I'm Not an Old Virgin

I'm Not an Old Virgin
Season II: Mahligai of Love (Chapter 1.6)

"Come in, pick your own bed and arrange your personal belongings in each closet." Tiara pretended not to see Frida's dissatisfied expression as her pleasure was disturbed.

He opened the room door and let the new santri come inside. Ai came in following the others. He looked around him assessing the most comfortable position for him.

This room is quite spacious because it is inhabited by 20 students when viewed from the bed complete with a closet. This is a small bed with the size of one person, while the closet is arguably quite small when compared to their normal here at home.

At least this is enough for one suitcase of clothing. The rest they can put it in their own suitcase if carrying more. Then in the closet there is a small column where to put books or school tools. It is comfortable because it is right next to the bed. So if you want to learn or read a book, they only need to extend their hands without wasting a lot of energy or time.

"Every pesantren cottage activity has been set strictly. Starting from sleeping at 10 pm at the latest, getting up at 3 am to perform evening prayers and waiting for dawn prayers, at 7 am you are clean and breakfast at the food booth is always available next to the sports field, then at 8 am you are already in the classroom to start the lesson. After that at 2 pm you can go back to the dormitory again to clean up and get ready because at 3 pm you will gather at the mosque to teach or memorize the Qur'an. You can go back to the dormitory at 5 pm to clean up going to the mosque to pray magrib and continue reading the Qur'an again. Lastly, after the prayer we will regroup at the food booth for dinner and after that you can go back to the dormitory to rest or study." Tiara explained one by one the routine activities of their boarding school.

The reactions shown by them are diverse and strangely this is rather funny. Some were shocked to the point of not being able to say anything, some displayed expressions of annoyance, casualness, or even indifference.

Whatever it is, ready not ready they have to live it starting from today.

"It's okay, it might be a little difficult for you guys but if it goes through diligently then everything will feel good. You are all in the process of being a good person, to be able to make it happen you certainly need a struggle that is quite tiring. But believe me, it's worth what you're gonna get." Tiara comforted them.

He knows how difficult it is to go through all this but wants to know how else, this is also done so that they grow into a disciplined person and get used to making the best use of time.

So they really have nothing to lose.

After that they can all choose their own beds and clean up the items they bring into the wardrobe.

"Assynogaal?" The soft voice of someone pulled Ai from her daydream.

"Vaalaikumussalam. Are you talking to me?" Ai looked doubtful.

Beside him was already a foreign girl with a fairly simple appearance. It looks like he's from the village.

"True, my name is Asri Rahmawati Dewi from village A. People used to call me Goddess so you can also call me with that call. And who are you?" Asri extended her hand in front of Ai.

Ai smiled politely and extended her hand to shake Asri's hand.

"My name is Aishi Humaira from C city, you can call me Ai. Nice to meet you."

"Well, what a pretty name. No wonder your parents gave you this name because you also look so beautiful!" Asri really isn't talking nonsense.

From the very beginning of seeing Ai, he immediately wanted to befriend her. Especially when looking at Ai's two very prominent eyes, it was clear and beautiful. Actually, Ai has a strong attraction. It's just that because he doesn't like to talk people are so embarrassed about greeting him first.

"Thank you, but your name is just as beautiful as you are." Ai felt comfortable talking to Asri.

"Ah, we must immediately choose a mattress before another santri comes." He suddenly realized that the other children had gotten their own mattresses.

"Do you want to sleep next to me?" Asri asked, hoping that Ai would agree.

"Can." Ai is happy to make new friends.

"Alright, we better sleep in.." He saw the beds that were still uninhabited.

Ai followed wherever Asri took her. He did not even protest when Asri asked him to sleep on a mattress attached directly to the wall while Asri on the mattress beside him.

"Where's your stuff?" Asri did not know the incident earlier so she was surprised to see Ai without bringing anything.

"Ah that. disciplinary officer of the princess dormitory will deliver her here." Reminded of her backpack, Ai becomes anxious and nervous if what she is afraid of actually happens.

"Huh.then you must be patient-eh, you also sleep here?"

Ai raised her head wanting to see who Asri was talking to.

It was the girl who defended Ai earlier. It seems like he is the type of person who does not like to smile because at this time he does not smile even though he has been greeted warmly by Asri.

He only nodded his head briefly before looking towards Ai who was also looking at him. When he saw Ai, the girl's expression became complicated. He wanted to talk but looked doubtful, he finally relented and decided to keep his mouth shut.

Pretend to start folding her clothes before putting them in the closet.

"Do you know him?" Ask Asri casually.

Ai hesitated but still shook her head."No, I don't know him." He forgot where he had met her.

"Hem, but why would I feel if he knew you?" Confused Asri.

"really?" Because he feels the same way.

It was just that it was faint and he was also unsure of it.

"Try talking to him later. You probably knew each other before."

Ai thought about it, "I'll try it later." He said as he laid himself on the bed.

The mattress is not soft but still comfortable to sleep on. He closed his eyes to rest for a moment.

Her body was somewhat exhausted after a long education today, in addition to that she had experienced a lot in her first day of living here. Whether it was his heart or body, Ai needed time to rest him.

Brother Vano-ah, no. Now he is an Ustad, Ustad Vano.

Ustad Vano, my parents once said that they were united by God after many sleepless nights. They woke up in the middle of the night, established prayers and gave each other their names before God.

Ustad Vano, for my taste that you may not have, can I do that to you?

Will God listen to my prayers?

Even with these fairly complicated conditions, would it be fair for you if I seduced the Creator to have your heart set for you?

Is this fair to you, Ustad?
