EMBRACE YOU: Presence & Poison

EMBRACE YOU: Presence & Poison
Episode 56's

...

“I'm not sure but from the aroma is very concentrated and strong. It seems more dangerous than the previous poison

we found.” I swallowed the saliva with great difficulty. Looking at how to answer it, I suspect Jack does not yet know if the poison has entered my body.

“So how am I doing, doc?” I smiled a little at him, he chuckled softly hearing me call him a doctor.

“To the size of a woman, you include having a strong physique. Maybe the other woman will faint and not

can stand in this condition. But I heard it said you ran around despite the fever and injured shoulder. Even sambal carrying small children.”

“Ahh don't overdo it.” I nodded at hearing it.

“I'm serious. Usually I deal with women who are injured and have a fever in the middle of the forest like this they look

very weak.”

Our laughter stopped as soon as we heard the sound of a walkie talkie Jack was carrying. “Consideration! Shadow members soon gather at the landing spot.” That's Bayu's voice. His voice was calm but firm.

Jack glanced at me while smiling mischievously. “I have to go. Captain will rampage if we don't come in one minute.”

I chuckled as I nodded, Jack quickly closed the box and ran towards the door and disappeared behind it.

I decided to get off the bed and walk slowly towards the door. I was also curious about the conditions

out there. Although my head was still dizzy and the throbbing pain in my left arm was very pronounced but I was still able to endure it. Jack guessed correctly, during my life I rarely got sick, even though I had a fever without taking a lot of medicine, I was cured.

As soon as I opened the door of this house, the sky that was deep blue with orange color in the east was cradled

my view. The air was so cold it was colder than the air last night.

These villagers look busy passing by this early.maybe because their village is back again to

their hands need more rigorous inspection. Not only men but women also not infrequently there are passing by, occasionally they glance at me when passing through this house.

“Oh you're awake?” The woman who owns this house appears from the side of the house. I nodded with a small smile

to him.

“Come we better get in. The air is very cold.” He led me into the house. But my steps came to a halt at the door, suddenly my left chest was hot and I felt short of breath.

“What's up?” This middle-aged woman touched my right shoulder slowly, I who was trying to catch my breath just shook my head slowly. Maybe I was tired and stressed but in fact my free right hand gripped tightly to the door frame, the heat was getting felt.

“Come on in first. Your body is still weak.”

I've been sitting on the bed with this woman's help. Every breath hurts more

the heat is still on my left chest. I was rubbing it to make it better, leaning on the head of the bed.

“Bu, don't tell the intermediate doctor. I'll be fine, maybe it's the effect my shoulder hurt.” I said look

this woman is still looking at me worried.

“Alright, try lying down. I'll bring you warm tea.” The pump immediately out of the room.

I could no longer count how much pain was going on in my body in less than twenty-four hours. Either physically or mentally.

I tried to close my eyes while still wiping them, but nothing improved either my fever, my wounds or the pain in my left chest.

“Drink this first, there are already a lot of soldiers outside. Looks like other troops just came.”

“Thank you mom for taking care of me.”

“Not to worry, you're here as their captive nor is it your wish. Hope you come home safe. Careful.” He patted my hand slowly, looking at me with his gentle look.

I smiled and gave him half the water I had drunk. Then he once again led me out of his house after I replaced this sweater with my dry shirt.

Sure enough, when I came out of the house, in front of us stood three men dressed all in black like

Jack was talking. One of the men behind me turned his head and he smiled at me.

She's Bayu. This man walked up to me and without a cue his hand held my shoulder slowly to

he grabbed me and then he kissed the side of my head. I was so embarrassed to see this woman and the two men behind Bayu.

“Thank you. Sorry to trouble.”

“It's okay. Make sure your girlfriend is safe until home huh.”

“Of course. It becomes the most important task.” I held back the smile of hearing it. Subsequent to

saying goodbye once again to the woman who owned this house I started walking in the footsteps of Bayu and two men who were still chatting something.

Not wanting to interrupt, I just followed her third step from behind, still quietly wiping my left chest. Although I could breathe better now but still, the heat felt on my chest was very foreign. I've never felt it before.

“All right that's it. Need a lot of research here. When there is an order later for my team to return here, surely we will come soon.” They stopped the steps, I automatically stopped paying attention to the three.

“Not to worry. Our joint team will complete it. Now you rest and deliver your girlfriend home safely.” The man who had browner skin was looking at me at a glance and smiling mischievously at Bayu.

“When we have to get together, my wife will be so happy you finally have a boyfriend. You know, a lot

once those women in the military academy who want to date you.” I began to wonder at the words of the other man who had narrowed eyes. Then he glanced at me and approached me.

“Halo. Introduce me, Lifer. They used to call Lucifer. Then he's Ronald. Just call him Grey.”

“Halo. It's nice to meet you guys. I—“

“Natasha Icha Davindra.” Sela Lifer's.

“You know what's interesting, Bayu went crazy when he found out your name was listed as a kidnap prisoner on the train.” The whisper was slow but certainly heard clearly by Bayu and Ronald.

“Hei! Stop!” Bayu clucked in annoyance.

“Ehh come. The two of us have never seen you smile like that, let alone hugged a woman and kissed her. People know you as a very serious man.” This time Ronald spoke. I'm getting more and more interested in this conversation.

“He rarely smiles? Really?”  I asked who was nodding for sure these two men.

“I was wrong to guess if maybe he didn't like women. I mean he never responded

the women who are attracted to him, and again he is crazy to work and rarely come home or take a leave.” Lifer was getting heated up which made Bayu shake his head at me, from his gaze he asked that I not continue this conversation.
