"It's about the heart, don't you guys want to talk about that refrigerator duo? I heard that the two of them will be returning to the boarding house tomorrow. 1 Month ahead of schedule." Said Asri with a seductive expression.
Ai and Mega looked at each other, there was a red hue on their soft skin.
"What refrigerator duo do you mean by Ustad Vano and Ustad Azam?" Mega just today heard the nickname idol duo boarding school that is admired by many students.
If this nickname were to spread then the fate of Asri in this place is no different from living in hell. He'll be in trouble with people not liking the nickname but hey, this only happens in Mega delusion because once again this is a boarding school.
Where adab and science come first.
"Who else if not them. Just think if there was a Ustad in this boarding school that was so cold and stingy a smile other than the two of them?" Asri challenged.
Ai pondered, sitting leaning against the pillar of the mosque while sifting through her memories.
"As far as I've met there isn't. Other than Ustad Vano and Ustad Azam, I've never found anything other than the two of them." Ai hugged her knees, tilted her head to enjoy the very peaceful atmosphere of the night.
The soft voice of the person who was teaching the incense was heard from the lower floor. Making his heart calm and unconsciously forget the 'scandal' he did tonight with his two friends.
"Listen, Ai just admitted that there was no Ustad other than the two of them who had cold faces and stingy smiles. Though many smiles are worship and easy to do but why are they both so reluctant to do it?" Asri sat down next to Ai.
He straightened both of his legs with both of his eyes again staring at the expanse of the night sky.
"A person's heart is not easy to guess. It could be that it is their personality from childhood so it is not easy to change when it is big. In other words well.they are not stingy smiles but rather can not smile." Mega overtakes Ai and Asri sitting on the floor.
The difference is that Mega sits leaning against the glass wall against the sky view while Ai and Asri sit facing the night sky.
"So, you guys miss him after months of not seeing each other?" This question suddenly fell and made Ai and Mega speechless.
Asri saw the frost between the two of them. He could not help but laugh but immediately shut his mouth in fear of being heard by the people below.
"Did you two think I didn't know what was going on with you and the refrigerator duo? Hey, I'm not that stupid. I noticed what was going on with the two of you and secretly I understood that your relationship with them was not as shallow as people thought. Ai," Asri touched Ai's shoulder.
He looked at her affectionately, only God knew how much he loved Ai already like his own brother. Asri always sees Ai like her sister, the sister she has to protect. That's why sometimes when they are together often Asri behaves like an older brother who protects his sister.
"Have you never guessed what I think of every time we talk about Ustad Vano?" Asri rubbed his shoulders.
Ai blinked lightly, a few seconds later she nodded. Often Ai thinks that Asri knows about his feelings for Ustad Vano but he tries to brush it off because Asri never asks directly.
He thought Asri was just saying words of comfort like earlier this afternoon when he finished talking to Almaira.
"And Mega," Now Asri turned to look at Mega, the person he had considered as his own brother. With Mega, she will feel protected and she will be more free to express herself without fear of being disliked by others.
Ai and Mega, his friends Asri really hope to hold their hands together until Jannah in the future. Asri really does not want to be separated, losing people who are bathed in knowledge and humble, Asri really does not want to be separated.
"I'm sorry, but all this time I pretended not to know about your relationship with Ustad Azam but believe me, I always wish you both the best. Whether it's Ai and Ustad Vano or you and Ustad Azam, I always wish God's happiness to bestow upon you both." Asri smiled, his smile was so soft and sincere, there were no feelings made up or faked because really he always prayed for the best for these friends.
"Ever day I was talking about young marriage to you guys, honestly I did that to get the refrigerator duo to listen to us. I indirectly want to tell them that women need certainty and not just wishful thinking. And results? They punished us so many times that day that rumors about you circulated everywhere"
