“When you searched your pen late that night, I was glad to finally be with you, I was about to give you your pen and say ‘Hey, I found it there, I did not hide it, I did not hide it, since I helped you find the pencil place, then let's make friends and forget about our hostility during this’.” I laughed when I heard the story.

“But instead you cried, the image shadow that I wanted to create at that time in front of you was instantly scattered, and finally I returned the pencil with an additional blow from you.” Hayu also laughed at the end of his sentence. We both laughed sillyly in light of those times.

“I was whole before you were with you, you were perfect before you met me, but ever since you and I became us, wholeness has felt more meaningful.” I tried to hold back my smile, it was only a few minutes we met but Bayu had already made me smile uncontrollably.

This man was still embracing my shoulder, glancing at me after finishing my cold drink and his other hand still had a chance to rub the top of my head. He smiled widely increasingly making him more handsome and dazzling.

“You who smile, I am diabetic.” Then his laughter exploded hearing my answer.

He pulled me into his arms, grabbed my shoulder with one hand and said. “With you, my heart has found its rhythm.”

“Stop the race! Now better decide to eat out or at home?”

“Oh yes I remember something.” Bayu let go of her embrace and looked at me.

“We have to eat at home, mother prepares food. Evano's father was there too. Our family's first dinner.” I nodded and immediately tidied up my things, putting them in the bag.

“This is all paid?” Bayu who was already standing stared at the glass and empty snack plates on the table.

“Not yet. Husband, you want to pay for it?” I asked in a sweet tone.

“No need to hesitate, my wife! My previous word about me needing a wife to spend my money, remains true.” Bayu replied in a mischievous tone. For the umpteenth time I laughed while looking at his back that was getting away, towards the cashier table.

“Loh, this is not the way to home.” I said when I saw Bayu turning his wheel, turning at the intersection.

“Not. Jack is waiting for us.”

“Jack? Why?”

“You'll know later.”

The next ten minutes the car stopped and the answer to my question was answered in plain sight. Just five meters away, a familiar black car and a sports bike were parked in front of the car, as if blocking the car in front of it.

The quiet streets and the dark sky made me a little worried, because Jack seemed to chat seriously to a large-bodied man in front of him right when the Bayu car spotlights highlighted them.

I didn't know what they were talking about but then Bayu walked casually towards the black car door and knocked on his glass. When the windshield came down, I could clearly see the person inside.

Robert Fito's.

Bayu spoke briefly with a serious face to Robert who continued the man down from his car.

I was still watching the four men from the car, Jack with an unknown man who I assumed was Robert and Bayu's driver with Robert himself. Floodlights from Bayu jeep cars on them make the atmosphere look tense.

Not until one minute, I saw Robert thrust his phone at Bayu who immediately received the man.

Bayu turned around and walked up to his car, he moved to the side of the car where I was sitting and I immediately lowered the windshield as he came.

“This photo?”

“Ya.” My answer was to watch my own photo sitting in the cafe earlier from the phone that Bayu showed.

“Already deleted.” Once again Bayu shows the screen of the phone when the writing ‘di delete suksi’ is in the middle of the screen.

“He hasn't had time to spread your picture, he said he didn't expect me to come to him so soon. Even though he might be lying, I've asked Carlie to check it out.”

“Thank you very much.” I smiled gently at this man. I was flattered that his promise had been made so soon.

Bayu smiled back at me and his hands raised rubbed the side of my head. “Anytime, darling.”

“My parents will know this problem!! You purposely blocked my path by that useless fellow of yours!” Robert was suddenly behind Bayu and snatched his phone from Bayu's hand.

My anger was immediately ignited to hear him humbling Jack. I immediately got out of the car and stood beside Bayu.

“So what are you expecting from me for that threat? Obviously here's why we're holding you.” The cold and repressive voice of Bayu made me glance at him. He stepped closer to Robert who was precisely this man stepping back nervously.

“A—I heard about you. You are a man known to be cruel and cold. You have no mercy even on the little ones.”

“Try you to hear your own words. I warned you, don't bother Icha!” Bayu was already standing at the closest distance to Robert, I saw the end of their shoes only five inches away.

“What about marrying Icha, the hidden daughter of the Danendra family, making you big head? Everyone from our social circle knows that you're in a relationship with him. Business families like Danendra are better suited to other business families! Maybe you guys look romantic now, but I know it's just a mask! Your love is not real!”

“If you don't know, it's better to shut up before I hit you!” I saw how Bayu's two hands were clenched tightly, he tried to hold back his anger not to immediately hit this man.

“I'm not interested in getting married for business if that's what you mean.” I said to fold both hands over my stomach. Stare at it as sharp as possible.

“No! That's not what I meant! If only we could have met earlier, if only I had known you earlier than he did, I'm sure we would have been a good match. We are both from the same family background, our work is also se type, we will—”

“No words ‘kita’ for you!” Cut Bayu this time while pointing at Robert's chest with his index finger.

“A—I'm not afraid of you! K—kau and your family are just trying to strengthen your name by joining the Danendra family!” Robert's voice sounded even more nervous now.

“Icha, you should know how bad this guy is. He's so cruel! During a bomb attack on a suburban building, he puts innocent little people in jail! Even he had the heart to catch a ten-year-old little boy, he was in a hurry to assign a suspect and did not double-check. The result was that the child committed suicide because he was accused in the terror plot even though there was a lot of evidence to say the child was innocent.”

“Shut!!” Bayu muttered even colder and sharper than before.
