beating fast.

“Marry me.”

There was a silver-colored ring inside, with a small blue-colored clear diamond stone glowing in the center, stuck inside the body of the ring. It looks simple but its shine is beautiful.

My lips stiffened unable to move and I looked up at him who was waiting for my answer as well.

Suddenly the flash of memories between me and him from childhood until now revolved like a movie roll in my memory.

Although we're dating now, but I haven't thought of anything like this.

Jeez my heart was getting racing seeing the change in the look of Bayu's sullen face made up because he had not heard the answer from me.

Instantly my body was taken over and I nodded slowly at him.

Bayu immediately smiled widely and then he put the ring on the ring finger of my left hand.

“I'll teach you how to breathe.” Swiping sucks it back again.

I snatched away irritatedly with a face that was getting heated up.

“But what's with the timing?” I ask you still don't understand any idea where he came from early in the morning like this to propose to me? Especially in the kitchen with her new bath and me who hasn't even taken a shower!!

“Life will be more valuable because of death. I was made aware of that after seeing you bleed last night. Even though you're here, at home with high security, but we don't know when we're gonna live. Therefore, I will not delay any longer. I want to have you in full.” soon

Nah! This is not good for my weak heart! He said all of that with a serious look at me but his soft voice seemed to cloud me

“Actually I had prepared the ring before the incident in the village, but I really never got the timing right and I wasn't good at surprises either.”

“In helicopter, you also asked me to marry 2 times! Was it some kind of exercise for today?” Bayu chuckled, his black eye lens staring at me with a radiance full of affection.

“Even with practice, you still forget how to breathe.”

“Don't tease me!!” I screamed in annoyance at her hand which made her laugh even more broken.

It's undeniable, I'm so happy to see him laughing. “But I also didn't tell you my situation last night because I didn't want to burden you too much. You've done a lot for me.”

His laughter stopped and this feeling of sadness suddenly filled my heart, suddenly my eyes were already watering.

“I hate this, I always show my glue side.”

Bayu immediately hugged me, rubbing the tops of my head and back gently. My eyes that have warmed up finally can not be prevented from sobbing slowly.

“Thank you for choosing me.” My whisper was slow and trembling.

“No! From the beginning I knew you were destined for me. I know you're my missing rib.” Her words sound sweet.

I clenched my arms around her, crying softly on her shoulder. This feeling of happiness and sadness is mixed until it feels difficult to explain. I am truly grateful that God brought me to this man.

“I'll take you outside. We're going to buy groceries because my friends are coming here, and again Benny owes you an apology.” I let go of her embrace, Bayu's cool palm touching my cheek to wipe away the trace of tears there.
